I know I provided the young lady who assisted me with a good laugh early in the morning, thanks to the child-like look on my face when I saw all the pastries and the different types of coffee. I wanted to say "one of each of the pastries" because they all look so good. Okay, back to the coffee. After asking for a description of what was in some of the hot coffees, I decided on the "Beekeeper Latte". This was an excellent choice. All I can say is, "wow". The floor to ceiling windows of the old bays give a good deal of light as well. The coffee was definitely the best of any location I've tried on either side of the river. I was a little disappointed that I had to go up to check on my food order after waiting 20 minutes. It was apparently lost in some printing snafu but in that time, one of the breakfast sandwiches I ordered had run out of stock. The servers were very kind about it and gave me a card for a free something or other to make it right, a very nice gesture. Service overall is excellent! Seating is pretty plentiful. Tables with umbrellas wait outside on beautiful days like this. Inside, there are chairs and tables around as well as a long bench which is a little too high with the cushion but certainly fine if you're not planning to camp out all day.
