This location has recently been redecorated. It's a lot more, linear. I do wish there were more comfy couches, but I guess the chairs are not too uncomfortable. The service is good. This is the only location where I have gone thru the drive thru and TWICE the car in front of me has paid for my coffee. So, me, being a pay it forward kinda gal, do the same. Friendly staff, coffee order is always perfect, but the line is super long if you're going through the drive thru. Just be prepared to sit for about 15 mins in your car before you get your first sip of coffee to jumpstart your day. Other than the longgggggg drive thru, this place isn't so bad. For hot teas, I like their cinnamon rooibos (I need to learn how to pronounce this) and for their iced tea, I go for the passion. Notes: It's a pretty small starbucks, but I'm usually lucky enough to find a seat. Their drive thru is always busy. Gluten-free-ers: Stay away from their pastries! No matter where I am, I can always rely on Starbucks to be consistent with beverages and their other servicings. When I'm home in the SF bay area, I normally do not go to Starbucks because there are so many better coffee options around here. However, when I'm traveling, I like to explore local coffee options. If none exists, Starbucks can be trusted to have great helpful baristas and serve delicious cups of coffee. This Starbucks was so much better than the Friedrich's coffee at the Des Moines airport. Starbucks always is consistent...I just love the iced tea...I don't order all the fancy drinks but sometimes when you perfect the simple things that is wonderful! I also found that the serve Bantam Bagels. They are natures most perfect food. It is a bagel ball filled with cream cheese and served toasted. Amazing!!! Ordered Caramel cocoa cluster frap thru mobile order on my phone got the drink actually lame! Seems like they were very stingy on the flavoring because it's just crust crunchy iced drink without much flavor. I always order this anywhere and everywhere I go. It never tasted this bad! I also noticed inside that another lady had made them redo her ordered because she said it didn't tasted the same! (Just like what I have experienced with my owned order) They were 6-7 people (barristers) inside but NON OF THEM did an eye-contact with us, my bf and I. They seems to pretended that they were busy filling cups, and other supplies?!!! It's so frustrating because I wanted to have them redo my refreshment as well! Everytime ive been here my coffee has tasted burnt and terrible. I had to throw a whole drink away that costed my $5! Such a waste of money! Last time I was here they had to remake my drink three times because they were not paying attention. I am very unsatisfied with my drinks from here which is a big waste of money. We came to this Starbucks and took advantage of their drive-thru. Service was fast and friendly. I am still bitter about the extra charge of $0.60 for soy despite my gold membership. I've been to this establishment four times in a six month period. Each time I come here I do work for a period of 2-3 hours. Every time I am here, no matter where within the cafe I sit, there are numerous fruit flies and flies buzzing around the baristas and cafe itself. I have been to this starbucks a few times and everytime I am in the service is poor. I usually ask for chocolate sprinkles on my frapuccino this time I was in the drive thru and forgot to ask so I parked and went inside to ask for sprinkles and the cashier was very rude and told me it cost extra but i had left my wallet in the car and she had rudely told me she would wait to put the sprinkles on. I have never been charged extra for sprinkles and I asked another worker from a different store who said it doesn't cost extra. read more

A warning - this particular location grinds all your beans the same regardless of your request. I was having an event and got home to - again - find 5 pounds of powder. Guests were driving drinking 'slug' all afternoon. Obviously not the first time this has happened. Since moving to the "big city" 5 years ago, I have become a big Starbucks fan; however, I have to say that although this is one of the closest locations to my home, it is one of my least favorite to visit. I have had great service and experiences with the drive through, but picking up mobile orders here has not proven to be any faster. Other locations have adapted systems and spaces within their store to accommodate the mobile order system (like labeling areas of their beverage pick-up bar with 2-3 "slots" for mobile orders), but at this location I feel like picking up a mobile order is more of an inconvenience for me, the staff, and other customers. My other major issue with this location is the cleanliness- multiple times I've tried to come to this location and sit and stay a spell inside only to be bombarded with FLIES. These buggers seem to hang out in the back area by the leather chairs more than in the front of the house or outside, but they definitely put a damper on the sit and sip experience. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. Yes, the drive thru is slow, but you need to take the location and lack of other coffee shops in the area into consideration. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the drive. (and I go here daily. I work right next door ;) ) Every single drink I have ordered has been perfectly made to my special requests, and the baristas are all very polite and speedy!
