Working here sucks. This is the closest place to a sweatshop you can get to in America. You are short staffed constantly. Doing the job of 3 to 4 people. You don't get any breaks, morale sucks so bad that people don't even bother to say they are quitting; they usually just vanish. Everyone is extremely over worked because there is literally no staff. Training doesn't really exist; you must pick this job up on the fly. If someone doesn't come in or quits coverage isn't found for that week. People will ignore your cries for help on the group chat because no one wants to go in there to get slaughtered and do 3-4 other people's jobs. Store doesn't have a GM but has someone "filling in" that spot from another store. Said GM gives herself hours at the store but is never there. Doesn't even go in for the hours she schedules herself. Staff shortage is so bad, when you do go in; you have to get each area completely ready and stocked while making food, taking orders in drive, taking orders inside, making the product, taking trash out,and replenishing the product that's out while taking more orders. You constantly run out of items for that week; things like bags, cream cheese, wraps, creamer, milk, bagels, etc (I think you get the point) customers are generally pissed off and give you a very hard time because of slowness, items that aren't in stock, and the general morale and atmosphere is terrible . Customers believe me when I say the few team members that are there do care about you, But the store is set up for major failure everyday. Your suppose to get a schedule on Wednesday's and it's not done until maybe Saturday or Sunday (when that weeks schedule has ended) so you are left with little to no notice of what your week is going to look like. I keep hearing the preaches of "help each other; you're a team" but sadly when you have to constantly "help each other" and stay hours later than your schedule time everyday, that wears on you quick. I have never seen a place ran so poorly in my life. It amazes me how this place even stays open. This is a recipe for disaster. Here soon this place is going to lose all of its employees. Atleast the ones who are keen and are tired of getting abused by this recipe everyday. It almost seems like the greed of this place making money outweighs the health of its employees. If you don't have enough coverage; close the inside down, or stop taking door dashes, and just have drive thru, don't put your whole staff in a unhealthy unsafe work place. The staff you do have left and schedule cannot take the volume of people that's coming in safely while ensuring it's customers are getting a "good experience".This location is in such a great money making area but this "greed" will be the downfall of this company here. And I have to say honestly, most team members that are still there really do care about the customers; they are just set up for failure every single day. I highly doubt anything is going to change, but this is an honest in depth look at what your life is going to be like working at this location. read more
