Incompetent staff !!! Multiple times I have had to leave a mobile order at the counter because the staff can not handle the work load expected at an airport. Waited 30 min for a drip coffee with cream but had to leave before receiving it in order to board my flight. This is pathetic Starbucks ! I can forgive this lack of fulfillment of an order on occasion but this happening over and over again is unacceptable. Do something about it already ! read more

Talk about the most stellar experience ever. The captain and I were about to order the eggnog drinks, but the barista, Dejanay, instead let us sample it because it has apparently been pretty disliked. She was totally right. Dejanay and Tayelor made us their favorite holiday drinks instead which were amazing. Peppermint white chocolate and iced sugar cookie. Dejanay and Tayelor are the best Starbucks barista's I've ever encountered. Concourse C is lucky to have them. read more

Good setup for an airport. There is lots of space for a line, which winds it's way outside of the seating area (smart). It can get packed, but what do you expect? Taking a star off because the service is slow yet there were workers standing doing nothing. read more

I was trying to ask one of the staff information. They didn't even listen to what I was trying to say, they immediately asked me to step out of the store because they are not open yet. But I wasn't trying to buy anything I was trying to ask the time the gates usually open in the morning as someone told me at 3 am but it was past 3 am. read more

Cons: Very rude to every costumer I saw come up, I did mobile order so I didn't interact. My drink was not filled up but after seeing the employees embarrass a gentleman that didn't speak the best English I chose to not complain. Pros: quick, clean, and great tasting read more

I got in line at 3:08pm to order my husband and I a coffee. There were two men in front of me. As I waited a woman on her phone in a sweatshirt and a couple (man in a plaid blazer and a woman with dark hair and a black long coat) got behind her. I felt the woman directly behind me was standing a little too closely to me so I stepped from in front of her and directly behind the man ordering, giving enough space for him to exit when he was done. When the cashier called the next guest I stepped up as did the woman behind me on the phone. I told her I was in line and she said oh I'm sorry. The barista proceeded to tell me to go to the back of the line. I said I've been in this line and she argued with me. What was clearly a miss understating resulted in me asking the people behind me if they saw me in line and the barista kicking me out of the store. She told the other cashier not to serve me. When I tried to take a photo of her name tag she turned her body so I couldn't see her name. I believe it was Cassidy or Chassidy. I have filed a claim with Starbucks corporate. I hope they have cameras and watch the footage. I have been in sales for 20 years. If someone with that type of attitude and complete disregard for human decency worked for me, they would be gone. It's my personal opinion that I'm not the only one who has had issues at this location based on her attitude. I understand people have bad days and go through things but this was blatant disrespect without caring. read more

I was so happy to see a familiar friend open sonearly for my flight home. Between landing in Saint Louis International Airport and motoring Interstate 70 into downtown Saint Louis for a week long vacation, this Starbucks came in very handy. If it weren't for this Starbucks, it would of been a very very boring two hours of waiting for my dad's flight to come in. This Starbuck's which is co-listed with the Concourse E Starbuck's downstairs is the ONLY business at presecurity. In other words, once the airline passenger such as yours truly enters baggage claim then gets their luggage, this Starbucks is the only place to hang out in the airport. When I hung out here with my brother, I was about to start off a week long adventure in the Lou. So, there was a real positive vibe to the Terminal 2 pre-security Starbuck's. The fact that the drinks cost identical to local locations did not hurt that vibe. My brother and I managed to get a couple of the few chairs by a long table in what appeared to be the one seating area. If we carried our cups of coffee outside we'd take in an oversized airplane model hanging from the sun lit ceiling near security. If we were drinking it during a tornado, we'd only have to walk a few feet to the restroom which doubles up as a tornado shelter. Due to the fact that this is the first Saint Louis business that I have patronized in over twenty years, this Starbucks Barista gave me my first impression of Saint Louisans. Fortunately, she was a pleasant hard working woman that passed over charging me for a refill. In our case, this Starbucks served a very good purpose. During the gap that my brother and my flight and my dad's arrived, perking up with Starbucks in our cups made two hours of time fly by faster than our Southwest flight from Las Vegas to Saint Louis. read more

I don't know who the manager is at this location but customer service was horrible. I walked up and they looked at me in my eyes and continued their conversation. Didn't say hello or step to the register to take my order. That needs to be corrected. read more

Starbucks is a vital stop after getting through security checkpoint A and being treated rudely by TSA at the St. Louis Airport. Minimal line at this kiosk across from gate A4. Workers were fast, efficient, and respectful. The coffee cake was warmed up before given to me. Sure it's an airport location with no extravagant leather sofas, industrial working tables are super cool baristas but it's an airport location...what more do you want but your daily dose served up just in time to board your flight outta this joint. Located inside Terminal 1 just past the security checkout and next door to Dunkin Donuts. Prepare for long lines but it moves pretty quickly if you know what you want and don't hold the line up ordering a tall cappuccino with a splash of soy milk, slightly shaken not stirred over a few cubes of ice in a grande up, half pump of hazelnut with a fan of whipped cream on top!!!!! Pricey Airport Starbucks SITREP They have the basic level 2 Starbucks products & service available at this location. THE SETUP I am not a fan of a Starbucks - whether it be in an Airport or a Stadium, etc. - that uses the location as an excuse to charge up to 35%-50% more for their product. Paid nearly $3 more for the Venti Blonde & Sausage Breakfast sandwich I could have gotten for less at my home Starbucks. THE LOWDOWN They got most of the goods you want at a Starbucks, but they will make you pay for the "privilege" of being in an airport. read more

I have been to a handful of airport Starbucks, and I understand why they overstaff some of them for when the rush hits, but this was a slower day and while a hive can work well with tons of bees buzzin' around these folks need to work on their system. It wasn't busy but the 7 or so folks working behind this tiny hub of a Starbucks were all younger and super chatty with each other where it made it difficult for folks to know if their orders were being placed or not, or correctly. I don't speak Starbucks and asked for a Large, but got a medium and felt like the staff while efficient was being short with the clientele in favor of side conversations and jokes with other employees. I totally understand liking the people you work with but when it's at the expense of customer service, you should probably keep it to the break room. read more

For an airport Starbucks, this place was perfect! The staff was super friendly, service was fast and the coffee tasted great! There is plenty of seating. They have a full selection of food and drinks! The only bummer was I wanted a Starbucks tall mug with the saint Louis logo and there are zero to be found .... so if you ever get a restock! Just learned this is a training location, now the trainer taught the barista how to make the matcha green tea ice latte. I'm glad they didn't dump the matcha powder at the bottom, I just wish it wasn't a sweetener that was added which maybe it's normal but I always mention no sugar just coconut milk. Maybe it's my fault for this one but thank goodness I got a grande and I didn't take it back but noooooo shots of sweetener. read more

Welcome to the world's slowest Starbucks. Really. Everyone moves in slow motion. You will be amazed!

Just fine for grabbing a drink and going. The staff was polite, drinks were made fairly efficiently, and there's a counter area off to the side to wait for your drinks that is out of the way of people trying to order and pay. If you're looking for a place to sit and work, this isn't it. It's really just a walk-up stand kind of set up. There are rocking chairs down the hall if you want to sit and watch the tarmac, but if you need a place to hunker down I'd suggest hitting up the bar next door. read more

Starbucks really needs to shop this location and see first hand how these employees treat their customers. How these people are employed is beyond me. Rude, condescending and ready to escalate a simple issue. Then they mock their customers as they leave. I'll never shop at this location again. read more

My daughter and I ordered 2 coffees and 2 muffins, they didn't ask if we wanted it warmed and I didn't think to ask until after it was handed to us. So we asked nicely if they could warm it for us. Oh boy, the person working there who should not be in a customer service position says to me with a glare " you should have asked"! Ok, well whatever. So Im standing there with my 12 yr old and she puts a bag down and my hand goes for it , Im still kinda shocked from her unnecessary meanness, and then she literally yells at me "is your name Nicole!?" Like 3 times. Her coworkers think it's hilarious that she is so disgusting to a customer and gets away with it. She clearly has no concept of customer service or just plain old treating other humans nice. read more

This review is for the Starbucks on the Southwest terminal at Lambert Airport. It always seems like an inconvenience for them to wait on you, horrible service. Short line on a Friday evening and they have my favorite in stock! Trento sized strawberry acai with coconut milk. I'm giving this Starbucks a two star only because the set up and slower staff make the line consistently long. They make decent Starbucks drinks, but if there's a line, it will take you a bit longer to get your drink. If you're rushing to get on a flight, do NOT go here unless there's no line. read more

It started out with the line being extremely long which was fine considering it is early morning (not to mention I love Starbucks). But then after standing in line you get to the register and they then decide to tell you their systems have been down **since the day before** and are only accepting certain forms of payment. Many customers who rely on their Starbucks mobile app were turned away. With a line that long it would have been nice to have a sign up stating the systems were down prior to waiting in this long line. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. read more

Really awful service. The women working this morning are so rude. One came out with a sandwich and yelled out the type But not the name. When everyone looked around to make sure they were snagging someone else's sandwich, she starts saying "people looking around all confused like they don't know what they want. This is how people take other people's sandwiches." Basically berating us for her error - we give a name at checkout for a reason! read more

Super quick and friendly service today, and my customized drink came out absolutely perfect. Better than it is at home sometimes. The baristas today were on their A-game. This is probably my favorite Starbucks. I travel quite frequently and make it a habit to stop here on my way to baggage claim since I have time to kill; the St Louis airport takes 30-40 minutes for your bags to come out. That's another story though. Anyway, what I like about this Starbucks is how friendly the staff is. There's always the same two girls working here and they are always happy and cheerful. And, they provide great service. Plus, they make an excellent quad tall cappuccino. I go here so often that they now remember what I order. The girls always act like I'm crazy for ordering a quad. I guess people rarely order 4 shots of espresso at a time! BTW, this review is in reference to the Starbucks right outside of Baggage Claim. The other Starbucks in the terminals are lame and the staff in those Starbucks acts like you've asked the world of them to simply take your order, much less do something like make your drink! read more

Staff taking orders were friendly and service was fast. However, end product wasn't so great.
