Went to my first official Starbucks cup release and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. I've heard such horror stories from other establishments that i was prepared for the worst. I arrived with a line in front of the target store and patiently waited with everyone else and they kept us updated on quantities in case we were waiting for specific items. They let a few in at a time to help control the numbers in the store and it all went so smoothly. The employees were all so helpful with my questions and so friendly for an early morning. Overall a pleasant experience and will continue to support this location. Thank you read more

Baristas are welcoming, friendly and service is efficient and usually fast. They make a great effort to personally interact and keep this location clean even though it can be a busy area inside the Target. read more

Starbucks - Pink drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Upland, California

Came on a Saturday and the Baristas looked so upset and unhappy. The greeting was "Sorry it's going to be a while I have a lot of cups to make". The one making the drinks, she was short, had a look of I don't want to be bothered. You don't have to smile all the time but don't carry a "Don't bother Me look!" either. Yes the wait was long, but had the greeting been with a smile the experience would not have been so bad. read more

Came in 5/26 around noon and had the worst experience! The cashier seemed like she didn't wana be there! I was ordering my drinks and the whole time she had a straight face, no smile! No greeting either! And midway ordering she would turn to the girl making drinks and giggle and laugh. It was so rude! They all looked very young! If you hate your job don't work there!! Sylvia or Tyrone please look into this. read more

Staff changes still AMAZAZAZAZING!!! Still making my drink better than corporate!!! Always have to hit it before shopping.

Aliya and Marcos were great!!! Very welcoming and friendly. Aliya customized a new drink for me. Great customer service. Definitely will come again!!! read more

Aleah is the barista that made this Starbucks experience a delight for me. She has customer service, She is personable and pleasant offering suggestions to enhance the flavor of your purchase and engaging in light conversation. It wasn't just a one-time experience. I saw her offer the same kind service to other patrons. I would drive out of my way to visit this Starbucks to get that kind of thoughtful service. read more

An extremely rude place to get coffee if you want to come here and never be served your order then this is the place for you. I recently came here to get some waters and I waited almost half an hour to never be served my ordered. This place is absolute disgraceful I had to walk away because they served me. NEVER COME TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!!! read more

Johnnie at the Campus Target Starbucks is SUCH a joy. They were so personable and friendly even with the wild rush of the holiday season, and I am so bummed I can't tip at Target. Seriously, all the kudos for working so hard! Thank you so much for making my rough day brighter, and to the barista (who's name i missed!) for making me the tastiest Chestnut Praline I've had all season. read more

Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff is always incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful. I will go out of my way to get my coffee here because I know it'll be done right and that the baristas will greet me, acknowledge me, and get my order perfect. read more

This Starbucks is seriously one of the best. Sylvia and Courtney are always super friendly and helpful, it's nice to go into a Starbucks where the associates appreciate their customers ! read more

I just want to say the Starbucks manager Was awesome yesterday morning and handle The release cup Halloween Audition like a champ it was very organized and handed out tickets for what she had in stock so people didn't have to wait in line hours after they were sold out that was very responsible and I wish other Starbucks will also do the same she handle pressure very good and didn't crack when people were rude (very rude) Never judge a book by its cover yeah she had tattoos but It Didn't define who she is great job management keep up the hood work... read more

Sylvia and Bev welcomed me with the utmost kindness, helped me with my questions, recommended delicious drinks and provided the best customer service when I realized I had made an error on my order. I appreciate them and their work ethic show much! Be sure to thank your baristas! read more

This is one of my favorite starbucks locations in the area. I rather go inside target than go through a drive thru one even though a drive thru is more convenient, the staff makes me come back. The staff is always super friendly and always makes the drinks I order really fast, even when it's busy. The staff treats you more like family than a customer, they always make sure you leave happy. Shoutout to Dana, Grayyson, Serena & Lenny for always going above and beyond as baristas, you guys are the best! They always remember how I like my drink exactly... down to the amount of ice I like! Thank you all for always being so friendly and making amazing drinks! read more

Starbucks inside of target! Woohoo got to love that! Use you target card and save 5%!

Waited 25 freaking minutes in line for a extra hot peppermint hot chocolate for it to only be barely warm and had to wait another 15 min for them to remake my drink!!!! This is outrageous read more

Zero stars. Usually Starbucks employees and sweet, happy to serve, and happy to be at work not today this girl was rude and had horrible customer service. Tried to get her name but what do you know no name tag so she knows she can be rude to customers and get away with it and that's fine they lost a customer. I would stray away from this location I wasn't the only one upset with the service. It's a shame you'd think that Starbucks at Target world have the same training as others. read more

Nice to always have my Starbucks before I leave Target. Nice and friendly customer service. Even if the lines get a little hectic they do move swift. Drinks are yummy and are always on point. I couldn't give 5 stars just because I wish it was a little tidier than usual. read more

I guess you can't expect much out of here, considering it is located within the Target, but cmon.. Dirty dishes stacked in the sink, rags everywhere, just everything seems out of place. There was no raw sugar and had to ask the barista if they had any, and she had them behind the counter so I guess they were running low. I normally order a grande pike place with room for cream and they had to use a manual jug to pour it, kinda what you would see at a breakfast at the holiday inn. The appearance of the dirty dishes should have told me to just walk a few stores down to the actual Starbucks location. read more

So slow. Should have done my shopping first and maybe my drink would have been almost ready by that time.

Not sure how this Starbucks just locked the doors. People are standing outside knocking on the door and finally after 10 to 15 minutes the said they were closed. However they are not supposed to closed until 9pm it only 5pm. After calling they just said we are closed.. Rude customer service.. read more

Dirty and unorganized. Shelves are stacked sloppy and there are random shipping boxes in there displays behind the cash register. Employees are rude at this location. I won't be coming back. read more

This Starbucks has to have the worst service that ever existed! I never write reviews and I especially never knock my barista but I ordered a Trenta and she only filled it like it was a venti! If I wanted a venti I would if ordered one- it's that simple. I feel bad for the girl because there only ever seems to be one barista working. Just because you are the only one doesn't mean that you shouldn't make sure you fill and make the drinks properly. She had a line of about 10 people so I didn't bother to ask her to remake. Something needs to change though... you can't just have one barista working in a Target right off the freeway. There's nothing worse then looking forward to shopping around Target with a FULL properly made drink especially after waiting 10 minutes for it to me made! Target and Starbucks is supposed to be a place for peace and tranquility and this experience was the opposite. I walked out aggregated at yet another bad experience here. read more

Stood in line for 10 minutes while I watched staff (Lenny) talk with a co-worker and never greeted me. They got the order wrong and when asked about it the response was "I can't take the drinks back". Thanks a lot for the negative experience. read more

Never have a dealt with someone more unprofessional then the manager at the Starbucks with the tattoos up and down her arms her attitude and the way she treats customers is very rude and degrading read more

Fast, friendly, and cheerful service. Drinks were exactly what we ordered and perfect for a late night shopping excursion.

Love this Starbucks ! In my fav target !! The staff is always helpful and cheery !! Clean and love the remodel

Sweetest barista Sylvia. Was very polite and asked about my day. Made it a great visit.

I went here to order a cinnamon dolce latte and it didn't taste like the dolce latte's I always buy at any other Starbucks so I have them remake it and I was very nice and polite about it because I see no point in ever being rude to employees but when they remade it I took it with me in my car and when I tried it, it still didn't taste like cinnamon dolce latte. This is the SECOND time that they have to remake my dolce latte (different visits each time) and they didn't get it right the last time either. So I call and I speak to an employee and she was NO help. She told me she didn't guarantee I could get my money back ? Like wtf? I literally have the drink sitting in my kitchen right now just chillen there. Like I'm not going to drink it. It's not made correctly. And if I'm paying for a service, how am I not going to be guaranteed a refund when it's not the service I asked for? Bad customer service. Employee said manager would be in Friday so hopefully the manager knows how to handle the situation better ! Ridiculous read more

Starbucks - The drink is just chillen here - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Upland, California

I have never had any problems at any Starbucks but this was horrible. I came in and had to wait to place my order. There were 4 female employees working. Not sure if they were just talking to each other, but it didn't seem like they were attending to their customers. My order was taken and right away i received ONE of the item from my order. I had ordered 2 Kids Vanilla Beans, one with caramel and one without, 1 Cinammon Dolce Latte at kids temp. I was waiting for the rest of my order and noticed that most customers after me were getting their orders and several customers came back because they were given the wrong order. After 30 minutes, i finally asked about my order and was kinda brushed off. The barista asked the other employee if she printed all the orders. 15 minutes later, i got the rest of my order. The other Vanilla Bean ALSO had caramel which it was not suppose to and the Cin Dolce Latte was steaming hot and i am not suppose to drink anything hot like that. I do not recommend this location, especially on a Saturday AM or when all of these ladies are working together. The barista had to ask one of the other employees to come and help with the drinks because they were piling up. read more

The little blonde, I think her name is Alexis, made the best drink. And her friend, the short brunette with the same name as me, we're very fast & friendly! They greeted me & took my order, & suggested I try the new sangria! It was delicious! Thanks girls! read more

Amazing coffee and great service come here for sure and the people are amazing super nice and they were very polite I love this Starbucks so much really good gonna always come here read more

Worst service ever!!! Do yourself a favor and walk down to the Starbucks in the same shopping center. The only reason people go here is due to already in Target. While waiting with my baby girl the barista argued with me about my order. Didn't pay attention to what I ordered and then made me wait in line again to order my wife's drink. What a waste of time. I will never go to this Starbucks again. The baristas were more worried about their break time and when they were going to be off then pay attention to paying customers. I wish there was a review on Starbucks app so they could know how disturbing this place is. Time for some new employees, taking down the Starbucks name. Best part is they say if we didn't do it right please tel us, not here not at this Starbucks! Terrible drink had to throw it away! If I could give less than one star I would! read more

Don't ever go in here and ask Rebecca anything about the products (travel cups) because her answer will be "I really couldn't tell you"!!!!! Had I not already paid for my coffee I would've left. She was more concerned with updating a sign then helping a customer. Last time I visit this location!!!! read more

The first time I actually had a barista ask how to spell my name. Sylvia wanted to make sure my name was correct on my cup. She didn't stop there, she wrote happy birthday also. I felt special and not just another customer going through the line. Super super friendly baristas, i'm extremely tired and slow this morning after a long day and night. Their candor is greatly appreciated

Great service starts with the employees. I normally go to Target for shopping. But recently, I have been going only to buy Starbucks. That is all because of Sylvia, she is amazing, my green tea fab tastes better only when she makes it. Tonight, she made sure I knew about the 25%, and I was coming for one thing but I walked out happier with three things, and saved money. Thank you Sylvia, hopefully I see next time. read more
