Just want to start by saying I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and have had bi weekly meetings with my state health counselor here since 6 weeks pregnant. Have sometimes bought things , sometimes not. Well today , I was thirsty and decided to ask for a small water. The lady replied "you have to buy something to get a water" to which I laughed to myself and walked away to a table to wait for my councilor. She arrived maybe 1 minute later and we greeted eachother and briefly sat down. About 15 seconds later , another worker came and told us that we had to buy something to sit inside. I couldn't believe their attitude towards us as if they haven't seen us meet there for the last 8 1/2 months. We got the managers name and left. Out into the 32° weather. read more

Love this location! I'm in charge of getting the order of coffee for my job on meeting days and the coffee is always ready and accurate when I mobile order it! Plus when I stop in for my own cup of coffee after work, the people working there are always very nice and happy to help. read more

On your way out of West Seattle you can either hit Starbucks for $4 coffee or Shell for $4 per gallon gas ( THANKS OBAMA) ! I'll take the java for some real fuel. Small location but very efficient staff of baristas. Always know what you want before you order. Only point of contention is all the lounge lizards who sit there all morning like it's there personal home. Really? Get a life and stop hogging the place up, it's not a social club for soccer Mom's & Dad's. Now I'll take my overprice coffee to go! read more

This is a very quiet and wonderful lobby store! I went in yesterday to get a drink and food and the people here were very friendly. The store is clean and well decorated and give you a very comfy feel when you enter. They had my drink made very quickly and it tasted delicious. I will definitely be returning here. read more

The thing I like the most about Starbucks is their high standards for beverage preparation. They don't leave anything to chance or barista inclination. You get the drink that corporate intended you to get. Reliably good coffee in a clean and comfortable setting. Having reliable wifi is a real plus! Knowing that you'll always get a certain level of atmosphere and drink quality make it worth the cost. This location is a good one. The staff is decent. read more

If you are dehydrated and a bit hungover this place makes the best 3 pump classic shaken green ice tea, if you're not hungover this place makes a not so great 3 pump classic shaken green ice tea. I've been here more times when I'm not hungover so I've received many more not so great 3 pump classic shaken green ice tea than I've received great ones. Plus the parking situation stinks, in the morning when people are trying to get in and out of the parking lot it annoys me. I guess you can say I'm not a fan of this Starbucks. read more

Good location and easy to access. Staff tends to be friendly and service is about average with other Starbucks locations (wait time for drinks). Store is kept clean, organized and well stocked with the staff actively working on things. But there are some glaring issues since coming to this location over the past several months (moved nearby). 1. Drinks are routinely not made properly (lack syrup, wrong size drink etc) 2. Drinks are poorly made compared to other locations 3. Receive negative attitude from barista when making them aware of mistakes to an order (like serving a grande when you paid for a venti) 4. Corrected drinks are usually poorly made 5. Correction is usually put at the end of the line of drinks even after you waited 5 or 10 minutes for your original order For those of you looking for WiFi access, be aware that the connection in this site has a low signal level and the overall speed is very slow. Clearwire reception here is pretty good especially if you sit by a window. read more

The staff here gets 5 stars. Nicest, most competent staff of any Starbucks I've been to. The three star rating is due to the neighborhood parents who treat the place like a day care. Don't come here if you want to read or work, unless you can do so with screaming kids in the background. read more

Good for coffee, not for studying or reading. The staff is fast--and they usually have 3-4 baristas working the AM shift--but this is more grab-and-go, not stop-and-linger. Literally the worst ever. I preordered on my walk to Starbucks and ordered a trenta pineapple black tea lemonade. The recipe has pineapple fusion, black tea and lemonade. The sweetener includes 7 pumps of cane sugar. When I arrived at Starbucks the first thing I noticed was the color. The drink was darker than usually. I took a sip and didn't taste any lemonade. Whomever made my order didn't read what I had ordered. It was without the lemonade and any of the original sweetener. The only thing they got right was the 2 extra packets of raw sugar. I told the barista that there was no lemonade and he made it with no questions asked. A customer came in and then he handed my drink off to someone else. The other barista then continued to make my drink again. They handed me my drink and I took another sip. Only this time the sweetener was left out. At this point, it going 20 mins into making my order correctly. What is going on?!? Why can't they get my order correct? Eventually after the 3rd time, it was made like its suppose to be made. More training is needed is all I can say. Maybe I'll just go to another Starbucks or just make my own for a fraction of the cost at home. read more

They were patient and helpful when trying to find a new drink due to discontinuing Oprah chai. They say you can tell the cleanliness of the kitchen by the bathroom, it wasn't pristine but was clean. The drinks were well made and fast even with a line. Parking isn't fun to figure out but the location is a good one. read more

I've been coming to this starbucks for years now ever since I started working in the area. I use to get great customer service and awesome drinks here but now it's a huge flop. The last couple of times that I went in including today, the workers there looked tired, irritated, moody, and were forcing smiles. Really? If you hate your job, look for a new one! The flavors of the drinks that I ordered weren't the best either. The caramel machiatto or whatever you spell it was bitter and had hardly any caramel, and my cup wasn't even filled all the way up with my order of passion tea lemonade with raspberry syrup. They could have easily added more ice to make it look full and I would have been ok with that. Also, it was lacking much flavors too. Baristas are friendly and quick with your order. Standard Starbucks layout and they even have a photo album for the location that really personalizes the establishment. Parking lot can be "interesting" to navigate as they share with a Baskin-Robins. Seating can be limited at certain times of the day (busy/peak bussing hours) as this store is located next to a major bus stop. Overall a nice, clean and efficient store. read more

Last Saturday around noon, I went to Starbucks at the Admiral location to purchase my Venti Caramel Machiatto. I have been driving all morning to see clients and have not had my share of coffee at all. When I was ready to pay, I could not find my gold card (my youngest daughter took it) left my debit/cc at home and was ready to pay with my $100 bill that I placed in my jeans back pocket. When I reached for it, it was missing. Make a long story short, I did not have money to pay for my drink. I informed the Barista, Miss Gamble, to cancel my order as I have nothing with me to pay her with. She looked at me with sincere look in her face and said, you look like you really can use some coffee and having a rough time right now. Coffee is on Starbucks. I informed her that she did not do that and she insisted that I take it. There are good people in this world and one of them happens to work for Starbucks.
