Stopped by Starbucks today, it was pretty busy so my cold brew took a little longer than I expected, but honestly the staff was cool and friendly so it didn't really bother me. The place was clean and had a good vibe overall. I usually get the cold brew black it's strong and keeps me going, especially on long drives or busy work days. Easy five stars for me. Stopped by here to relax and get a drink. The baristas seemed like they all were friendly to each other and I felt welcomed to order. I got the strawberry Acai with green tea instead of water and it's one of the best ones I've ever had, so this is the first time I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks. Nice ambience too. read more

Absolute best bagels I've had in a long time. I've eaten bagels all over including NYC but I gotta tell you these are the best bagels I've ever had and 66. Just let's say I've eaten a lot of bagels soft but with that chewy edge can't speak for every flavor, but I can tell you that the jalapeño cheddar is not some BS jalapeño bagel taste like jalapeños through and through. Nice little spicy taste without being overpowering would recommend this to everyone I know and obviously more. read more

This place has gone down hill since a few of their team members left...The service is so incredibly slow now. I came in yesterday morning and this poor girl was handling all the drinks BY HERSELF, the rest of the employees were chit chatting in a circle. My drink order is very simple and I understand the tickets come out in a specific order, but it should not take 15+ minutes AFTER a mobile order for my drink and food to come out. Side note, just because it is slow a drink shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to come out. Do better. read more

This Starbucks is the closest to my house. The staff are very friendly here. I don't usually write negative reviews, however, i've had a few instances where they forget to add items in the order. This photo is from a few months back. This morning i had the same experience where I paid for cold foam but did not get it on my drink. In the mornings, it is hard to get the staffs attention at times to fix the order. At times it feels as if they are avoiding looking at the customer waiting at the bar. Service was below average. This location was not as cheery or welcoming as other Starbucks locations. No one greeted us And they were not busy, only had one person in line. The vive was totally off, so we took our drinks on the go. One thing I would ask of management, to do a more regular routine on the clean up of the RR. They were not super bad, but there was an odd scent (a lady behind me waiting in line to use the RR suggested it was the air freshener that they use) it's a bad after smell, so maybe changing it to a more neutral clean scent. Would I come back to this location? Probably not. Pmts also the outside of the store could use some landscaping sprucing up. The banana trees are overgrown and found use a trim or clean up the dead dry ones. Our beverages were up to snuff and very delicious. read more

When my orders have been correct it's always fine coffee. I have had a lot of mobile orders of mine not be correct but that's ok. It's always convenient and regardless I will get a cup of joe a few times a month. I don't ever complain to the staff bc it's just coffee who really cares but the staff has always been amazing. I think that's something all SB locations share, I've never met a rude stat buckle barista yet! read more

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. Not to mention: VERY DIRTY!!! (See photo. This is an everyday occurrence). I sent in my mobile order at 11:21am, the app said 3-7 minutes, arrived at 11:30 and still the drinks were not ready. It wasn't until 11:40 that our first drink was finished, with multiple other drinks coming out in between. Finally got our second drink (wrong size) at 11:46am. Nobody working here cares about cleanliness, getting a drink right or their attitude. We come to Starbucks for consistency and have never once received that at this location. Rude customer service is the biggest turn off. Dirty tables and floors and a gross bathroom. Back to the local coffee search in San Clemente. Sad. read more

We bought a drink with coconut milk, they gave us just a bit over half of the cup for a tall. I asked the barista to add more milk and she said the manager said to only add that amount if we only have light ice. At least the talk drink should be a tall size. It's not often that I like a Starbucks location but this one is pretty cool. It's right off the 5 freeway and close to the beach. If you sit on the patio, you'll catch some sea mist and a great breeze. Inside the store is spacious. Plenty of lounge seats and tables. The staff is super friendly and my drinks were made just right. I got the asiago bagel which has been a favorite of mine since my days in Chicago. Other than that, I think this is Starbucks #5 on my list of Starbucks that I actually like. read more

This was 2 weeks ago: The staff here are some of the best I've encountered at Starbucks! The young lady who made my drink had a unique name that I can't remember, but she had such a cool and fun personality! I also work in customer service so I really appreciate someone who can have a fun attitude with customers while still being polite and efficient! I was on a 4 hour drive and she was just a spot of sunshine in a really long and tiring day. :) The tall young man who took my order was also really patient with me and gave me some options since I didn't know what to order. I ended up getting a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappuccino with 3 extra shots in a grande, and the girl gave it to me in a Venti. True mvp right there. YUK. One would think that Starbucks, with all its bucks, could afford to clean the front glass doors. How can anyone working there not notice how dirty? I walk by frequently and always think they will be cleaned. I now realize, they are never cleaned.
