We came to Sandusky for the weekend and I wanted to get some Starbucks. I looked up this place to make sure we came back to this location specifically because last time I was here they did a tremendous job and they did it again. It was my birthday and I wanted a coconut brown sugar latte. They made such a great coffee, I was very happy with how good it tasted. We also got a hot mocha. It was very nice! We had tried to order a mocha a month ago at the Breakers location and it did not taste right, but it was perfect here. We also got a Frappuccino. One child wanted the butterfly tea lemonade blended. Most place do not want to attempt, but they did and it made her very happy. We also had the chocolate pistachio loaf heated and it was actually so good, I do not think I had that one before and it tasted so fresh and spongy. I will definitely be back to this specific location since it has always been an enjoyable one for us. read more

No oatmeal. Why?! You stay in line, order your food and coffee, and then they tell you they don't have it. Ugh! ‍

Nice little Starbucks on a stretch of cliche suburban strip mall hell. Baristas were friendly and the place is clean. Bonus points - they haven't yet converted to the fancy schmancy pastries in the other locations, which means I scored a long lost, beloved pumpkin scone. Who the hell am I kidding? I am generally happy with Starbucks as they offer good coffee and snacks as well as a good place to sit and work. WiFi availability makes these facilities particularly attractive. As such, I spend a great deal of time in Starbucks facilities working through various tasks. This particular shop was well located among the commercial activity in Sandusky on Milan Rd. The service was efficient and my dark roast pour-over was as good as usual. The prices were normal for Starbucks. The seating area was adequately spacious making it a good spot to relax to get some things done while enjoying my java. If you are in the area and in the mood for a coffee break, this is a good bet. read more

The worst Starbuck's. I don't even know why online ordering is an option here. The drinks are never ready within even like 20 minutes of the time they say. And if you choose the option to pick them up in the store, versus the drive-through you will end up waiting even longer because they will make them and place them over at the drive through. So if you order online - expect to get there, ask for your order, wait 20 min. Ask for your order again. Wait 5 more min for them to get them from the drive through counter. And the whole time they will act like you're a big inconvenience. Miserable experience every time, consistently. read more

The only Starbucks in Sandusky, Ohio. I visit when I go home to get my Venti latte fix. As usual, the baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. This Starbucks is smaller than the usual, as they share a space with the Coldstone Creamery. Seating is usually unavailable, standing room only, unless it is a nice day and there is space available on the patio. Beware of the traffic, as this place sits on the dreaded Route 250, en route to Cedar Point. read more

I went thru the drive thru this morning and the lady could not multi task. She was lost between two things. She almost forgot my veggie wrap. I suppose they are busy, but she needs further training or a helper. The drinks were not as warm as usual. The blueberry scone and butter croissant were tasty. And the veggie wrap was good too. We won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. Hope they get it together here. read more

If zero stars were an option thats how many this business would get. one of our drinks were made, then 12 mins goes by and i haven't revived my other drink. So I politely ask the barista behind the counter named Bridgette. she told us that our ticket was lost, not nicely I might add. She proceeded to slam things while making our other drink, and when she was finished with it slammed it on the counter so hard that hot espresso spilled all over the counter and cup. 0/10 would never recommend. read more

I love this place. Everything here is really good (as I hear from friends when I go with them). I used to go here when I was younger and now I'm still drinking it. Super good! I recommend the Pink Drink (my favorite!!). Everyone here is suuuuper nice and it's really clean and well-kept. Smells amazing. The bathrooms also are very clean! read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit, and by far the best coffee shop in the area. When you walk in one of the baristas is always welcoming you, which is always a plus. The staff always seems happy and energetic, and the drinks come out quick and accurate. The facility including the bathrooms are always clean and well taken care of. The only downside to this Starbucks is the location in terms of ease and ability to navigate through the parking lot. The parking lot itself is always right and can sometime be hard to find a spot especially since they share this small lot with another business. Which is why this is not getting a 5 star rating. I've sometimes had to wait a few minutes just to get into the parking lot. However the coffee consistently delicious and the staff is always helpful polite and friendly. read more

My favorite Starbucks of all time. I have gone here multiple times and every-time I have always gotten amazing service and great yummy tasty coffee. By recently I went in to my favorite Starbucks and I was very disappointed. There was a couple in front of me that took forever picking drinks and food which is fine but what made me mad was that there were other employees standing around that could have started a drink for me. And after I placed my drink order that had to ask me 2 times what I wanted in my drink. So I miss the employees that were working there that offered me outstanding service and made my coffee perfect. Great staff here! They are always working hard regardless if the place is packed or if there's only one to two people. They keep the store spotless and the quality of the drinks is always extremely consistent. They are great at remembering all of their regular customers and their drink orders and definitely go above and beyond to help regular and new customers with what to order and what they'd like based on their preferences.
