I was gifted a couple gift cards for Christmas and my birthday so (after holding them for 6-18 months) I decided to start using them here. Usually after a doctors appointment, usually in the morning. They're always super friendly. And moderately efficient. They're always so busy it's hard to believe that they can crank out that much product in the amount of time that they do. I usually get a mocha Frappuccino- the size depends on my sweet tooth. On the last couple of occasions I also had the sausage breakfast sandwich. It's really good! The sausage has a decent peppery flavor and the muffins soft and chewy. I'm not sure if it's reheated in a microwave or oven. But I enjoyed it. At $6 I'm not sure if it's better than a McMuffin. But I was using a gift card. The store is always clean. The tables wiped off. The restroom was clean. I've only got about $3 left on the card- so my days are numbered. All images already posted-I guess. No pics today read more

It's my daughter's birthday and they gave her a free drink and cake pop. They were so nice to her and hoped she has a great day at school!

Food and drinks are always made fresh to order. There staff are, so people friendly, with smiles on their face, but very much professional. The line may be long, but it moves pretty orderly in a timely manner. Never too loud, no matter if you are, ordering inside the restaurant or either the drive thru. read more

Excellent staff working hard to please every customer. Drinks were exceptional. Fast friendly service!

i wanted to give a good review so bad. but after waiting in the drive thru line for 35 minutes for a mobile order, i'm frustrated. i've never had a bad experience here. but this location NEEDS more staff. i guarantee they are busting their butts and it's not their fault. but why won't you help them? pay them more? like this is insane. people have things to do and we have to wait this long for a drive thru that's supposed to be quick? it's sad. these poor workers. again, this is NOT on them. but if you're in a rush. don't order here. seems like they work them to the bone. thank you lovely baristas. i hope they get you some help. read more

We have visited this one several times over the years on our travels between Dallas and Baton Rouge, and they've always been quick and friendly. Today was our first time coming inside. The staff was just as amazing as I remembered. Our order was correct and hot/cold depending on what we ordered. My husband doesn't talk a lot about Starbucks, but he said that this was the best one we have ever been to. read more

Great visit no complaints. Seating area was opened. Chi Tea was delicious and prepared perfectly. Lots of visitors flowing through. Good conversational atmosphere. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks never misses in my books and i'm especially in love with the flavored cold brews. Today we ordered the irish cream and pumpkin cold brew and they made them both too perfection. They put a whipped foam with the flavor of your choice on top with a strong flavorful cold brew under. The only reason why this location gets 4/5 is because the drive through takes average 20-30 min. read more

Longest line I've ever had to wait in. Do not recommend if you are on any type of time crunch or don't want your car running for over 30 min with 5 people in line. read more

Great selections of coffee and quick to go food ! Awesome service. The Baristas are very friendly even during Starbucks busiest hours .

So disappointing. I thought Starbucks was a place that would always been on there A game. Nope. May 13th around 5 ish or so I go through drive through. Give my girl the order, doesn't repeat it back like Starbucks usually does. I was thinking it was odd but that's it. Go to window and pay,I get my drinks and the kid said ok have a good day,I told him oh I'm missing a drink. Instead of him asking which one or oh I'm sorry it will just be a second. He stands there with back towards car bullshitting with a couple of other employees. Then the genius who took my order put whip cream on the last drink before asking if I wanted it. Asked if I wanted whip cream, shit you already put it on the drink. So I just said it's whatever and wanted to get out of there. So disappointing. Starbucks I thought would never go downhill like this. But it's happening everywhere. read more

They can be rather slow and sometimes they don't make the drinks just right, but their baristas are friendly and Starbucks is Starbucks. Wouldn't come here if you're in a hurry, but if you don't mind hanging out it's definitely not the worst option. read more

Folks time to get over the pandemic or the latest omnivirus or whatever. Open the inside up for peats sake it's Starbucks not Sonic. Time to get over whatever anti social afraid other human being sentiments that the Starbucks CEO and executive leadership are hung up on. Waiting in a drive thru for half your life when it's a lot more convenient and easier to get in and out. Is the experience that everybody is looking for not ghetto signs saying the drive thru is open. Get with the times and out of 2020.Its over dress appropriately, wash your hands, quit smoking, and cover your mouth when you enter the restaurant and I think everybody will be fine. But if you're cleaning the restaurant area properly you'll be even better or maybe you're not and that's what it is. Open the inside up for your customers it's been time. read more

The barista was willing to make suggestions when met with uncertainty. She made a decent cloud macchiato. Service was okay.

I just bought a Nitro with sweet cream grande. It was more like a sweet cream with a splash of nitro coffee. So disappointed that this location hasn't received training on how to make this drink. Warning to the calorie watchers -3 times the calories. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Under staffed and not courteous. Won't be coming back.

I really enjoy coffee. Actually it is probably one of the main food groups for me at this point in my life. Stopped in to this Starbucks with my daughter and grabbed couple cups of coffee. Starbucks coffee is good which is probably why they are so popular. This particular Starbucks has indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors and chatted over our coffee for quite some time. The decor and ambience is typical for Starbucks. I prefer smaller mom and pop or local coffee joint however I wasn't able to find anything like that while in Shreveport. Starbucks is a safe go to for coffee. read more

After we dumped out our crud coffee from another coffee shop, we decided hell let's just get good old standard Starbucks. As we were exiting the drive thru, we busted a right and boy oh boy let me tell you, NOT a good idea. We popped a wheelie like no other. I just knew I blew out my transmission and demolished my tires. I'm the type of girl who ain't afraid to get some mud on her tires, but since it's been a few years since my muddin' days you would think that would have got me a little excited but this curb don't play. After screaming like a little bitch, me and my friend looked over to the right and saw the handsome fellow on the patio give us the thumbs up that the car made it out okay. After the good news, we cranked up the Florida Georgia Line and wrote this review. Moral of the story: please save yourself the embarrassment and bust a left when exiting the drive thru. read more

This might be the slowest starbucks in the US. They are the only drive through coffee shop in the area so they can get away with it. But even if the line is short, you can guarantee you'll wait at least 15 minutes in the drive through on a good day. read more

Extremely unsatisfied, I received notice that I would get a free handcrafted beverage for my birthday- so I went and they refused to give me a coffee- and told me I needed to download the Starbucks reward card--- so I spent 15 minutes doing just that and they still refused to give me my coffee and suggested I should just buy it-- never again will I go here --- horrible service. read more

For the last couple months the employees have been very rude when I go in to pick up my mobile order. The employees will not even look in my directions. Finally after a couple minutes they finally speak. The customer service has really went down hill. read more

My experience: They need improvement. The atmosphere, stale, over worked, not able to keep up with the flow of customers. I am sure it is a direct reflection on the management. One is just better off to go through the drive through even with a mile long line. read more

Slooooowest Starbucks eeeeeever. Great if you have 1/2 hour + to wait for a coffee...oh, and don't expect a sorry for your wait either. Baristas work extremely hard. This is management...they don't schedule enough people to meet demand. Oh yes, they also always run out of ingredients...wth? read more

Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots, and they have the best consistency compared to others I've been to. I go to this starbucks from time to time and it is always very busy in the drive-through and in store. The baristas are always very friendly. It does take a while to get drinks since the drive-through and inside of the store is packed. The only reason I don't think it is i five stars is because of the time wait and not being 100% consistent with the taste of the coffee. read more

I left for work early so I could stop at Starbucks and waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars in front of me. When I FINALLY got my drink it was wrong even though the sticker and receipt were correct. I was late to work and it wasn't even worth it because my drink was gross. Worst Starbucks experience ever. read more

Omg.....are you kidding me we waited almost 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. And they are common drinks! It was so slow there were 3 people working and I saw only one person making drinks. The other two people we making really bad(not funny) jokes. If that was my first time to this Starbucks I would never come back because the service sucked! The person who made our drinks did an amazing job. So thank God for her:) read more

Wow, unbelevably bad customer service. I ordered coffee from my IPhone app, arrived at the drive thru 5 minutes later to a large line of vehicles, approximately 8-10. 35 minutes later when recieve our order a foolishly pull away from the window before taking a sip of our lukewarm coffee. Now being in a rush to get somewhere I just thought I would call and let them know what had happened. Some girl answered and basically blamed it on us for not picking it up in time? After I explained we had waited in line, she then basically said that wasnt her problem? Unfortunately I'm used to poor service in Shreveport but this was beyond belief. She refused to credit my account but did offer to replace the coffee no charge. Only after I pushed the issue, but I didnt have another 35 minutes to wait. Also the inside sales line was backed up so this would prove no better. If Starbucks cant get the app system to work correctly with there current workload, stop doing it and stop serving cold coffee. read more

Busy place but really fast in and out service. Great and friendly staff . Clean store. Coffee was hot and fresh.

Solid average Starbucks. It's more like a quick in-and-out kind of place than hanging out with friends or working/studying for a while. The place is a bit noisy with all kinds of machine running in a relatively place. The atmosphere is meh.. but what do you expect when it is located next to a mattress store and in front of a busy road? They never messed up my orders and their wifi is free, reliable and fast to do work on my laptop. read more

Second slowest 'bucks in the area. I stop here from time to time after grabbing dinner in the area. They have screwed up my order several times, but overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. Getting out of the drive thru to get back on Youree is tricky. read more

Drink and food quality are great but I agree with the other review. This location really is a store version of a sloth.

I do agree that this is one of the slowest Starbucks within a half mile radius, but it's also the BUSIEST! Of course it's going to take longer for them to put a coffee in our hand when there's 5 people in line in front of us in the drive thru and even more standing inside. This shop is in an amazing location, closest one to the university and the only one in the area with a drive thru. Not only is the location and access to a drive thru impressive about this Starbucks, but these employees also keep me coming back. They are personable and caring. Chris Floyd, the shift manager I believe, never fails to make me feel like a friend. I love this Starbucks, and if time allows, I also love snaking through the parking lot with the other cars in line for my cup of happiness. read more

I travel A LOT and go to Starbucks wherever I am, and I have to say this might just be the slowest Starbucks in the world. Literally. Either inside or at the drive-thru. And they are, if anything, overstaffed for this to be the case. I can't think when I've seen so many employees doing so little and doing it so slowly. I hate to criticize, but this is really exceptionally slow. read more

This is quite literally the worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. I never plan on going back again. Their customer service is absurd. I have waited in their drive thru for a half an hour before I even was able to order. Then when I do finally get my order there's usually about a 50-50 chance that it will taste dreadful because they have overused the espresso or a variety of other ways they manage to ruin the drink. I have reached the point where I would much rather go to the Starbucks in Target or Kroger because I know I will get much faster service at either place and my $4 drink doesn't taste like garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I've tried giving them multiple chance hoping it would improve, but this garbage has been going on for months. read more

Great staff! Good location. Not too big of a store which is nice. But, PLENTY of outdoor seating.
