We stopped at Starbucks for a treat order what we want. The lady sounds like she's got it down. We receive our drinks. Only one of them is correct. $35 to have them screw up on your drinks is ridiculous. If I had more time I would've went back in.. it's truly not that hard to make a drink the way it's ordered. Slow down and make one order at a time. The sizes of the cups have changed, but yet the prices have gone up and I know that's not their fault. That's the economy but still if people are paying for what they are ordering give them what they are order take your time it's not that hard.. read more

Stopped in this evening and most of the staff acted like customer service was a personal inconvenience. Short, rude, and giving off "don't bother me" energy from the moment I walked in. But then there was one young lady (Jocelyn) who absolutely carried the entire store. She was friendly, fast, juggling every task, and somehow still managing to make people feel welcome while everyone else looked irritated by the idea of doing their job. NIGHTMARE - last week it took 19 minutes to get a simple cold brew (literally pour a prepared pitcher of coffee over ice). I had to ask the manager to find my order and get my coffee. At 15 minutes I nicely asked the staff if they could check to see if my order had been lost (which has happened) and they snorted back at me that they didn't know they were just making drinks. I told them they need to warn people if the wait is going to be that long. I wouldn't have stayed because we are on a deadline to get to Reno! They weren't sympathetic at all. On Saturday, 9/28 we stopped mid-morning on our way through town, traveling elsewhere. The place was packed. We placed our order for one regular coffee and an iced tea, waited about 30 minutes, watching many in front of us still waiting, and walked out without the iced tea. While they had several employees working, there was only one Barista, and clearly the order-in-advance items were taking priority. Everyone waiting was pretty grumpy and I doubt we were the only ones to leave. If this location is this busy on a regular basis, then management needs to step-up staffing, perhaps even install a second espresso machine. We won't bother stopping there again, but we did appreciate that Starbucks customer service refunded our beverage purchase to our Starbucks card. read more

Came here twice while passing through Susanville this past weekend in the drive thru. Easy to access for the most part and in a convenient part of town. Who doesn't like Starbucks? Every time I've gone they've been VERY packed, but it's Starbucks. They are always packed and do a good job in having a fast space. I like this Starbucks because their outside patio tables have a nice view of the mountains. They are also conveniently in the same area of Marshall's, and Safeway! read more

This is a nice easy Starbucks to stop at as you head north or south on the 395. Today is a good day to stop in for a nice hot cup of coffee and use the WiFi and restroom. Weather is awful, but the inside of Starbucks is warm. Service was no prob, but all I order is black coffee, so what's to mess up? I found a place to sit with my laptop and everything is good. I go to Starbucks dang near everyday, because, well, I need my fix before work (caffeine addict here. I'm also a Mom of 2). Hi. I have but ONE complaint about this location and that's their drive through in the afternoons. Coffee tastes great and my order is always on point. But Once 12-1ish hits, the line gets very very long and slow. I wish they would have more employees work the afternoons. I waited approx 20 min today to get my coffee. Yesterday, I was 1 car away from the order box and waited 15 and that's just to even take my order. With how the drive through is placed, cars end up in the street and it is dangerous if someone isn't paying attention. It's hard with where the location is, but I personally feel as if there were more employees in the afternoons, it would get cleared up quicker. We're a small town so it's surprising how fast it builds up. Just some thoughts. read more

They were extremely slow, and it took absolutely forever. They were only worried about their mobile orders and their cafe ears was full of people who had ordered and had been waiting 30+ minutes for their drinks. Many people had left without their drinks because they were taking so long. read more

Why is it that when you order a drink thats been around for awhile the barristas can't make it correctly. I order the salted cold foam cold brew and they only get it right about 1 out of every 5 times. I learned that if they run out of cold brew they just use straight very strong iced coffee which tastes terrible. They dont even tell you that they changed the drink. I have had to return the drink on more than one occassion. PLEASE GET THE DRINK CORRECT OR TELL THE PERSON YOU ARE OUT OF COLD BREW!!!!! read more

Starbucks seemed ok. Stopped by to get iced tea during a roadtrip. The store was pretty clean and well layed out with plenty of seating. Although, I did need to tell the staff that the restroom was out of toilet paper, but I guess that could happen anywhere of an employee hadn't been Int the restroom yet. One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. It was alright when they first opened up. But lately they have lost most of their good employee and have resorted to employing idiots. Still horrible. Haven't figured out how to give negative stars yet -5 stars Jan 2019. Worst one I have ever gone to. I had to wait forever while an employee off shift bought coffee with her discount. I'd give you the name of the employee at the register, but she didn't have it on her apron like she is required. Good help is hard to find in Susanville I guess. read more

Waited in long line and the manager came to the window saying "if you are the person with a large bill you can get the "f" out of my line. Very rude and I am a long time customer. I love starbuck's--their app makes me feel kind space-aged. Their stand on letting everyone use the restroom is admirable. However, I don't like it when I can't plug in my charger and when I have to wait a long time to order food. Thank goodness for Starbucks... especially when you're on a trip and need to get some work done! I generally prefer independently owned coffeehouses but had to make do because Starbucks was the only place in town I could find. Their hours are 4:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m. (ish). The early morning crowd mostly consists of prison guards working at one of the three local prisons. The locals tend to come in later in the morning. This location is a "frozen" Starbucks, which means their food items are more limited than your average Starbucks. They have pastries (which are delivered several times a week) and breakfast sandwiches but don't have standard sandwiches or cheese plates. The shop has about 5-6 tables and a couple of large comfy chairs. Bathroom is clean and there's plenty of parking. read more
