Good setup for an airport. There is lots of space for a line, which winds it's way outside of the seating area (smart). It can get packed, but what do you expect? Taking a star off because the service is slow yet there were workers standing doing nothing.

I was so happy to see a familiar friend open sonearly for my flight home. The baristas that were working at 5am were so friendly and worked quickly to get each of us waiting in line taken care of quickly and getting us caffinated for our trips. I ordered a venti blonde cinammon dolce latte and it was delicious.

Starbucks is a vital stop after getting through security checkpoint A and being treated rudely by TSA at the St. Louis Airport. Minimal line at this kiosk across from gate A4. Workers were fast, efficient, and respectful. The coffee cake was warmed up before given to me. No tables or chairs allowed still so I am back to an empty airport gate section to restore my energy levels before the flight to DTW.

Sure it's an airport location with no extravagant leather sofas, industrial working tables are super cool baristas but it's an airport location...what more do you want but your daily dose served up just in time to board your flight outta this joint. Located inside Terminal 1 just past the security checkout and next door to Dunkin Donuts. Prepare for long lines but it moves pretty quickly if you know what you want and don't hold the line up ordering a tall cappuccino with a splash of soy milk, slightly shaken not stirred over a few cubes of ice in a grande up, half pump of hazelnut with a fan of whipped cream on top!!!!! STOP IT PEOPLE

Had a very nice experience here this morning. We were pleasantly surprised they were open at 5 am. Great coffee, nice breakfast sandwich of egg white and turkey bacon on an English muffin. Very sweet young lady answered my menu questions and was quite charming. You will find them by Gate E 16.

Pricey Airport Starbucks SITREP They have the basic level 2 Starbucks products & service available at this location. THE SETUP I am not a fan of a Starbucks - whether it be in an Airport or a Stadium, etc. - that uses the location as an excuse to charge up to 35%-50% more for their product. Paid nearly $3 more for the Venti Blonde & Sausage Breakfast sandwich I could have gotten for less at my home Starbucks. THE LOWDOWN They got most of the goods you want at a Starbucks, but they will make you pay for the "privilege" of being in an airport.

I have been to a handful of airport Starbucks, and I understand why they overstaff some of them for when the rush hits, but this was a slower day and while a hive can work well with tons of bees buzzin' around these folks need to work on their system. It wasn't busy but the 7 or so folks working behind this tiny hub of a Starbucks were all younger and super chatty with each other where it made it difficult for folks to know if their orders were being placed or not, or correctly. I don't speak Starbucks and asked for a Large, but got a medium and felt like the staff while efficient was being short with the clientele in favor of side conversations and jokes with other employees. I totally understand liking the people you work with but when it's at the expense of customer service, you should probably keep it to the break room.

Some reason this has some shot of a sweetener in it and I didn't know they do that.maybe it's different at this location.

Just learned this is a training location, now the trainer taught the barista how to make the matcha green tea ice latte. I'm glad they didn't dump the matcha powder at the bottom, I just wish it wasn't a sweetener that was added which maybe it's normal but I always mention no sugar just coconut milk. Maybe it's my fault for this one but thank goodness I got a grande and I didn't take it back but noooooo shots of sweetener.

Worst service of any Starbucks I've ever visited, or any other establishment for that matter.

I travel quite frequently and make it a habit to stop here on my way to baggage claim since I have time to kill; the St Louis airport takes 30-40 minutes for your bags to come out.

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. The cookie was incredibly well balanced -- floral, citrusy, and not overly sweet -- and easily one of the best cookies I've had in a while. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Things are no where near the sweetness of other boba tea shops. They use ceremonial grade matcha and every piece of bread that we tried tasted not overly sweet and extremely fresh. They are truly the definition of mom and pop shop that cares about their customers.

I came in today around 8:25 AM and placed an order for my friend, who comes here all the time. When…read moreI placed the order, I clearly told the lady that the order needed to be exactly how I described it and to please fix it exactly as I asked. My friend's order was: Rice & Bean Bowl - No lettuce - Add cheese, spinach, and onions - About 4 sides of ranch Large coffee with a shot of caramel I repeated everything more than once to avoid confusion. Instead of simply entering the order, the employee questioned almost every item. She insisted the bowl came with cheese--until I showed her the menu where it clearly does not. Then she questioned the toppings I asked to be added. At this point, I even had to call my friend while standing there because she kept challenging what I was asking for. Before I paid, I said again, "Please make sure the order is correct." I also clarified, "I don't want a latte. I want a coffee with a shot of caramel." The total came out to $30.82 for two items, which is already high, but I was willing to pay it as long as the order was right. When I dropped the order off, my friend took one sip of the drink and immediately said, "What is this?" It was clearly not a regular coffee. So I drove right back. When I told the employee she gave me the wrong drink, she insisted she made it correctly. My friend told me the regular coffee comes from the machine near the door with caramel added--yet the employee pointed to the latte machine and acted like that was the same thing. It wasn't. Not only did she get the drink wrong after all the clarification, but they didn't offer a refund, remake, apology, nothing. Just a I'm sorry after messing up the order I tried so hard to make clear. Please check your order before leaving this place. I couldn't taste the drink because it wasn't mine. This review is strictly about the customer service I experienced today--it was frustrating, dismissive, and completely avoidable. Customer Service was trash 0/10
