I always stop here for my caffeine fix on the way to Little Rock from Dallas. Today at 5:30 pm ish I walked up for my coffee and restroom stop and they informed me they were closing the lobby for a staff meeting. I asked if I could use the facilities and he said yes and also took my order. I was glad. Four stars is due to the fact that they advertise being open but they do this a lot. I've stopped in times past with the same problem This time I got there barely in time to be let in. It's Starbucks, so you know what to expect, this location normally has good service and they did have good drink quality this visit, BUT they were slammed and understaffed on a high travel day after a holiday. I placed my order via mobile ordering, and then I got there , I still had to wait about 30 minutes for my latte. It looked like they only had one person barista working the hot drink area. They could sure help productivity, efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. This is the only Starbucks where I get the t 1/4 empty for foam with my nitro cold brew. We've had issues almost every time we hit up this Starbucks passing through Texarkana. This time they made mine with dairy and I didn't catch it until we were 30 mins away. I can't have dairy and unfortunately there isn't a Starbucks close to get this fixed. I suppose I'll have to try and contact customer service. Also the bathrooms are awful every time I've been in. It's a shame because the people are so nice here but I think we will need to find a different location to stop at read more

The WORST Starbucks WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The guy took the order was absolutely awful. We got up to the window, as rudely as possible told us "we outta cold brew". My husband told him okay, let's do an iced Americana". We are then told rudely "yeah we outta the chocolate croissant so I took it off the order" and slammed the window door. No offer to replace it with anything else, nothing like that. Listen, the more garbage employees you hire, even if you're a big corporation like Starbucks, we will still going there. We have had a few bad experiences lately (nothing this bad), but have started doing our own cold brew at home. We happened to be out dropping our kids at camp so wanted a coffee. Never again. I get people don't want to work, but hire completely oblivious ass hats like this, you'll eventually lose business. Told the guy no classic and 1 pump of cinnamon dolce and he cared enough to hear that we wanted cinnamon dolce so put a crap ton of sweetener in it. Got miles down the road and went back. Thanks incompetent Starbucks employees. They used to actually care about the caliber of human they hired. Gone are the days! This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. We waited for 40 minutes for a simple pumpkin spice frappe and caramel macchiato. 40 minutes is just ridiculous. 20 minutes is pushing it but 40 !!!! Many people walked out and left before getting their drinks because they had places to go. To end it off, our drinks didn't even taste right, but we knew if we asked them to fix it, it'd be another 20 minutes. I will never come back to this location. read more

Came to the drive thru at 6:14 pm on a Thursday. Workers inside but paper covering the drive thru window and one worker was locking the front door. AT 6:14!!! The app states they close at 9. Put a sign up at least. Drive thru line was 8 cars deep and they were totally ignoring everyone. Terrible customer service. read more

Was just in the drive thru for 10 minutes behind two cars. Closes at 9pm and got in line behind two cars at 8:50. They took forever to help the two people ahead of us and when we pulled up at 8:57 they played an automated message that they were closed with three people in line behind us. Stopped at this starbucks during a road trip and it took forever! Baristas were slow, getting our order of 5 drinks in 20 min! One of the baristas daughters came by and she stepped out to talk to them although there was a long wait and line.. It was a bit frustrating seeing as how we were trying to get out of there fast. Two of our drinks were made incorrectly, and when I mentioned it to the barista he said "oh it must have been rung up wrong." I waited patiently and had to ask him again for my drinks to be made correctly. #fml read more

Went there today! I was shocked I have never seen a Starbucks this filthy. The work areas had spilt milk all over. While I was there they did not wipe off the mess. They put clean cups in the mess while they were making on making the drinks! Looks like this place has not been cleaned in weeks. I couldn't even drink my mocha. I through it away! The thought of how unsanitary it was I just couldn't drink it! By the way there were 6 people working there! read more

Just received the WORST service here. Went in to pick up an order I'd made thru the app. The place was jam-packed with people, some not wearing masks. After a few minutes I asked someone who was doing her best to ignore me if there was a "mobile order for Mark" ... was then told to stand in line behind about twenty people. I explained that I'd made the order on the app. Didn't matter. They wanted me to stand in line anyway. I refused and stood by the pickup counter (as I'd done ever other time I'd picked up a mobile order). After several more minutes, I asked again...this time I started making a scene. The "barista" I dealt with this morning made for the worst Starbucks interaction I have ever had. Perhaps she just didn't like my T-shirt or she is just always trying to put people in their place. In addition to the tude the cold brew was easily the worst I have ever had. A sip started with a hint of coffee flavor followed by battery acid and sour patch kids. We are regular Starbucks customers (gold card) at multiple locations, so I think we have a good handle on expectations. We arrived to no one in line and no one in the drive thru. We placed our orders- there's nothing complicated about a standard latte. Somehow it took 15 minutes to get our 2 drinks. The good news is that if you're friends with the staff they will get your drinks out first even you arrive after someone else who is waiting. It's really frustrating when you're waiting and 5 other people get their drinks first. Over all, super slow service. You guys have some work to do. read more

The drive-thru is weird but not too detrimental to the place. The coffee could have been hotter and they could have been a little easier on the white chocolate mocha syrup. But all in all it's just another typical Starbucks. read more

Maybe I'm just spoiled, but this Starbucks is HORRIBLE. They must be making the espresso incorrectly because the flavor is really bitter and almost tastes burnt. There was almost no caramel taste in my macchiato, and the pumpkin bread was mushy. read more
