The staff here is always kind and quick to serve. I walked in here wanting to try something new and fresh - low sugar...yet sweet. I saw the Starbucks Cold Brew with an extra $1.25 for the cold foam...oh heck, why not? I got lucky. This may be my new go-to. The cold foam made it delicately sweet, and I didn't have to add any sweetener! 5 calorie drink, low sugar, delicious, and just gave me the "whoah, now I'm awake" feeling that I needed. Ya gotta try it! read more

This place is fine on some days depending on staff. But, yesterday 4/9/2026, there was a miserable Karen serving Starbucks drinks that were actually leaking out from the bag because she doesn't know how to seal bags properly or she likes to overfill the drinks like a social degenerate she truly is. All she says there is, "I don't know. I just work here." A mediocre despicable lady. Thank god she isn't always there. The other Starbucks crew members are decent though. read more

This review is strictly about new compostable cups for cold drinks. As you can see, ice filled up to 4/5 of cup size. After 3-4 sips, there is no more drinks left. I have been drinking this same shaken espresso with oat milk served with clear plastic cups for as early it was introduced. Whoever came up with this idea should get fired. I won't order cold drinks as long as you guys use these cups. I asked the baristas and only their answer was that it's hard for them to size up how much ice to add to new cups. Not being a clear plastic cup, in case your drink is not made correctly , there is no way to check it. Go back to clear plastic cup, please !!!! read more

Beautiful sunny/shady spacious patio. One of the few coffee shops that still has a patio. Dog friendly. Wonderful staff. Patrons--many friendly regulars that come for sit-down coffee everyday. Bucks Granary, a regular meet n greet if you so desire. read more

Came to this Starbucks on a Friday morning around 9am. It was super busy, tons of people sitting inside and outside on the patio. I ordered a tall matcha latte with almond milk. The prices are a bit steep these days ($6) for my small latte. They changed the recipe so they don't add simple syrup anymore, the matcha is pre sweetened. I asked for 1/2 sweet so they put less matcha in- it didn't taste sweet at all, but oh well now I know! The issue was my order hasn't come out for 15 minutes, so I asked a couple times. Finally my friend asked for me again at 25 minutes and they figured out the machine didn't print my ticket. They weren't apologetic, just made my drink and put it up on the bar. I worked for Starbucks a number of years back and we would have handled the situation differently. read more

I love this location. It's near my home and although it's super busy they keep it very clean and service is pretty fast. If you're in a hurry I recommend ordering your coffee on the app but if you're in the store you won't wait very long for your drinks and food items. They're always nice and give my dog a puppachino. I've had a couple meetings here as well. It's nice to come work on headphones, have meetings but don't expect be able too make calls cause if the noise. Sometimes the food items look yummy and the egg bites hit when I'm in a bind. read more

Starbucks allows patrons to bring their dogs inside the their restaurant. They do ZERO to police this issue. It's pretty unsanitary to allow filthy dogs to drool all over the tables, chairs and floor. This is a huge health code violation. You need to do the right thing and ask people to leave their dogs outside on the patio. In this picture, they've allowed this man to lay out a pink blanket on the floor for his dog as if he was chilling in his own living room. Come on man! read more

Worst Starbucks in the valley (at night). I've been here a handful of times at night and on two occasions it was over an hour before closing and both times the restrooms were "closed for the night for cleaning." Each time the staff was very rude about it and didn't tell us till after we made a sizable order. I've worked retail and food service for years. I understand pre closing but this is just excessive. read more

My kids had an awful experience at this Starbucks location yesterday 4/6/2025 around 3-4pm. My son was hanging out with 3 of his friends, my daughter was hanging out with one friend. We live in the neighborhood and walked to this location, the kids went ahead and arrived before my husband and I did. By the time we arrived the boys had already placed their order and my daughter and her friend were in the process of ordering their drinks. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the barista but it was an older lady with glasses and a ponytail. As I walked in I saw her rolling her eyes at my daughter and friend. My son approached us and asked if we could help them out because the lady was being very rude to them. He said they were told to get their drink and go outside. By the time she realized the kids were with us her demeanor changed. My husband and I have raised our kids with morals and respect. If they had been acting loud and disrespectful then I would totally understand them being asked to go sit outside. But to just assume they are going to act obnoxious without giving them an opportunity is not ok. As pre-teens we are encouraging them to learn to do more things independently. It is very disappointing for them to be treated with no respect. As we were walking back home, the kids once again walked ahead of us. By the time we turned the corner an older gentleman who was just taking a stroll greeted us and said our kids were very respectful. I did ask to speak with the manager but she just said she would speak to the barista. read more

The thing that differentiates Starbucks is the quality of the staff, and by that measure I think this location is pretty fantastic. They are friendly, professional, and have an attractive demeanor that you don't find in people who do not do their job well. Once in a while, I will find a table that's a bit sticky, but it could have been the customers who were there right before me. One of the best Starbucks locations ever, and I've been in many all over the world! read more

A few times a year, I go to either Disneyland or Universal Studios with my friend. On my way to pick-up my friend on our theme park days, I would stop at this Starbucks to get a hot chocolate. Starbucks makes my favorite hot chocolate. Customer service is always great. The coffee shop is also clean. There is also plenty of parking. read more

This location replaced the Hallmark store that used to be here. The previous Starbucks in Granary Square was very small and I had gone in an reviewed it a few months back, it is now permanently closed and this location is huge compared to it. We walked inside late and it was raining to get some coffee and instantly you can see it is a huge space with plenty of seating. The counter was extremely long...in fact I think this is the biggest Starbucks in the area and maybe the biggest I have been in that was exclusively Starbucks. Since it was later and raining service was quick, but I asked the woman who helped me if it was still as busy in the morning and she said it was...guess I will come back for a morning coffee sometime. ^^Yelp and Yelpers...this location is two doors down from the prior location and the review I did being first to review was removed and added to the prior now CLOSED location two doors down....please leave this since the business is much different and better^^ read more

This appears to be a new Starbucks and it is a pretty nice location! All new furniture and setups, great big design and space, and an intimate atmosphere. Drinks came out nice and hot, well made and quick. Our biggest issue here was the music. Inside the music was so damn loud we could barely hear each other sitting across from one another at a table. Since it was not too cold, we tried sitting outside but the music was even louder! At one point I had a phone call and had to walk beyond the patio fence before I could easily talk to the person on the line. read more

Nice outdoor seating area. 10 tables outide. 5 tables inside with a community table. Store is clean & organized. The Service: 2 staffs on duty. Prompt service. I never thought I would say this, but this is the best commercial grade machine pulling shots in a 20 mile radius. Espresso blend is great temp, maybe a tad bit high but not bitter, and the grind is smooth and has great texture. The blonde espresso is decent, works better at the temp the machine sits at, but a little lacking in terms of texture and the grind might need to be a little finer. Seems almost like the blonde shot time may be a little too long. All in all, I enjoy having a Doppio Macchiato here. read more

This has got to be one of the nicest, largest and most friendly Starbucks I have ever been to. I love coming here early in the morning on my way to work for a quick breakfast bite. It's calming, relaxing and there is always so much room to spread out. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The store is also so clean and tidy -- probably because it's early. There's also lots of outdoor seating. And, parking is wonderful and abundant. read more

So I dont have much to say. Starbucks is usually just a Starbucks. They moved to this suite after taking over the Hallmark store that was here, which is really my only gripe I have. I liked that Hallmark store and now it's gone so Starbucks could expand. Ugh. The Starbucks is bigger than the one that was a couple doors down. I've been here once since it opened. As with a lot Starbucks, this one was clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. But given the decrease in California COVID restrictions, it was awesome to see people inside and outside of the Starbucks, enjoying a nice cold beverage on a hot day. We were in and out quickly with our order and went on about our business with no hassle in sight. Very close proximity to where we were staying so made it a no brainer to just walk to Granary Square and get a beverage. Will come back again soon! read more

I come here daily by years and order the same drink EVERY DAY and cost me $2.45 for my drink. Same price in EVERY STARBUCKS. All of the sudden Victoria wants to charge me double price. I tried to explain to her and showed her the past receipt and she still is trying to charge me double price. This Starbucks is really close to lose two more customers. So sad that it has come to this. read more

This is for Valley physical therapy. I've been in therapy for a long long time hip replacement, stroke knee replacement. This facility is probably the best I've been in thanks to Tamra and Susie at the desk. There are so helpful, professional and great personality. It's a big help to me. read more

This is a pretty spacious Starbucks and plenty of tables inside and outside for you to sit and study/mingle/read. I came here during the Christas holiday season and it is beautiful decorated. There may be a line but it goes by quick. No drive thru! Parking is super easy. read more

Starbucks is my goto office on the road, when I'm traveling. Pulled off in Santa Clarita and found the one that was hustling and bustling with a lot of people, inside and out. These often have a lack of seating with plugs but this one was large/open with a lot of options. The 'barista' was an older woman that took her time and made sure both the orders were right and customer happy. read more

This has been my neighborhood Starbucks for as long as I can remember. My family and I come here on weekends and weekdays for our daily coffee and some great conversation. The staff is phenomenal and a pleasure to interact with; they take the time to learn personal preferences and details about their regulars' lives and families, so conversation flows freely. The location is always clean and energetic and makes you want to sit down and have a nice long chat. The regular customers sit outside in groups and usually have some really friendly dogs with them that love being social. I love this Starbucks location and it's employees- it is conveniently in between a Ralphs, CVS, and a hallmark- a one stop shop! read more

The place has limited seating but I always grab my drink to go. The customer service was cool. They were busy so it seemed most of the focus was on getting the drinks out and served. The coffee is why you come here! I totally get why Henry's Coffee is popular. You get well-crafted drinks from baristas who care about their work. My go-to orders are the raspberry honey latte and the honey latte. I get them iced and I can taste the delicious espresso and it is not too sweet or diluted with milk. If I am in the area more, I would come to Henry's Coffee more often. I tend to go when I am visiting family.

We ordered an iced ube matcha and an iced regular matcha. We sat in the lounge couch while we waited for our drinks. We originally ordered two 16oz drinks, but mine came out in a 12oz size. We checked our digital receipt to make sure and sure enough they were both 16oz drinks. So I went to the counter to let them know. They took my 12 oz matcha (which looked delicious), and then like a minute later, handed me a 16oz matcha. To be honest, the new matcha looked slightly different in color. I didn't see them remake my new drink, but it felt like they took my 12 oz, put it in a 16oz cup, and just added milk to make up the difference. The ube matcha is great if you enjoy ube. It's sweet without it being too sweet. The green (matcha) and purple (ube) when mixed together will get you a mud color, so take those photos before and after mixing, haha. It tastes great though! The regular matcha was ok. It's hard to rate because of the mix up. I'm not sure if that was representative of their regular matcha, in which case, I do wish it had a stronger matcha flavor. It wasn't a weak drink, but it still tasted too milky. If they did indeed just add more milk to make up the difference in their mistake, then that would explain why it wasn't as strong, in which case that 12oz original drink would've been perfect. While we did sit in the patio, there is a restaurant a few doors down, and one of the workers there comes out for a cigarette break pretty often and the smell does blow over to this patio, which was unfortunate. We also got whiffs from the sewer nearby. Not sure if that's a daily thing but good to know for next time.

The kiosk want you to add tip but if you don't then select the custom tab and then change the amount to your preference because it will automatic go to 10%. The barista made the drink quick and put light ice. My wife enjoyed her iced chai latte from here.

It is sweet, cute, bright and whimsical. The Loaf Bakery is produced by Okayama Kobo, a bakery chain founded by Tsunetaka Kawakami, that is open in Anaheim, DTLA, Honolulu and Laguna Niguel. The Loaf has the same quality of baked good, made with flour from Hokkaido, Japan, having no additives or preservatives. It is recommended that you eat it the day of since it has a shelf life of a couple of days. Talk about freshness! I recently visited my sister and her family and she had a box to share with me. We had the following: Red Bean Salt & Butter Roll: Simple and delicious. Highly recommend, especially to those who like red bean filling. Not to sweet (a high compliment given by Asians when talking about desserts.) Chocolate Emoji: Soft bun with custard inside Amande: Croissant with a cookie topping, topped with chocolate chips. Textures are crispy but not as flaky where it would be a mess. Matcha Azuki An Pan: Earthy tea taste with sweet read bean filling. Overall, I love what I have tried. So, we tried a bunch of items, and the only reason I'm giving this place 3.5 stars is because I think around here it's probably the best you're going to get. The custard buns were 3 stars. Didn't really like the bun very much. Custard was average. Yuzu tart wasn't very good. The pastry wasn't very flaky and the yuzu was meh. Didn't like this pastry at all. The best thing our group had was the strawberry croissants. That was 4 stars. Fresh strawberries and the cream was good and the croissant was flaky and buttery unlike the tart. I also had the matcha tiramisu, not pictured because I ate it but then threw it away. It came in a little plastic cup. Overly sweet and just not very good. That was 2 stars.

We showed up around 10:45am on a Saturday morning, and to our surprise there was no wait. We were sat immediately and ordered a cappuccino and Arnold Palmer to drink. Then, I ordered the Salmon Benny with home potatoes, while my partner ordered the Churro waffle combo. It did take about half an hour to get our food, but it was well worth how fresh everything tasted. My salmon benny came on an everything bagel with cream cheese, and the salmon was served cold (in a delicious/ good way, not like it was frozen. I just wanted to make a note of this because usually when eating a salmon benedict the salmon gets warm from the temperature of the english muffin and egg). Then, the home potatoes had onions, and bell peppers and I kept commenting on how fresh the bell peppers tasted. My partner had the churro waffle with eggs, sausage and bacon. They really nailed the churro flavor of the waffle. Both our plates were completely devoured with no leftovers to take home. For our two drinks, two entrees (and the added combo to the churro waffle) it ended up being $53, which we found to be extremely reasonable for the quality, portion size, and service provided. The only thing I would mention was the parking lot gets a little crowded. They share a parking lot with the other stores in the plaza, and there were several spots open only because there were a lot of bigger cars who were over the line. No fault to the restaurant itself, just something to be aware of.
