First time I've ever had a cold spinach feta wrap from any Starbucksi! They also got my drink wrong.

When ever I've been to this place it's been nothing short of spectacular. I usually get a latte of some sort because I just do not like their regular coffee. That's not on the employees but their corporate policy to over roast everything to death but that's another story for another time. I will say I haven't had any bad experiences here like others. They've never gotten my drink, name, order wrong or anything. It's always busy too. I do wish the lot wasn't so wonky outside. It's sometimes a little crazy going around the store with the drive-thru & people zooming through to get to the other stores in the area. Sometimes it can make you feel like you're in a Fast & Furious movie & Vin Diesel is chasing you because you stole his latte. And we all know how much Vin needs his java fix. I live about 8miles from this place. It is definitely worth the drive. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. The staff is very friendly. I love the smell of coffee so me waiting on it is a ok. read more

My new favorite local Starbucks. I typically frequent the one on Jonesboro Rd, but this one is bigger, and has a nice ambience. It's also open at 5am, which is exactly what I need when I don't have enough time to make my own delicious espresso with cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk, and maple syrup at home. read more

I know people complaint about their working hours. I don't believe it is their fault. We are under a pandemic and unforeseeable things can happen. Let's not judge them on that. They have a very friendly staff. I am greeted with name every time I am in for a drink. My drinks are made usually to my expectation. If there is anything wrong, they would give me another one free. Last weekend this Starbucks location was closed, today my husband and I went to get our morning coffee. Our coffees (skinny vanilla lattes) were delicious only problem is that since drinking it we have had massive diarrhea and vomiting. I'm hoping it wasn't closed for health reasons. read more

I understand that the drive through is a bit hectic now that COVID19 prevents people from going into the store. I am not sure if you guys are just short staffed and unprepared for the long lines recently, but I love the food and coffee so I get over it. Today, though, I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line, ordered 2 orders of egg white bites, and not until I was home did I realize that I got a bacon sausage wrap and got charged for the wrong order, which I had to check my bank account to see because I was not given a total or offered a receipt once I paid. Generally during the week you would get what you order and it's very good. However consistently on a Sunday morning I'll go there and purchase with my hard earned money a venti Carmel macchiato with light foam and I'll get one with an inch and a half depth foam. This morning I asked for a remake and I got zero foam and a dirty lid. Horrible drive thru service today. No green frappe today because they were out of matcha. So instead I ordered two venti caramel macchiatos instead and venti blonde roast. Got to the window and only had 1 caramel macchiato and one blonde roast. I sat in line for 10 plus minutes. On top of that the rather stout female cashier was very rude. TERRIBLE. AVOID!!! CAFFEINE CHAOS. Disaster. They should close this location based on bad service, bad layout, and traffic chaos. Drive-through was jammed at 2pm, thus, folks cannot get in or out of parking spaces. (Honking ensued.) The person taking orders was very confused and placing orders that staff yelled out "WE ARE OUT OF THAT, stop ordering!" The painfully small and poorly laid out interior was jammed with people on laptops and empty drinks. There is no other Starbucks around, so this one is busy. But the chaos was not worth the caffeine. EW!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!! in addition to posting this, I'm going to attempt to contact corporate... I'm sitting in the drive thru just minding my own business, and I just happen to look into the window and let me paint you a picture of what I saw: one of the doors on the mini fridge is straight broken off, propped up on the floor. So then I see the milk, soy milk, whipped cream all on the counter above it. Just hangin out... Okay, so then I'm puzzled wondering well since the fridge door is actually broken off and the milk is sitting out, how long has it been sitting there? Ew... Okay, then I start looking... There is just stuff and junk and trash all over, everything looks dirty, smudges, cup rings, Small spills all over the counters, the drive thru window ledge. I'm wondering how high is being cleanly is on this Starbucks agenda... Look in both windows and I don't even see the health score.... The final nail in the coffin was I look up at the sign and it has clumps of dust all over miss mermaid! Oh my gosh I was gagging.. Needless to say I got my drink and threw it away... I cannot trust this place to actually be clean. I will not ever be back! Gross!!!!!!!!!!!! And any of you not understanding my dust problem, think of it like this, your cashier hands you your drink and dust falls in the cup... Nasty Starbucks!!! Firstly, this Starbucks is ridiculously cramped and difficult to get into... You have to circle the place to get into the already long line drive thru. Second, I don't know if the employees didn't want to work because they felt they had better places to be or if they were incompetent to take orders and fulfill them within a reasonable amount of time. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru box(it was my turn)...with the lady saying I'll be with you shortly...then once I ordered I waited at the window another 10 minutes for them to make my drink, which ended up not being what I ordered. They are rude, and don't apologize for any inconviences. Do yourself a favor, just go 2 exits down to the Starbucks on Jonesboro road. read more

Terrible Starbucks. Parking is tight and impossible to back out of, the drive-thru line keeps people from exiting the tiny parking lot, the seating is small to nonexistent and usually taken up by gaggles of teenagers stunting their growth. UGH. read more

Ugh ... Nothing drives me crazy more than poor customer service. That is why you are there. To provide great customer service. This Starbucks I think is the worst one I have been to. The line was short and the parking lot was half empty so they weren't busy. When placing my order through the speaker in the drive thru the guy repeated more order back to me twice both wrong. He was mumbling and I could barely understand him. Once at the window a girl took my payment and that was the last time I saw her for the 5 minutes I waited on my drink. There were 4 people standing in my view. One was making the drinks and the other 3 were all talking about personal stuff. After 2 minutes I could see that my drink was ready and placed by the window to be given to me. Nope... They were all too busy talking. The window was closed at this point so I was trying to get their attention. Finally after 3 more minutes my drink was given to me. The guy handed me the drink. No straw. No napkins. So I had to then struggle to get his attention to get the straw. No thank you. No anything. Just rude. read more

I always enjoyed meeting up with friends at this Starbucks when I lived in Stockbridge. It was ideally located, and they had consistently good drinks and service. Even when not meeting friends, I'd drive pass 5 other Starbucks to get my fave drinks from here, not just because it was close to home, but because I knew I'd be greeted warmly and get what I wanted the way I wanted it. read more

This is quite possibly the worst designed layout ever! The structure of the parking lot is idiotic!

The people that work here on weekday mornings seem to have no sense of urgency. I literally leave my house with an extra 20mins so I can spend it waiting in line for my delicious coffee or frappe or whatever I'm in the mood for that day. If I don't have exactly 20 mins then it has to be gas station coffee (poor me, I know). The food is always warm and tasty. The service is just incredibly slow and this location can't withhold the amount of people that come through in the morning. The drive thru wasn't designed well enough for the number of customers that come through (story of Henry County). They're drinks are made accurate, the baristas are helpful, they're just slow in service. read more

This is the third time I've reviewed this particular Starbucks. It just gets worse and worse every time I go. I haven't had a decent tasting drink from this location in months. One time, my drink was so bad that I went back inside so they could remake it, and it still tasted horrible. I don't get it. Not to mention they don't know anything about the special offers that corporate Starbucks advertises. So Starbucks has changed the Chai Latte. It tastes like spiced dirty dish water. Who thought that was a good idea? I only ordered the chai after they told me they were out of spice. What the?!? All the negative reviews about this place is correct! I have lived in Stockbridge for years, but also have the opportunity to visit many different Starbucks and this by far is the WORST Starbucks I have been too! Poor service, parking and drinks are often made poorly. If there were another Starbucks in the area, I would try it. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too , staff are extremely rude , very unprofessional, they never get your drink correct. On top of that once you get your drink it doesn't even taste good , taste more like spoiled milk to me ! Won't ever be returning here ever again !
