Friendly staff, everything came out great. The girls working went above and beyond looking for a food item I really wanted, they were quick and efficient, and even brought each item to us as it was ready while we were waiting at a table. The store was also clean and well-kept. Great location! read more

The service at the location is horrendous. I ordered a decaf latte with almond milk (not tricky) and it took 15 minutes.....no exaggeration. You may be thinking maybe it was crowded? Nope. I was the only person in the store and just a few drive through customers. It was 3pm in the afternoon. And the topper ......they're not friendly people. They should consider rebranding this store to "Slow and rude". read more

The bad review is my fault. I've had problems here before but my impatience made me stop here. No one greeted us on arrival even though they were not busy at all. We stood there for about a minute before we were even acknowledged. Ordered a coffee and a peppermint mocha but they were out of peppermint. We told them to just forget it. How can you be out of peppermint during the Christmas season? This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. You can see the employees attitude when you go in. They don't give a s**t. read more

Went to drive up ordered and noticed a rat trap lid was left open by the back door of Starbucks. Asked associate if they could just close it so dogs and wildlife would not eat rat poison and be injured or killed essentially. Associate said it was not their rat trap that it belonged to restaurant down the street. I said that may be so but it is by your back door so can't you just close it? She said No, it's not our problem, it does not belong to us. I said, So you don't care if an animal gets poisoned? It is simple to fix. She shrugs and says, no she doesn't. Before she just walked away and I couldn't even get my receipt I said (kinda disappointed at this point), something like Well, if a dog dies it is on your account and drove off with my $6.00 coffee (that really does not taste all that good for the money). Why should I go to a business that does not care about dogs, coyotes, rabbits, hawks etc getting poisoned and treats customers like they care less about our concerns? Then read online about how they go on strike because they have to wear black clothing or don't get paid a living wage? Most of the employees are pretty cool there but at 2:05 April 10, register 4 10416 the associate in the drive through was a real peach and the individual really made me feel like my money was not valued or my concern for an issue (that was literally an inch from their back door for the last two days at least) was not valid. read more

I am a regular customer & this store is my favorite, they always go above and beyond. On 2/18 around 9:30am there was a short jet black hair lady who I assume is a manager was extremely rude to the baristas. There were multiple people in the lobby and it was obvious to everyone how rude and inconsiderate she was to everyone in the store but especially the baristas. I hope she isn't a manager, I would personally hate it! She also had nails which I thought was strange since talking with some of the baristas I learned they are not allowed to have them... way to lead by example! She needs to get a grip! read more

Yikes. Go to Dutch Bros. Any sicko that puts 2 shots in a 20 oz latte should be closed down. Easily the most watery, diluted latte I've ever had. Dutch Bros (and anywhere else on earth) does 4 shots in a 20 oz. The way it should be. read more

Whatever happened to cream sugar and flavorings being available for those who purchase coffee. This Starbucks has only straws and stir sticks. When you order the person at the register is not even able to remember your order to write it on your cup. The barista has her nose so far up in the air she would drown in a rainstorm. Not the starbucks experience I remember. read more

Like most locations. Good service and great to have an iced tea on a day like this. I know iced tea sounds funny, but after climbing over boulders in this blazing sun looking for Indian rock art, a nice venti iced tea is the go to drink for me. I can enjoy an espresso later. Wifi always a bonus! I checked my email with my iPhone and all was right with the world except for the scrapes and cuts on my legs from the boulders. read more

I asked for iced quad blonde espresso with 6pumps of white mocha and got this. Ice over milk. Also was charged $22 for what? Idek because these are supposed to be only $3.45. Only kids working there they shouldn't be because they have no idea what they're doing. read more

If your supercharging. Starbucks wants to sell your there product but are refusing to open bathroom. So if you been driving for hours to get to the supercharger behind Starbucks. Don't bother. We been on a trip from California to Idaho and back and Starbucks is the only place we seen without open bathroom lost is other places no issue. There a gas station about 1/2 a mile away with open bathrooms. I'm not going to Starbucks anymore until they open bathrooms. read more

Best time of the year to try Caramel crème Brulee with soy milk pairs with grilled cheese sandwich. Yummy

I understand COVID has caused things to be a little different than normal, but I just had the most terrible experience at this Starbucks. One of the baristas put my drink at the main counter instead of the "mobile order" counter, didn't know there were two because the other counter was kind of hidden. Didn't call my name, I waited for what seemed like 10-15 minutes, was the only one in the store then she finally rudely said...your drink has been sitting here for a while. When I went to grab it, one had whipped cheese, which I did not order, so I said that I ordered it without. Instead of just scraping it off, she huffed and angrily tossed the whole drink down the drain. When she remade the drink, she didn't call the order and ignored me when I said thank you. I understand that COVID is happening, so things are different, but there's no need to be rude to a paying customer. Especially the only one in the store. read more

Absolutely best service I have EVER had a Starbucks. The attitudes of every person we talked to was outstanding. They seemed liked they loved their jobs. Making jokes, laughing and engaging. Receipt # 665537. I'm not sure who helped us but at 9am on 8/21 whoever was working drive through was beyond fabulous and make our day. read more

I've been coming out here since I moved here in August and have never ever had a problem wrong with my drink. ( venti iced white mocha with SWEET cream cold foam and Carmel drizzle.) up until the past three times I've came. Them being lazy do not make the sweet cream cold foam and do whipped cream instead. ( which is absolutely disgusting) and the first time I told the girl about it she caught attitude with me and told me " well sweet cream cold foam and whipped cream are completely different flavors " ( IVE got this drink over a hundred times, it's THE ONLY drink I get so out of everyone I KNOW LOL ! ) and then the last two other times including today I've had it sent back. And remade and it's fine. Up until today I sent it back and they gave me the same drink back. . I am very nice about it nor am I the type to send a drink or absolutely anything back but now it's gotten to the point where the same girl who has constantly done this and when I send it back she sits in the back and smiles... really urks you lol. But yeah. Thought I'd come on here and rant and when I do get her names it will get posted and a call to the manager:) read more

Great service from the baristas! They were short staffed and very busy, another customer demanded their drink be made first because she left late for a shuttle and they were kind and accommodating. Asian guy working the drive through is a complete asshole. Condescending attitude nobody should have to deal with just because the coffee was made wrong which isn't a big deal. Finally get the courage to ask to remake the drink and he's shaking it around rolling his eyes acting like I'm stupid, talking to me like I'm stupid and a problem to deal with. Don't spend money at a Starbucks to put up with an attitude you don't have to deal with for wrong coffee and someone who takes his job so personal. It was shocking really. Nice interior and patio. Friendly service but Americano drinks come out weak and flat.

This Starbucks is in the Northwest vicinity of St. George, and the only Starbucks along Utah Route 18, a heavily travel led St. George thoroughfare. On the way back from Snow Canyon State Park, out of all things I pulled in here to replenish my thirst with a bottle of Ethos water ($2), and hang out in a comfortable establishment like Starbucks. When I hung out here around 3 PM, there was a Happy Hour promotion where a Frapucino is half price. I gave the newest flavor, Coconut Mocha a tasting. For the record I recommend it. I especially enjoyed the sprinkling of coconut flakes mixed in with the whip cream. As far as a Starbucks experience, this Starbucks gets good ratings. There seemed to be an abundance of sofa and plush seating. The cafe kind of reminded me of the inside of a Victorian cottage. There is a neat bulletin board displaying pictures of customers pets and Starbucks locations throughout the world. This Starbucks affords a great view of the Red Cliffs. If I return to Snow Canyon, I could see myself doing another check in here read more

WARNING - COMPLETE DISRESPECT AND INVASIVENESS. Their employee not only argued with me for not having my mask on, but then followed me out to my truck, yelling at me in front of other customers of starbucks and then looked up my company by the truck and had her mom leave a bad review. Cannot believe the level these people go to in order to push politics in a coffee shop! What a joke! AVOID. They are trying to bring down another local business (not a franchise) because of their immature employees that don't treat customers with respect. read more

Today was quite upsetting. I went to the drive through and asked if they had any impossible Breakfast sandwiches left. The girl said they had two left. I very clearly said "I will take the last two then". When I got to the window, she only handed me one. I told her I ordered two. She said "oops, I only charged you for one, and then sold the last one to the person behind you" They didn't even offer anyway to correct the situation. I had ordered two before the person behind me, and yet she still gave the last one to the person who ordered after me!! This isn't the the first time I've had issues with this location. Took 20 minutes for iced tea. Bunch of derelicts work here daily. Ugh. Watered down tea. All that for a 4 dollar water!

Always slow. Always ask u to wait before waiting on you via speaker. Slow. It is exhausting

Zero stars !! My order took 35 min to make !! No line ahead of me in the store - they choose to make mobile and drive thru orders while I stood there !! I asked twice about my order and got very snippy responses!! I ordered a grande half-caf whole milk latte. Simple enough, right? I watched as the barista made it using some whole milk and some low-fat milk. I pointed this out and said I had requested - and paid extra for - whole milk. Her response was that she used whole milk. When I pointed out that I had watched her make my drink and use the blue-top jug (low-fat), she then responded that she had only used "some" low-fat milk to top it off. If I had wanted low-fat milk, I certainly wouldn't have paid extra for whole milk. After a brief dirty look, she said she would remake it. As I watched, she remade it with whole milk but did not do a half-caf. It was served up with a glare. I wasn't going to wait for her to try again, this time correctly. I took the incorrectly made beverage and drank half of it before throwing the rest away. Unacceptab read more

Disgusting restrooms and extremely discourteous staff. I can't believe the state of the facilities here!! Awful! Worse than any stadium or theme park bathroom I've ever been in. Dirty footprints all over the floor, trash everywhere, pee all over the toilet seat- just nasty! The staff don't smile or great you nicely at all. I was waiting for a companion who is in the restroom, not near the counter and an employee just spews "are you gonna order something?!?" At me. I reply "no, I'm waiting for someone in the restroom". My rely is met with an eye roll and attitude beyond reason. I wasn't even standing in the line or anywhere near where you would order from. I'm simply just over in the corner, trying to exist. What is the point of ordering on the app if you are not going to make the order until you clear your lines before doing mine. There were people after we arrived that got their orders faster. I've have had a variety of drinks hot and cold at this location and it's always just right. The bakery items I have had were delicious and they are willing to heat up most anything they have. If you are a fan of the Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie, then ask them to heat it up and you will be happy. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. One downside is that the inside isn't very big and can get cramped at times. They have some tables and a small couch area and they fill up quick depending on the time of day, so if it's real busy and the line is long it's kind of easy to get lost in a cluster of people and feel cramped. There is also tables and chairs outside and on certain days it's real nice to sit out there. Pretty much your basic SB and thankfully consistent with the drinks. The patio area is dog friendly and there is a drive-thru. read more

My coworker and I are in St George for work and needed a place between meetings to sit down, plug in our computers and work for a bit. We both got drinks and something to eat and sat at one of the open tables with a plug. The tables are tiny and we couldn't both work on our laptops at one comfortably. There were plenty of open tables so we grabbed an empty one and put it next to the other one we were sitting at and pulled the chairs over. My coworker and I each sat our backpacks on the chairs next to us and sat kitty corner to each other. An older female employee with short blonde hair (who was conveniently not wearing a name tag) was very abrasive and said "I am not okay with you using chairs for backpacks". I explained that we were just trying to give ourselves room and she said "I get that but if someone needs a chair I'm going to steal those. Backpacks don't need chairs". We proceeded to move our backpacks to the back of our chairs and work. She then rolled her eyes at us. Mind you, there were 3 other empty tables and a bench area. And two other tables that were being used were one person sitting at them with a computer, which is the same as we were doing, just next to each other..... As we sat in the shop for a bit a couple of men walked in and placed their order with her. One of them tried to hand her their credit card and she said, "No, put it in right there. I don't want to touch your card. I don't know if you do creepy stuff to your card". This took everyone who heard it, including another employee, by surprise. A short time later an older male employee showed up. He worked for a bit and then went to the bathroom wearing his apron. As he came out he was drying his hands on his apron. First of all, this should have not even been worn into the bathroom, and it especially shouldn't have been used as a towel. I was extremely frustrated with this entire visit and will be sure next time I am in the area to not waste my time at this location. read more

To be honest, I had the most flavorful caramel light frappuccino of my LIFE at this Starbucks. It was made with a lot of love by some very nice workers. Every person who walked in before and after us was greeted by name and asked if they wanted "the usual". Gotta love small town living! The only downside was that this location seems grossly understaffed. As a result, the workers were engaged in a bizarre, frantic coffee brigade, squirting shots into cups and then leaving them to sit while they took orders. When each worker returned to the cup (or sometimes a different worker), he or she didn't know what was in the cup and had to start over. It was so strange. However, the workers were really apologetic. I actually felt bad for them - they seemed so overworked and frenzied. I will be back to this Starbucks when I return to St. George based on the good service and quality product. I appreciate crews that provide friendly service even when things aren't ideal. They can't be faulted for the less-than-ideal staffing. They did everything possible to make our experience positive. read more
