This Starbucks is in a very convenient location on Shelburne road. It is often messy around the tables and the garbage always seems to be full. I would order on the app before going in here because the line is always long. There's a few places for seating but those are always full, not a place to count on being able to sit. read more

Paid $7.00 for a venti cold brew in my own personal cup with two shots of espresso. Girl was rushing and only put in one shot, when cup was halfway full I asked for it to be topped off, she filled it with water. I'll be skipping Starbucks for the local spots from now on. read more

This is quite possible the worst Starbucks in the world. I've never made it out in less than 15 minutes, it's as if here surprised every day by the fact that people actually want to come in here and order coffee and food. First of all I am a Starbucks lover. It makes me feel like I am back in Washington. Secondly, I have been to all but one Starby's here in Vermont (4 out of 5 haha). Third of all, the first time I walked into this specific Starbucks, I walked right back out because there was it was so small with minimal seating and the line was oddly right in front of the door. I believe they just had renovations done, and it is a lot better. Service was great, the line now does a wrap around system, and it was here that I found out I became a gold member :) I love the fact that it is right next to my grocery store is nice, and being as Starbucks, you can alway depend on wifi, outlets, and a good ambience. read more

I feel like this is a Starbucks location that often goes unnoticed and forgotten. I find that when I am in search of a fix, I rarely thing of this location. But- this location is fairly accessible and they provide fast service. My only whine is about their lack of drink listings. You either have to be a Starbucks expert to know what you want off the top of your head, or you get to sit in the corner on their Starbucks app for 20 mins before you can go up to the register to get what you want to try.... read more

Out of all the Starbucks in Burlington Vermont this is one of my favorite coffee shops to come too. Since I moved here 7 weeks ago I've been here 6 times already. There're polite, patient and have nice personalities. The store is kept clean along with the restrooms. I like the fact that there's good space to sit with tables in the back to work along with plugs. read more

This Starbucks is pretty small...but it's usually not very busy, and the staff is very efficient and friendly. When they are busy, you won't be in line too long. They run some promotions and specials from time to time (Free coffee coupons are always nice). Plus they've never once spelled my name Aaron as other Starbucks locations have--always a plus in my book! read more

I hate starbucks....On the other hand....This one was to my surprise good! Service: The service of this Starbucks is great! Better than any of the rest in our area. I went in on a Saturday morning looking for a latte! The latte is what I got! So the one taking the orders was very quick and to the point. I like this about a place like this. I mean I know it can take a bit to make some of their drinks but they did a good job in the front line here. After ordering I then went to the back and waited for my latte. I only took a few minutes here. A lot of the ones I have been too in the past fail right here. They made ALL of the drinks in the order they where ordered in. Not in an order they felt like doing. I liked this a lot. So if I was 3rd in line...I got my drink order 3rd. Its how it should be. Thats the point of a line right? Another thing I enjoyed was i saw an employee with a Mohawk and piercings. I'm glad to see Starbucks branching out to allow people to look different this says a lot to me about the company. Or even the guy whos running/owns this one. Drink: Now I got a mint latte! It was made correctly and very good! Not much to say here but go out and get one! Price: This is the one reason why I normally don't like Starbucks. I did however get a small. It cost me $3.45...So on the scale on the bad and good its not to bad. So while I wish if was cheaper...Its not. I go back only because this one has good customer service and they get it right! Over all: Id go back. I like this location. Its just no where near where I work or where I live. If Im shopping in the area then I go here. Least friendly Starbucks I've been to. The guy who wanted on us acted like he couldn't have bothered. No personality at all. The person making our drinks gave me my cup with no cozy while everybody else's hot order had one. The vibe was stuffy and depressing. Every time I go here my drinks are pristine and the customer service is the best I've ever had at a coffee shop. When you order a splash of almond or coconut milk they don't obnoxiously fill up an entire cup and charge extra for it. The cashiers are friendly and nice to talk to. Overall GREAT! read more

Starbucks is always a nice treat. They do make some good coffee. I usually don't spend too much time in this particular Starbucks because I take my coffee to go. I think it is because I have to drive to get here and it is not that much of a destination. In the summer I'm a little more inclined to have a seat at one of the outside tables. Great renovation. Love the wood panels and big tiles. The have the Clover brewer which make amazing coffee. Lots of seating. The temperature is a little too cold to be comfortable but the atmosphere is still nice. Baristas are very attentive and helpful. read more
