On your way out of West Seattle you can either hit Starbucks for $4 coffee or Shell for $4 per gallon gas ( THANKS OBAMA) ! I'll take the java for some real fuel. Small location but very efficient staff of baristas. Always know what you want before you order. Only point of contention is all the lounge lizards who sit there all morning like it's there personal home. Really? Get a life and stop hogging the place up, it's not a social club for soccer Mom's & Dad's. Now I'll take my overprice coffee to go!

My soy latte always tastes the same no matter which Starbucks I go to. This one is not overly loud like others.

I am notoriously picky about my Chai, especially since I usually request non-fat milk. Often, that means sacrificing the texture, but not here! My latte was remarkably creamy and delicious--perfectly spiced and somehow still felt indulgent despite my light milk choice. This place is a breath of fresh air for the neighborhood. Between the friendly energy, great music, and the beautiful interior, it's impossible to leave without a smile. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

It was the beginning of February I had an interesting drink item there. Since I was debating between their mocha, chai, and latte. I had the best of three worlds. It just so happened that they were going to be putting their Valentine's specials out soon. That was going to be on their menu and it was suggested to me. It was very chai/spice forward which I like in my chai drinks. The Mocha profile was a bit faint for me as well as the espresso. They competed for my attention and the chai won out in the end. I can say I enjoyed it, but am more curious about how they are as their own individual drinks. Other worth while mentions. They don't currently make their own syrups, but since it's a popular question. I'm sure they are considering it a possibility I'm the future. Lastly, the individual who helped me. I didn't catch their name, but they were extremely nice and patient with me. Happily answered my questions. I highly recommend trying this place and can find myself coming back if I'm in the area I'm need of some caffeinated beverages.

There was some renovation going on, so there weren't any seats available for dine-in. However, there was a bench inside where we sat to enjoy our coffee, which worked out since I love having coffee at cafes, especially in their cute mugs. The quality of the coffee was amazing easily one of the best I've had in Seattle. I also appreciated their efficient setup: the barista takes your order and makes it at the same time. You might have to wait in line a bit longer, but you get your coffee right away instead of waiting for your name to be called later. Just be prepared for a line, but it's totally worth it!

We picked up a couple of bags of beans from the shop, but all the credit goes to their amazing barista and owner. You can truly tell how passionate and skilled they are in their craft. We loved it so much that we visited twice, and both times the drinks were absolutely perfect (tried cappuccino and espresso with hot chocolate) The café has such a cozy, relaxing city vibe; I noticed many people upstairs reading, studying, and working. I'd love to come back someday and spend more time there, savoring their coffee to the fullest.

I am a BLT fiend and this is my 2nd favorite BLT in the city. The California club, ham & cheese (I don't even like ham!), caprese, turkey havarti, and junction croissant are all excellent as well. - the quiche is wonderful. Sometimes quiche Lorraine can taste dull and stodgy. This quiche Lorraine is bright and silky. - the cake: German chocolate cake is perfect. I am excited to try their other cakes. - pastry: delicious croissants of course! The cold brew is also great! And very friendly service always.

The standouts for me are the Spinach Croissant, Junction Croissant, and Carrot Cake. There was a period in time when whoever was preparing it was very light on the feta, and fillings. I'm happy to say that time has passed, and the croissants are stuffed. Service is quick and friendly, and it has to be. They get absolutely annihilated on the weekends. If you show up past 11am, don't expect to find your favorite pastry waiting for behind the case. Ask them to heat up your pastry for you! The ambiance is homey French, with a small amount of seating inside. Because we live in such a beautiful area, I never sit inside. If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll get it to go, and walk down to Alki.
