The shop itself it super cute and really pink. There are cute items you can buy next to the window and there are 2 sets of tables and chairs with a tent over the seating. The barista/cashier was really nice and provided quick and helpful customer service. The drinks were really fun and there was a lot to choose from. They do offer non-dairy options and sugar-free. Originally we did go for the coffee flights mentioned in some yelp posts and on tiktok, undortunately they do not offer the coffee flights anymore. Instead we got the mint chip and the flower child. The Mint Chip was really minty but not too sweet, the drink was well balanced and easy to drink. The flower child was extremely aesthetically pleasing, the drink had nice floral tones with some sweetness but not too sweet. Overall both of these drinks were delicious and had a balanced flavor. I am excited to come back and try more of their fun concoctions.

Java Trolley came up and looked cute and so we took the exit and headed on over. They do indeed have a trolley here and it sits next to the general store. However for whatever reason the trolley itself was closed and all of the Java Trolley coffee drinks were being made inside the Out West general store. So we headed inside where I was able to order my drink and they had lots of other random food as well. In any case, for my coffee on this morning I decided to order a large latte and after about a 5 minute wait, it was ready. My latte here was decent enough with the milk pretty much overpowering any coffee flavor but it was able to peak through every now and again. Whenever it did make it through the flavor was decent but not great. The bottom line for me is that I would stop back here again in the future. I love the idea of serving coffee from the trolley and would hope to see them back in there although I do understand that's it's probably a lot more economical to have it inside the general store.

When I first visited the trolley it was owned by another family. Today was my first stop with the new owners. The great thing about the new ownership is their set location and hours. This is a movable trolley so of course it may travel to other stops if they want. I love that they have outside seating and cute signage they changed with the day! You know me I am a sucker for anything chalk art! Today I stopped with my son on our way to Like Days. He's been dying (continually asking) for some fabulous got chocolate. So I said Java Trolley here we come! It did not disappoint. This kid was jumping for joy before, during and after. He said it was tasty! There were so many options and flavors to chose from, but I'm a sucker for a good latte so I went with a caramel iced coffee. The cups come in three sizes. Today I've had A LOT of coffee lol so I settled on a 12oz and it was perfect. Great blend, awesome flavor and not too bitter. We will definite be back! Great job ladies. 1 Star -- This Went Beyond Bad Service…read more I decided to give this Starbucks location a second chance, and unfortunately, this experience was even more concerning than the first. I ordered a venti hot Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk and whipped cream. The barista confirmed that I still wanted the whipped cream. When I received the drink, it looked underfilled, it was cold even though I ordered it hot, and the taste was extremely strange. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like dish soap. I did not feel comfortable continuing to drink it. Then there was my refresher. I ordered a mango passion guava lemonade refresher with mango and dragon fruit pieces, and the fruit pieces were not even added to the drink. What concerned me even more was that I clearly told the barista I have a strawberry allergy and was worried about cross-contact. I specifically asked that my drink not be prepared in a shaker that had already been used for strawberry drinks. I was told they could not guarantee that the same shaker wouldn't be used or that there wouldn't be strawberry residue in the container. That response completely shocked me. A food allergy is not a preference. If a location cannot safely accommodate an allergy request, that needs to be communicated clearly and handled with appropriate food-safety procedures. And what makes this even more confusing is that they were not busy. There was no long line or obvious rush that would explain the number of mistakes. Between the cold and underfilled latte, the dish-soap-like taste, the missing mango and dragon fruit pieces, and the allergy cross-contact concern, I left completely disappointed and honestly concerned about the sanitation and food-safety practices at this location. At this point, management needs to take a serious look at what is happening here. This was not simply one drink being made incorrectly. There were multiple issues in one visit. I am completely outdone, outdone, OUTDONE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I pre ordered my food on the mobile app giving plenty of time to prepare my food. Then sat in line forever waiting for my food then once I got in line was told to go wait. Like no that's why I pre ordered cause I didn't have time to wait another 10-15 more minutes. Then tried to cancel my order they said no already started to prepare so I left and tried calling in and was told no and hung up on. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she then "same person" gets back on phone and then says get over it it's only 10$ and hung up.
