Now I'm a "no such thing as too spicy chai" kinda guy, but I also enjoy a unique house blend so I was on board. The chai was, indeed, herbal. Sweet, with a little spice and flowery notes. It drank warm, smooth, & calming...like a gentle morning hug. Like most teas in the area, the sweetness could be dialed back a bit, but overall, a lovely shop and beautiful, tasty chai.

Weeks later I saw another location near Krispy Kreme and had to decide myself to try it after revisiting the area. I ordered the Iced White Chocolate Mocha Latte. Usually you can't go wrong with Wht Choc Mocha. Their pricing is awesome $5ish for a medium! That's my kinda place. Both lines were pretty busy but they had associates to walk to cars with iPads to order and take payment if by card. Fast service and chatty young folks. Speakers pumped out sounds of 3 Doors Down and Nickleback. My drink was perfect! Not too sweet and not bland at all. I hope it's consistent. Join the rewards program!! Very similar ordering style and options as other popular coffee shops in the area. I ordered the golden eagle with oatmilk and extra ice. The cup was full- too full- and spilled out of the massive hole in their lids when I turned out of the parking lot. The drink was lacking. Watered down and had almost no ice in it making it warm and not iced. The espresso is smooth though and that's a plus. About 6 months ago I was told that I need to be specific when ordering it and refer to it as the SIGNATURE s'mores because there are multiple beverages. Every 3 out of 5 times when I order the drink it has to be fixed and remade. This clearly at this point is not a me issue and a training issue. I understand stuff happens but when you are paying 9 dollars for one drink and then you get none of the toppings that are supposed to come on it, it's frustrating. I understand they were out of marshmallow fluff today, but we weren't even told that until they brought the drink to our car. I called the store to see if we could resolve the issue. The manager calls me back to tell me I need to now specifically not only tell them that it's the s'mores signature latte but how to make it with all the toppings. It is not my job to train your staff to make a drink you provide on your menu.
