So slow. It is one thing for an order to take a while if you are busy but they had no sense of urgency. Waited 30+ minutes for 3 drinks. They let us know they were out of a syrup which led us to believe they were working on it but it took 10 minutes after that for the drink. Drive thru line was hardly moving so don't think it was because they were prioritizing that. read more

Let me tell you SOMETHING. The staff at this store always kind, thoughtful and has great energy. I refuse to go to any other Starbucks. I usually frequent local mom and pop coffee shops. On vacation and the rest of our party wanted to stop here. My sis ordered me a cold brew with sweet cream foam and it was actually pretty delicious. I never know how to order here so I made sure to take notes this time. I am out in this area a lot but this is the first time I've stopped at this Starbucks. I honestly expected a better experience. The drive thru cashier talked excessively to the person in front of me, I was on a schedule so I was already upset about the long wait. There was at least 5 cars behind me in the same predicament. So I finally got my coffee and I tipped cash paid with the app so I'd get the points. But after a few sips I was already running out of coffee. Turns out they put wayyyyy to much ice in my coffee. This was my mid day pick me up. I'm so disappointed. I still love Starbucks. I did try to call the store but no answer. I finally reached the store and they agreed to give me another coffee on them. If I'm out that way today. So I'll give it one more star read more

This is my go-to Starbucks. I can always count on my order being correct and being made within an appropriate timeframe. I always order ahead to skip the line. Speaking of skipping the line, I usually will skip the drive thru and go instead to pick up my mobile order. I needed to get some computer work done this morning. I usually take my kids to school but my wife said she would take them. That frees up my morning, so I came here, since this is the closest coffee shop we have. Although it's the closest, it isn't very convenient for me. I don't like the set-up inside. There are no table to do any work. They have these little tiny round two top tables in the middle, but along the exterior, where the electrical outlets are housed, it's all of these low sitting chairs with even lower tables. I've been here ten minutes and already my back hurts from being hunched over. Sure I could hold my laptop in my lap, but that always makes my lap hit as hell. Great location for the Five Forks area. This makes me so happy! Java Bistro has very limited hours so I usually hit up the Starbucks. My favorite drinks to order are a quad caramel macchiato , 4 shots of concentrated coffee love. And a double caramel flappacchino. The food is good. The staff are friendly. Since it's a new location, they seemed to have more mistakes on orders but that's gonna happen. There are so many bad things you can say about a Starbucks...this one you can't! Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy their time! Not to mention the baristas actually know what they are doing!!! Normally I'm taking a minute to decide what I want but in this case I was guided to a drink (not on the menu) gently and I fell in love with it! And yes I am addicted to Starbucks and I am okay with that! So because I don't dig the PSL because it's so sweet, the barista made a great suggestion! This is the friendliest, cleanest Starbucks I've been to in ages! I come here for my morning jolt whenever I'm in town, and sometimes work from here. The parking by the front door is a little bit of a situation when the drive-thru is backed up, but there are plenty of other spaces. So many different spaces to sit (counter, bistro tables, long table - with outlets!, leather chairs, outside...), I love it! And no vagrants turning it into their apartment. Yet. Friendly 5 Forks baristas, well made Fraps & Macchiato, comfy chairs as well as a few poofs to add to make larger seating groups or put your feet on. This Starbucks is kinda hit or miss...sometimes it's the best customer service and others it's a complete lack there of and it seems like no one knows what they're doing. I've personally worked in a Starbucks before so I have an idea of how things go, these people are in my opinion in need of more training or a dare I say easier job. Literally the last time I was here I had to order three times because she wasn't paying attention, she told me She couldn't make me a hot tea and add cream to it...like, straight up hot tea in a cup with a dash of cream and a cup with of ice (to pour over). When I got to The window I was handed a cup of cream over ice with the hot tea in it. So basically a cup of watery cream. I explained again what I wanted and again was handed basically the same nasty concoction...at which point I cut my losses and had to leave due to time constraints. read more

This store is fairly new to the Five Forks, and this was my 2nd visit. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a Vanilla Latte at the drive thru. Although the store was busy at 9am the line moved quickly. The food was as good as I expected. It's great to have Starbucks in the Five Forks area. Did I mention the person in front of me in the drive thru paid for my purchase!
