    Employ getting paid to talk.

Was very rude taking my order. Wasnt patient as I was looking at the menu with no one behind me. Rushed me and then sat with the second car in front of me talking for 3+ min. when I pulled up to the window he told me to skip the tip because he knew he was being disrespectful and then proceeded to roll eyes and shut window after he gave me the straws.

Coffee time in black and white.

Great and convenient location. Staff is always super nice and efficient. Covered and non-covered outside seating. Making this my favorite Starbucks in the summer and fall time.

My last two visits sucked! First one the girl was new and not trained very well! Second visit I got a tall drink in a venti cup! But I paid for the venti!

Working at the long table tucked around a bookcase. Getting work done with free iced tea refills for being a Starbucks member!

    * this is NOT a review on their coffee since its Starbucks and you know what you're gonna get, this is a review on their ambiance and location This is a new Starbucks since the Walmart plaza opened. It's conveniently located off of Tualatin - Sherwood Rd as a much needed coffee shop that has ample seating. It's bigger than the one on the Safeway side, but I do give it only 3 stars because I think the top Starbucks in the area is the Tualatin location. Tualatin has fast service, friendly staff, and great seating. I would prefer more chair and rectangular table seating vs this location's stools. They are tall and hard and make a lovely scratching noise every time you move on the concrete. I also experienced staff that don't acknowledge that I'm waiting to order. When the employee came from the back she didn't acknowledge it either. Then my order never came through but there was no apology. Management needs to come from headquarters to infuse this team with some caffeine! I like to support local shops like Symposium, but nothing really beats Starbucks unlimited tea or drip coffee refills for work days at a coffee place. I also like that if I need food I have plenty of options.

Welcoming and friendly staff genuinely welcome and make you feel at home. Kudos to Lacee for her positivity and friendly demeanor.

I ordered three drinks, and the problems started right away when I was overcharged. Thankfully, they corrected the price after I pointed it out. I was also under the impression that a Create Your Own Blender didn't include espresso shots because that's what a manager had previously told me a few months ago. Today I found out it actually comes with two shots already, so I had paid for two extra shots that I didn't need. Then the drink order itself was wrong. My son received his small drink, but when they handed me my drink, it had caramel drizzle on top. I explained that my Campfire Blender comes with chocolate drizzle, not caramel, and that it looked like I had been given the wrong drink or the wrong size. Instead of listening, an employee in the back argued with me, insisting it was the correct drink. At that point, I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, the employee continued arguing about the drinks. I repeatedly said, "I just want my money back," but it felt like no one was listening. During the entire interaction, the male employee kept responding with "mmhmm," "yeah," and "okay" while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive and made it feel like he was not actually listening to what I was saying. After several minutes, I was handed a refund receipt for only $5.70, even though I was owed $12.40. When I questioned it, I was told they couldn't print another receipt. They printed another slip showing the same amount, and I still wasn't given the full refund I was owed. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. On top of that, I feel the employees working that morning should either go through additional training or be reconsidered for their positions, because they were not friendly and did not handle the situation professionally. At one point, we were even told not to get upset. I'm sorry, but anyone would get upset when they are not being properly refunded after repeatedly asking for it. Customer service is about listening to your customers and resolving issues professionally, not arguing with them or dismissing them. This entire experience was stressful, unnecessary, and left me feeling completely disappointed. This is now the second bad experience I've had at this location, and it's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others based on the poor customer service and how this situation was handled.

Just an FYI, because this place gets busy they request you limit your visit to 1.5 hours. Now the menu. It is vast and everything sounded so good. I ordered a plain latte to get a baseline on the coffee making skills. It was pretty good. I'll have to try one of the seasonal drinks next time I go. This place is small. Tables are close together. I could hear everyone's business. So keep that in mind. I am going to return when I have a bit more time. Probably a bit earlier in the morning to make sure I can get a table.

The Portuguese sausage, and avocado complimented it well. They don't skimp on their portions. I also had the mocha which was perfect. Their dessert case looked delightful. Looking forward to returning, and trying other items on their menu, and of course some pastries. Make sure to give Elka Bee's a try.

Walking in at 9AM, they had plenty of prepicked pints on a table and also an entire field of strawberries available for U-Pick. Pricing is actually cheaper for the pre-picked pints, but I assume that's because U-Pick means you're eating while picking as well. Red Berry Barn grows three types of strawberries on their farm. Firstly, probably 30-40 rows of Hoods, then some Shuksans, and finally the ever popular (for farmers, given the day-neutral designation) Albion. It's actually quite easy telling the three apart. The Hoods are overgrown, barely kept organized into rows, with lighter color leaves hiding all of the strawberry red deliciousness hiding underneath. The Shuksans in the center, are the tallest of the plants, with striking dark green foliage. The Albions in the last rows look almost emaciated, with small leaves barely able to support the ample stock of strawberries growing from them. Red Berry Barn doesn't have any particular system for organized picking unlike some other U-Pick farms. Most the field was flush with berries, so we just wandered around wherever we wanted to pick the strawberries. We went here specifically to purchase and pick Hoods. The strawberries here aren't like those of other farms. For some reason, the Hoods are much larger, perhaps 3-4x the size of other Hoods, but still with the protruding cap. The outer shell is also quite a bit harder than the typical soft Hood. The taste isn't the same either, being still sweet and plump with good strawberry fragrance, but missing some of the perfumy quality an excellent Hood has from some of the non U-Pick farms. The skin is also much firmer - usually Hoods only last a day or two before going bad due to how delicate their skins are, but on Day 2, these strawberries were still firm. I have no idea if it's the terroir or the growing and fertilizer regimen fed to the strawberries or not. The Shuksans didn't seem to be ready at the time we visited. I tried a couple that looked ripe on the plants, but they were still mostly hard and tasted like sour water. The Albions, however, were among the best Albions I've had, at least the most ripe ones which consist of perhaps only 5% of the crop. They're super sweet and almost reach Hood levels of perfumy quality but with a different taste. Most Albions, however, basically taste like cold storage grocery store strawberries. Just to hammer it in more - the best of the everbearing and/or day neutral varieties like Albion can be great, but on average, they are worse than June-bearing varieties! Albion especially I think is built for shelf life thanks to the waxy coat on the exterior and the firm interior. We ended up buying a half flat of Hoods to save us some time, and picked up a $16 basket that probably fit around 3-4 pints of strawberries. Red Berry Farm derinitely does in a pinch to get some fresh strawberries. I don't think their Hoods are as good as from other farms, but they're still miles better than any grocery store strawberry.

Then their 2 bathrooms were locked at 9:30 AM and one of his disabilities is almost NO Notice to "go" due to nerve damage after he was in a life threatening accident at their Corner and flown to OHSU. I'll not go into too much further detail out of respect for him. However, the OWNERS are obviously not aware that there are Rights for the Disabled. A business can be fined $75,000 1st offense, and $150,000 second offense due to the Americans Disability Act, Title III. This is a Civel Rights violation not a Ciminal Offense. Have any others been discriminated against iffegally?
