Nice little coffee shop right off the highway. We needed to stop here to charge up and rest for a few on our trip. The cake pops are delicious! We got Frappuccinos and my husband wasn't happy with how his turned out (absolutely no fault to the staff) and they were so kind to make him a new one. The employees are all friendly and kind. The bathrooms are clean and there's 3 of them. Busy place right off the highway but service is fast and friendly read more

so so so extremely slow. only two people working and they would just hang around and chat. it took over 30 min to get my mobile order. all four drinks were wrong. read more

We stopped here Saturday Morning April 16 .The staff was friendly and efficient. We sat in the store and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were prepared quickly and correctly. I know some of the other reviews are poor but our experience was very good. And the restrooms were clean. read more

I mobile-ordered a Venti London Fog this morning at Mt. Shasta Starbucks. It was ready at the drive-through when I arrived. A friendly server handed it to me and I put it in my cup holder between the seats. A few minutes later when I reached for my drink, the lid popped off the cup and spilled a good third of my drink before I could stop it. Whenever I've ordered this drink before, it always came in a double-cup, but not this morning...and now I know why. This morning it was only a single-cup - and the cup buckled when I held it (that doesn't happen with a double-cup.) A single-cup is not strong enough for the size and amount of liquid in this drink. PLEASE - Mt. Shasta Starbucks Management - Please double-cup your Venti drinks! read more

Sooo slow. Not sure what the hold up is, but we are trapped in the drive through line 3 cars and not moving!!! Don't come here read more

Without a doubt the slowest drive thru. out of the hundreds of drive thousands i have been thru in my starbucks life this is one that consistently can not handle the business. read more

Lousiest service I've ever seen, rude baristas and slower than molasses. Almost feel like driving another 23 miles to another Starbucks

Today was probably the last time I will frequent this location. Lately, the line in drive thru takes forever. Today I was in line for 25 minutes. Got up to the window asked if my drink was ready before I paid because I had no time to wait longer. Paid for my drink...and of course it's not right. I'm not sure how to be more clear. Venti ICED non-fat....well you get it. Wasn't supposed to be hot! I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know times are tough, but this location was so much better when they first opened. read more

Very happy to see more Coffee Shops, Restaurants, and Store options around Truck Stops. I'm a truck driver, so anything walking distance is great! This Starbucks location was very clean and the employees were lovely, and drinks were on point! Kendall was the one making our drinks and she made me one of her go to coffee drinks and it was delicious (I forgot to ask her for her recipe) we also tried the new Citrus Defense (hot) Tea with 2packs of Honey and Lemonade and it's definitely not for everyone but I liked it, it reminds me of something that you'd want to drink in cold weather or if feeling under the weather. I don't know if they have the Defense Tea at every Starbucks location but I will be checking. read more

This place has extremely slow and poor customer service! Waited in long line for over 15 minutes while staff scrambled around without any acknowledgement of the waiting customers. They seem to have very slow, disorganized staff. Whoever manages this location should be sacked! Worst Starbucks I've been to in California. Hoping the new one opening in Mt. Shasta will be an improvement! read more

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through- and ordered a Frappuccino--but received a plain black coffee. Didn't realize it till I was in Corning. read more

My husband ordered Emperors GREEN tea, and I got a mocha. Neither one of us is sure what Starbucks gave us, perhaps the fact that it was purchased in WEED, CA has something to do with it?? My drink tasted like watered down milk. read more

Starbucks - Green tea and a Mocha? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Weed, California

We made our usual stop at this Starbucks in Weed, CA on one of our many trips up to Oregon in May. There was a sign on the door that said masks required. I walked in to find a group of 8 Gen-Ys taking up the waiting space with no masks and no social distancing, and the barista who made my latte wasn't covering her nose with her mask. Needless to say, I had words with the manager. I won't be going there again until the pandemic is over. read more

This is probably my favorite Starbucks. My Drink of choice is a Cinnamon Dolce and it was made Perfect not too sweet not bitter I have had both at other places. The workers are friendly and very bubbly! read more

Friendly folks and accurate drink orders other than the spelling of my name. Also very puppy friendly.

Way better than our Starbucks back home. I would have thought that since this location probably sees a lot of travelers that it wouldn't be very good but they are actually super nice and professional. A breath of fresh air. Food took a little while to prepare but they were busy so not a huge deal. read more

Service was great and we did not have to wait long for our drinks. Staff was polite and cheerful. read more

I love this location, its our pit stop now for frequent trips between Bend Oregon to Sacramento California. The staff is always super friendly and the bathrooms are spotless! Been waiting for a single bagel for too long. Non of the workers seem to care too much. HELP

After being on the road for four hours stopped at Starbucks to get a coffee and use the restroom. Sign on the bathroom door says closed and only for employees...coffee boutique and the employees locked down the bathrooms.../pathetic. Won't be back.... read more

They took 30 minutes for 3 drinks while they helped other costumers and gave them their orders ahead of us. You can't have 6 people back there doing nothing. Horrible service will not suggest this location to anyone read more

Stopped for an ice coffee on a road trip. 30 min later still no drink as we watched several drive through orders go out. Finally just left with out the coffee, line was out the door. Avoid this Starbucks. read more

I know at Starbucks don't be in a hurry. Espescially in Weed. I was glad they opened. I go through weed twice every week. Today when I stopped it was 11:50 am. Nice I was able to go straight up and order, no line. Only want a tall latte. Then I used the restroom. When I came back out, no latte. I stood there for maybe another 5 minutes. Finally asked dont you have a barista to make my latte. The girl said yes I am the only barista, and there are a lot of drinks to make. I counted 6 employees, but they only had 1 barista on duty. 2 girls could take orders, and 3 standing in the back talking, and 1 barista. Took me 15 minutes to get a latte and I was the only one in the store, plus drivethru. read more

Ordered the wrong drink by mistake here. I meant to get a blended green tea frap instead of iced. I was about to walk out a bit disappointed, but decided to first ask if I could get a re-do in the drink. Before I could even finish my sentence, James was happy to quickly redo my drink at no additional charge! Wow! The service here is great and I highly recommend to stop here if you're passing along I-5! :) read more

Rude cashier. I would think Starbucks would hire people more friendly than that. Thankfully we only had an overnight stay. When passing through again we'll get gas station coffee. read more

Just had the best experience!!! Our cashier at the drive thru, I think his name was Preston, was probably the friendliest Starbucks employee I've encountered. So refreshing!! Our food and drinks were great as well. Thanks for a great experience!! read more

Terribly slow service, bathrooms were disgusting and after we ordered our breakfast sandwiches we sat there 30 mins waiting for them only for us to go up to the worker and have them tell us they ran out. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to‼ read more

Some times excellent service, sometimes when service is bad my order is forgotten, they have given me starbucks cards to compensate though, the employees are really friendly and kind. read more

Drive thru gal was rude and my drink was made wrong. A venti Carmel Macchiato shouldn't taste like drip coffee.

I went to this Starbucks twice while I visited friends in the area.. it's getting a bad rating because my last time there, I was given the completely wrong drink (must have been someone else's) and by the time I went to try it, I was already on the Highway. I had gone through the drive-thru which has a long line. Was disappointed to get someone else's order - I threw the entire thing away. read more

Glad to see one here in Weed. Employees are nice and very informative. I ordered a small green tea pineapple. I enjoyed the taste of the tea so much that I went back to order a venti. The nice young lady behind the counter gave me the tea on the house. read more

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I've been to. They need someone to come in and organize the flow and oversee the slowest barista in the west. So many employees but only one barista working on drink orders. Currently 18 customers waiting and those that ordered food haven't eaten it without a drink. I ordered two lattes and going on 20 minute wait. read more

This one was so slow and the girl kept getting our order wrong. She was kind of rude when we ordered because we liked our coffee a certain way especially my husband he is allergic to dairy. She was not listening because we had finished our drinks when our food finally came! Worse experience ever. We will not be back except the older lady was very nice when she found out we waited so long she offered us a free sandwhich but we had to leave. That girl needs to go work somewhere else we were not the only ones to complain and she disappeared when our food was no where to be found. Poor service good coffee and sandwiches were hot. read more

I was very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. Lots of employees but they seemed totally disorganized. My food order was forgotten. When I mentioned it, they got started on it right away and then the employee that was heating it got distracted talking to another employee. The food came out of the warmer, she put it in the paper bags and then continued her conversation while holding my food for at least another 2 minutes! Come on, that's not the level of service I expect from any Starbucks store. read more

This location seems to be out of Cold Brew 90% of the time. I very time the staff says sorry and yes we're out a lot. Can they not make more? We ordered on the app which didn't say they were out.... didn't find out until we picked up the order. Also.....2/3 sandwiches ordered were forgotten. I know this is a newer location but they just can't seem to get it together. read more

Ordered on line. Picked up at drive up window. My husband's bagel was dry. No butter or cream cheese. No napkins! We're driving. At the very least we need napkins. Went in and asked for napkins and cream cheese. Employee said cream cheese is a add on and costs extra - but she'll give it to me this one time. We hands me a wad of napkins. I get back to the car sheet only gave me napkins! Passing thru, but will never go here again! read more
