Starbucks - State Line (Texarkana) It's a visibly older location, from outside and inside. I stopped by for few hours for a meeting nearby. I got my hot beverage in my personal cup and set down to get work done. Overall, atmosphere isn't bad. Seating is limited based on current configuration. It could certainly fit few more tables and chairs. When you first walk in, to the left is your Pick-Up Orders Counter. To the right of the entrance you can sit in one of the two large, leather couches. Couches look old and could use some updating. Next to the couches you have few chairs and tables. In the middle of the room, they have a large, conference-sized table with eight chairs. They offer a few board games above the table. You can find few more tables with four chairs by the Merchandise Shelf. The staff were friendly and worked efficiently. I wouldn't mind returning here if I'm in the area again. read more

The restroom at this location was a total mess. Store management and workers don't seem to care about keeping it clean for customers. When brought to their attention they didn't consider customers complaint and were more concerned about their feelings being hurt. If you want to be valued as a customer do not go to this store. Management should be held accountable for the cleanliness of their store and restroom for their customers. A concerned Starbucks stock owner. read more

I can't believe I am leaving a review for a "fast food" joint, but here I am. I pass another Starbucks in town before I get to this one because I appreciate their customer service that much. They never seem to be out of product. Whoever does their supply checks, keep doing good work. My drink order is correct every time and served with a smile. The line for this starbies is obnoxiously long every morning down Stateline. Skip the line and order on the app. The few moments it takes to step inside and get your order is worth your sanity. In an admittedly dramatic retort, I thought to myself, "Well, why don't you just close for the day?!" Honestly, I've never been told "no" so many times in a single Starbucks visit. The hubs and I have made it unscathed in previous visits to this location, but this time, with a 5-hour drive ahead of us-- we got burned. We pulled into the drive thru and I ordered a tall, soy, upside-down, caramel macchiato (my fave). The response was, "I'm sorry we're out of soy milk." (Cue the 20 seconds of silence and blinking) Not a deal breaker, I simply (albeit begrudgingly) switched my milk selection. Done! The hubs was up next, and proceeded to order a grande caramel frap, no whip (his fave). The reply to his order was, "I apologize again, we're out of caramel." ... Keep in mind that I had just ordered a caramel macchiato! (The wishful thinking in me assumed that they used the last of the caramel on my drink so I didn't ask questions.) The hubs was thrown completely off and didn't know what to order instead, so they threw out a suggestion and he went with it. By the time all was said and done, hubs ended up with the equivalent to a vanilla bean milkshake (with no caffeine whatsoever, which defeated the whole purpose), and I ended up with a caramel-less caramel macchiato. Bleh. In a last ditch effort to salvage this visit, I asked for a manager so we could get two of the "we're out of everything and ruined your drinks, so come back and order what you really want" cards. We were greeted by Cheyanne (manager on duty), she obliged, and asked us to pull forward so she could come out to give us the cards. I was feeling better already. After about a 7-minute wait, Cheyanne came out to the car to inform us that they were also out of the cards. (I honestly thought she was kidding at first, but nope!) The saga continued. Cheyanne had a plan though. She signed, dated, and wrote "2 free drinks" on a cup sleeve and presented it to us. It wasn't pretty, but it did the trick. Thankfully, this story does have a happy ending! On our way back through town a couple of days later, we stopped back in and presented the sleeve for our free drinks! It was a seamless transaction and all was well with the world. Phew. Good save! read more

Super friendly staff! Came in for a quick refreshment for our pit stop. I typically have more complicated orders, and customizations on my drinks but they got my drink 100% right which isn't always the case at other Starbucks locations. For my visit I ordered two drinks but only the sticker for one drink went through. So I was waiting and waiting for the second drink when I asked for the status. To apologize for the wait the manager and/or barista Celeste kindly gave me a $4 drink coupon. This Starbucks's is definitely worth a stop if you're driving along the I30. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks a few times now and have never had an issue. But tonight was a different experience. I grabbed 2 coffees that where identical in a venti size. The worker proceeds to give me the two coffees basically half empty. And she knows that they are because I stare at one and she immediately says "would you like some more ice" like no ma'am I would like the almost $7 worth of coffee I paid for. Legit the coffee they gave me could have easily fit in a size grande cup. I am so upset with the location and the customer service, aside from that she looked and acted like she really didn't want to be there. Most of the time they get it right but then there's times when they mess up big time! Service and presentation of items can be uniformed in appearance from day to day. And if you ask for a drink order to be remade it will sometimes be worst than the first wrong item. This is my spot. I work from home, so I'm usually "working from Starbucks." They have lots of convenient seating, with plenty of tables to accommodate laptops. My favorite is the big family style table with eight seats. You never know what new friend you might make there. The staff is fantastic - whether in the drive thru or inside, they are super friendly and always up for an "I have no idea what I want...help" order. The bathrooms are super clean in my experience. I much prefer this location over the Richmond. Better drive thru, better seating, and better staff. And free WiFi...holla! read more

Worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. Main reason - one of their bathroom areas was the filthiest I have seen. They had the door propped open and you could clearly see soiled toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor in addition to the unflushed mess in the toilet. Workers were just standing around - there were only two patrons - absolutely no reason the restroom should be left in this state. Workers were not friendly either.
