I love the big tables at this Starbucks! It really has a nice warm feeling. Of course, the Starbucks products are the same wherever you go but the feel Is a lot different in all of them. I like that it has more of a community feeling than just a place to buy coffee. The only thing is that the parking is a hit of a challenge. Sometimes you have to park a bit over and walk but that's on! Exercise is good! I always love their iced teas ;no sugar) and my daughter usually gets some special drink! I say drink up! The only thing here is that the bathrooms tend to be dirty and I had to tell the barista that it needed TP!

The Bacon Sandwich, with chicken! Made the mistake of trying their food. My sandwich barely had any chicken on it! The bacon and bread tasted fine, but not worth the $7. Won't make that mistake again.

A lack of consistency in Starbucks policies at this location has me perturbed. Was sort of chastised in front of employees by the manager here because I asked them to hold off on making my 2nd drink for a buy one get one free deal they were doing. Never been a problem here before. I thought Starbucks was about customer service? I'm the duke of this location and come here all the time. Not a good feeling right now about this location.

PSL frap and a maple pecan frap...very bad for you but so yummy!

Inconsistent. Crowded. Not a fan of the new set up. Whenever I'm in line here, I feel claustrophobic from the racks and racks of foodstuffs. Please back off the upselling of packaged food. I come here for coffee and a snack, no need to make it difficult to navigate the store. What is this a corn maze, I mean coffee maze? This location is often crowded so I often do mobile ordering but there's still a line at that end of the counter too (pickup counter). Not sure employees police the people hanging out in here. I often see teenagers not making a purchase and taking up seats from paying customers during all seasons. They just come in and loiter so they can charge all their devices. This location also demonstrates inconsisteny in employees knowing their own Starbucks policies. As a gold member I should receive a free coffee refill on any drink I buy. I can choose hot or cold, according to my knowledge of the rules. Some employees here argue about this and some don't. Look, I spend a lot of money here, don't give me a hard time about a refill that my gold status entitles me to. Train your people better. Seriously. I keep coming back to this location due to its convenience but making minor changes could improve the place to the point I'd come here a whole lot more.

I've avoided Starbucks during the strike and it hasn't been pleasant. At least I'm gathering…read moreevidence in case I wind up in a podcast debate with one of those lamestains who thinks saying "Charbucks" is a brilliant anti-capitalist quip. But if I lived in Saratoga Springs, UG seems like a worthy successor. I can't comment on their vast bagel stash - poutine and fried chicken is enough for the day - or their beverages beyond the enjoyable caramel vanilla coffee. But I can praise the infrastructure. The line looked intimidating but they kept it moving. Since my biggest gripe for non-Starbucks purveyors is the lack of a condiment bar I was impressed by the options here like simple syrup and almond and oat milk.

Where things are frustrating is (1) the pricing for gluten free options (2) lack of gluten free options. Patrons have to get creative to accommodate a low-glycemic index diet or a gluten free diet. Almost every single soup has gluten now a days. There was a time when soups were the only gluten free option. They've raised the price of a side of grilled chicken to $8.00, which is insane for 3 oz of chicken. That equates to roughly $32 a lb for chicken. The menu says $3.15 to "add chicken" to a salad, so I'm not entirely sure what the big deal of adding it to a bowl of soup is any different? I'm paying $6.99 for a soup and a salad is $7.25. I'm happy to pick out the pasta in the soups, but to not add chicken for $3.15 as if it were a salad is a line that is frustrating. Not a fan of the salads due to the diningware they elect to put them in. The bowls are wabbly and are often filled to the gill, so people like myself who cut their salad have difficulty enjoying their salad as it falls on the table more than staying in the bowl. Giving an honest review in hopes that ownership will take this into consideration. Finding myself coming here less as it gives me anxiety coming and trying to think of what I can actually eat.

I needed some cannolis and looked up online local bakeries…read more lake George was closed so while I was in Saratoga I searched and found Ms Londons Took the chance, in winter sometimes I worry bc it's sort of off-season but I stopped by and luckily they did have them! It was for a birthday I made cannoli cake but didn't want to make the actual cannolis to save time but wanted a higher quality version than price chopper I also got a latte and it was very good- nice and hot (some places they're kinda cooler) The service was great a woman with short brown hair helped me & made the latte. It was a very cute cafe /bakery and idk if they make their desserts but if they do- great job! Im happy either way and the birthday boy said the cannolis were perfect.

Both the pecan pastry and the raspberry cheese danish were great! No complaints! Where this place falls right off the cliff is service. It's cold and rude. No if's ands or but's about it. And after my experience, I went and read all the reviews. This is a thing apparently. And to make it worse, the owner, instead of apologizing with humility and concern to the guests that keep him in business instead writes entitled zero accountability messages back to patrons after leaving bad reviews. Honestly that's immature and short sighted. The good will of the public doesn't last forever. But on the other hand, if you desperately miss the rudeness of Europe then this is truly the place for you!

They had gluten free bread, which isn't always easy to find in a bakery, so I got that. Now normally, GF bread is nothing to write home about and often resembles a spongy, white piece of foam, so I was delighted to open up the foil to see something that actually looked like real bread. This bread had crust too. It was soft and flavorful with an excellent texture. I think it's made with buckwheat, and had a bit of a sweet hint to it. The bacon was plentiful, thick, and a nice mix of crispy and meaty. I didn't want this sandwich to end. My husband got the same sandwich but on a Kaiser roll and loved it as well. The bakery itself was cozy and had a lot of options for freshly baked bread, croissants, and pastries. They had a full coffee bar with lots of options as well. I like that they have a station set up where you can add any type of milk or sweetener you want, as well as condiments, plasticware, to-go bags and more. And for dessert, I got a GF brownie to go...it was phenomenal. Big, moist, delicious, and had a layer of chocolate fudge and chunks on top. My only regret is that I didn't find this place at the start of my trip, because I would have been there every morning. I can't wait to come back on my next visit to Saratoga!

The music, all the art on the walls and overall vibe was very fun and family-friendly. The staff was friendly and upbeat. For food we got the Smash Burger and the Chicken Sandwich! Both which came with fries. We both rate the fries 10/10!! Battered, seasoned and crispy pretty much perfectly. The burger was delicious, although pretty messy (that's good or bad depending on opinion lol) The chicken sandwich had great flavor, but I thought could have used more sauce as it felt kind of dry. I give it a 7/10, it was good but I probably wouldn't order it again and try something else. But overall we were very pleased with our experience and we can't wait to go there again!
