I decided to give your shop another chance and I brought 3 of my friends in to be fair. We love your shop, but all of us agreed that your coffee really is not good. Two of us had espresso drinks and two of us had regular coffees. We all looked at each other and just shook our heads. I'm sorry but it's just not very good. My uncle told me he bought a pound of beans and took it home to brew it. He's very particular about his coffee, but he said it was undrinkable and tossed the bag. Again, sorry, but something is definitely not the same. read more

The cashier lady had very long hair that wasn't tied back...wasn't an issue until she went back to make my sandwich. At that time she kept flipping her hair out of her face and I then noticed she didn't wear gloves the entire time! Yuck! Love this cute little shop!! I stop by anytime I'm in town! Lots of choices for food and coffee and never disappoints. I typically get the grilled cheese sandwiches but have tried many. The boutique has lots of cute local options and perfect gifts. I highly recommend anything here! The service is always great too! read more

There's a nice chill vibe in here. Cute boutique things for purchase. My matcha had potential. I got the blackberry which had a great flavor it was just way too sweet for my liking. Which is partially my fault. I should have asked for less flavoring. I will definitely go back to try other things. read more

It's been a hot minute since I visiting Brick + Mortar. Located in Simpsonville Brick + Mortar serves up some of the best coffees and has the biggest scones I've ever seen. And they beat those chain stores that just look pretty and taste like flour. They're actually beautiful and delicious. If you need a unique gift they have lots of goodies you can purchase. The honey lavender latte wasn't on the menu; but, I decided to go with the Dirty Chai. Yummy!!!! It went perfectly with the cranberry dark chocolate scone with vanilla drizzle that I had to take home. They're that big. Whether you're visiting the outlet mall or just passing through make a stop at Brick + Mortar. Fabulous small businesses are the best. read more

I was recently introduced to Brick+Mortar while working a wedding, and I immediately fell in love. I was given an iced coffee that was bold, flavorful, and seriously hit the spot. I have since been to the store 3 times in the past 10 days. They serve a gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip and a coconut bread that are to die for. They're great cold, and served warm they're next level AH-MAZING. I'm excited to see what other gluten free offerings will be available as seasons change. Their drink selection is quite broad, so there really is something for everyone here. So far I've tried their current selection of seasonal hot drinks: Lumberjack, Oatmeal, Maple Bourbon, Pumpkin Pie. I'm unsure as to which flavor is my favorite. They're excellent with oat milk, I haven't purchased any gifts from the boutique, but they have a great selection. I would love for them to open another location or two! When I first came to this coffee shop, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical. I had heard great things about the coffee, but I wasn't sure if it could really live up to the hype. But from the first sip, I was hooked. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the employees were so friendly. I will keep coming back here because it's such a great place to relax and unwind. What a sweet coffee shop! I make sure to stop in here whenever I'm visiting my parents. The staff is always very friendly and the coffee is great. They have very unique lattes and they're bold, never bitter. I love that they also have a small boutique with local finds and treasures. This little shop is a hidden gem! I went in and got a caramel oat milk latte and some pumpkin bread and both were AMAZING. I didn't know what to expect since a lot of coffee shops in small towns don't have the best coffee but it was great! Also, such a cute little shop with a bunch of goodies from local creatives. The benefit -- the space is Free. Can't beat Free. With this experience of the space, I have adjusted my expectations and go here for drinks only and prefer not to linger any longer than necessary. I will continue to search elsewhere to satisfy my craving for a serene space to enjoy multiple beverages over a time period of 1-2 hours while enjoying the company of my friends.

I asked the waiter but again he played the "no habla" and couldn't tell me why. Not only did I not get what I ordered but the rolls fell apart trying to eat them. I'm including pics of the roll, pics of the menu and the receipt to show they knew what I ordered but just decided to give me something else. If you don't have soft shell crab just tell me and let me order something else. Will not give them a second chance and hope they go out of business soon so another restaurant that knows what they are doing and cares can give it a shot.

The menu is large and includes the basics along with a rotating seasonal menu. It's not the best espresso I've had, but it's still yummy and their latte art is some of the best in the city, it always does numbers on my Instagram stories.

Phalcha features the latte flight it's become known for, but I opted instead for a dirty ube latte that was rich and delicious, I also got the avocado toast that definitely filled me up. The interior had several tables for groups of varying size. I loved the window seats in particular. An upstairs area is also available. Phalcha was hopping when I was there, and I can see why. I entered and it waa beautiful. I decided that I want to try the summer flight. It is quite long waiting for this drink flight. I believe it took about 20 minutes. Also I had some trouble to hear when they call out. But I got my flights. They are look so beautiful. Those drinks were delicious. My favorite was cookie and cream and the matcha colada. The other two weren't that bad. Next time, I will just order one drink. But if you want fun neat experience. Order flight.

When I mention it to people, most are not aware of the business. It is quiet - other than driving by, I don't think I see much promotion of it. Today's experience won't cause me to rush back, but I'd stop by when I'm in the area.
