It's truly baffling to me that a barista can't walk into the back and fill a bulk bag with beans, or critically think enough to figure out a resolve for this situation. Needless to say, I walked out and went to another local roaster to get what I needed. Unfortunately, I can't support a business that can't have staff on hand that can do something as basic as putting 5 pounds of beans in a bag.
