I looked to my left and saw that I needed to place my order on a kiosk. After placing my order, one lady came from the back and started making a drink. She must've been working the drive-thru. The whole time that I was standing there, no one said anything to me. The other lady came from the back with the hashbrowns and the muffins. She made my drink too and just said my name. I walked over and just grabbed it. Since they didn't speak, neither did I. The place was clean. There wasn't much in the display windows. A lot of the muffins were gone. The tables were clean and so was the bathrooms.

When I caught her attention, (there was only one other person in the place,) I explained what I ordered. A few minutes later, she brought me my eggs, they were cooked correctly. I asked about the hash browns, she brought them out and they were still blonde. She asked if they were done enough, or if she should take them back. I asked her to take them back. They came out brown this time. I spoke with her about it not being her fault, and asked about the cook, and she told me they were talking to someone and not paying attention. I hope I reassured her that her service wasn't the issue. So, I conclud the cook is busy on the phone or talking to someone compromising the quality of the food. I would have chose the buffet for the salad, but they didn't have blue cheese dressing. The cook, NOT the wait service, is why my rating is so low.

McDonald's continues their disregard for customers. Stopped in to get a beverage while driving…read morethrough. We were next in line to order at the counter. I hate kiosk ordering so I go to the counter. I'd rather interact with a person than a piece of electronics. As we walked to the counter someone told the person that was going to take our order that she needed to get back in the kitchen and that customers in the dining room should use the kiosk. The lady that was going to take our order even rolled her eyes at this command from someone who must have been her superior who has no regard for customer convenience. As we stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order the bossy lady told us that if we wanted to order we needed to do it at the kiosk. We were, quite literally, seconds from giving our orders. It would have been one thing if the bossy lady would have said "as soon as your line of customers is done you'll need to go back to the kitchen" (we were the last customers in line). To rudely pull the order take away, though....not classy, Mickey D's. Not classy. Nope. With that we turned and left the restaurant and went elsewhere to get our food. McDonald's doesn't care if they lose one order and doesn't care about the customer. You can bet that if I'm ever in this area again and I was starving and it was the only place open for miles, I'd go hungry. I will not patronize a business that disregards customers.

My favorites include; beef vegetable soup, pancakes. Chicken and dumplings, salads, pot roast sandwich. Oh yeah their dinner rolls are pretty delicious as well. They come out warm and fluffy., so good. This particular day I went for breakfast and ordered the classic breakfast which includes; eggs, pancakes or biscuits and breakfast meat. I ordered the pancakes because no other place makes them quite like they do. The pancakes are buttermilk pancakes and fills up a plate :-) they are warm, fluffy, delicious :-) the eggs are typical restaurant eggs as well as the sausage. This is my go to spot when I come home. I can eat here every day and not get sick of it because they offer so many different options. If you want a sandwich, burger, light, comforting you will find it here.
