I love the brick exterior, full glass wall facing 5th St, and the old-fashioned structure. There is no drive-thru, which means everyone has to go in to order. I enjoy Starbucks coffee and drinks for its consistency. So when I'm here on holiday visits, I come here, as it is the only decent "coffee shop" in town. Still, this location struggles to meet the standard, all at the fault of poor management. With the amount of guests it receives daily, it shouldn't be out of the question to have at least two people on the floor at all times. One for taking orders and one for making drinks. Far too often do I visit and wait upwards of 20 minutes before my drink is made, which of course is my own choosing, not the baristas fault. It is completely unfair to have one barista on the floor struggling to take orders while quickly making everyone's drinks, especially when it comes to custom modifications. Patience is one thing, sure, but whoever manages this location should reconsider their position. A big thank you to the baristas who still manage a smile during a solo rush.
