While the food is good, especially their Spring Rolls, the service has become very lacking. When we ordered Sesame Rolls, we were given Sesame Chicken. When we pointed out the mistake, we were told that we were mistaken and that when they repeated the order back to us, we didn't correct them and it was our fault. When we pointed out that the young girl who took our order seemed very distracted and we had to repeat the order multiple times to her, her response was "next time just order it on DoorDash and it'll be easier". I am not sure how the food would be since once we walked in the door it smelled old and it only had take out, so we did not want to take a chance on the food. It's different for sure. Being honest, I didn't even know this was place to get sushi, it even popped up when I searched yelp but the name just didn't say it to me. Bubble tea usually not being associated with Japanese cuisine. That said, glad I came. Location is different, it's remiss of a baskin robbins with tables. Atmosphere is very "hole in the wall" but is quaint and has charm. Staff were friendly and genuine, very comfortable atmosphere. I was shocked to see such selection with the sushi items, instantly got excited and ordered two rolls. I ordered the Eden roll ($12.50) and the Super Volcano roll ($11.50). Rolls came beautifully presented (see picture). The Eden roll was remiss of some homemade sushi I have made in the past, but clearly with some more skill involved. The sauce that was provided for the roll on side was a mixture of soy, wasabi, and what seems like sweet and spicy mayo. Simple, but it really hit the spot. Super Volcano roll was just neat to look at, whomever is doing their sushi has great pride and attention to detail. Again, nothing mind blowing here but done right and flavors meshed well. Portions and presentation were more in line with the price point, finally! Honestly, glad I found this place. It may not be up to par with some of the quality etc of your better known establishments in higher populated areas, but it definitely is the best in Texarkana. I would recommend anyone give them a shot. Next time I will get some bubble tea as several people while I was there couldn't stop raving about it. read more

APPETIZERS AS A MAIN COURSE and easily the best sushi in Texarkana. I loved the tastes here, and Judy exclaimed upon her first bite of a Volcano Roll, "Oh! My! Gosh!". Judy is a woman of few words, too. She shared her roll with me only to regret it. Why? There isn't much food, not protein, anyway. My roll was ten pieces, but I'll bet you there wasn't 3 ounces of tuna total, maybe only 2. We left and shared a hamburger up the road at Denny's. Seriously. I want these people to succeed. But the fact is there are a lot of people who, while they love the tastes in the food, will pass by if they are hungry which leaves Eden Bubble Tea with a market of skinny people or those who have recently eaten; not a large market. Best place in Texarkana to get sushi! I tried the Rock N Roll(my favorite), California Roll, Tootsie Roll, and the Egg Rolls. I went in around 8:00pm and the place was empty. Each roll came out at a different time, which was fine. Also got the pineapple tea with lychee bubbles, very delicious. Ordered water to go with my food. After about 15 minutes, a few more customers came in and order fried rice meals. This little spot is nice and clean, and the employees are very friendly. I enjoyed my overall experience here. The appetizer was freshly cooked, but seemed to be directly from freezer bag. The previously bagged dipping sauce was okay with three or four cilantro leaves added. The entree was vegetables and meat. The vegetables were slightly overlooked which made them wilt. The meat was odd in flavor and consistency. The sauce was bland. The steamed rice was okay.
