I took my rescue dog for his first pup cut. Went through the drive thru . Of course he didn't know what he was getting. I bought my drink and asked for a pup cup and mentioned that this was his first pup cup because I rescued him. One of the workers turns around and says wait... Brings back as pup cup that says "1st pup cup" and my dog Charles LOVED it. Thanks guys you made our day! read more

Very surprising, we've passed this Starbucks before and heard negative things about it. But this morning the girl who took our order was upbeat and SO friendly. Then we got to the window and the guy was exact same energy level? It made me curious since I had a really similar experience at another Starbucks if it's something they're rolling out or that we've just bumped into 4 very upbeat friendly Starbucks employees lately‍ thank you guys! I've stopped at this location frequently on my way to Lake Arrowhead, but after today, I won't be back. The restrooms were in an unacceptable state--hideous, filthy, and clearly hadn't been cleaned in days. The cleanliness reflects on your food and what you serve after I received my drink I questioned how clean the drink was made and what materials. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. I asked a barista (I believe her name was Suzuki or Snooki) for help remembering a drink name, and she was incredibly condescending and rude. I told her she needed better customer skills, but the interaction ruined the stop. Between the lack of hygiene and the poor treatment of customers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere." read more

FYI they put out 1-2 of the most popular cups at a time. There was only one of the emerald flat stone cup. The rest seemed pretty stocked as per my photos. Anyways I seen one last emerald cup and purchased it. The women who rung me up told me how that was the last one. That cup was the first to sell out. And how they didn't have anymore. Well I left and came back into the store 10-15min later and what do I see? One cup that was placed where I had mine. So I guess buy your one cup and then go back to get another if you're in need of more than one cup. I purchase mine for myself and for 2 other friends who are into SB cups. read more

I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver, I got there and was waiting patiently for the order I had to deliver, when the bulldog looking dude threatened to "block" me from taking orders because I was having a conversation on my phone. Then when the order was fulfilled, he looked at me said "what did I tell you" as if he was paying me to take this order. I've been doing this for a few months now and never has a manager of a starbucks EVER came at me for being on the phone. I'd understand if maybe I was talking too loud, but he was very rude with his approach, and for someone who ACTUALLY represents that company, he is doing a poor job. MIND YOU! This Starbucks location is conveniently on Waterman and 40th Street in San Bernardino. It has a drive-thru, which is nice, but where it's located, sometimes the line for the drive thru goes into the parking lot or sometimes blocks the street. During peak hours, finding parking in the parking lot can be difficult. The staff here have always been courteous and friendly. Once in a while, my order would be incorrect with one minor detail missing (like forgetting to add sweetener to my iced coffee), but most of the time, my drinks have been made well. read more

Unfortunate and undesireable wait period for drivers. Did not communicate order total prior to paying & receipts were not administered. Drive through liasson had to pause receiving my order three times per my three requests for the three out of six goods I wanted to purchase so she could check and see, or verify, wether or not they had the food/beverages available. Very confused on how one would not know the status of inventory of such goods in such a small vicinity. As a result did not have toffee not syrup available at and or around 3pm that day. Holy cow is this Starbucks the worst I've ever been too! This was the closest one to my house up the hill so for 3 years I had no choice but to go here. They NEVER have any sandwiches. I used to go at 11, then tried at 10. The last time I went just before 9am, no sandwiches or Frappuccino's. I will not go back. They claim every time that there is supply chain issue, but then I moved and realized it was a THEM problem. The workers are perfectly nice, but there is a very serious issue at this location. So disappointed! First time at this location and not even half way inside the establishment and a very RUDE employee who btw didn't even greet us properly basically kicked us out talking about there were too many people inside. Yet our group of friends had just gone in and it was only three. Once we saw people going out we tried going in once more and again they did not let us. We decided to just order online but while waiting we kept seeing people going in without being sent back out. I would've understood if it was packed but nope. Hit and miss with this Starbucks. But mostly miss. Got Starbucks for the family through the drive thru and literally everything tasted watered down. Got a tall Americano for myself, but the drink literally looks like it has no espresso at all. I did ask for one pump pumpkin spice syrup it being Fall and all. But still, the drink should be dark! Didn't try it until I got home, tasted like water and cinnamon. One sip, and straight in the drain. Train your new people better. Picture for reference: read more

We drove about 40 minutes to try these tasty treats. We took a cooler bag with frozen gel packs to get it home and they put our cupcakes and pastries in plain brown boxes (like that of in and out burger) that don't account for the height of the treats, so the boxes won't close completely. I asked about it but they had no alternatives. The lady serving us also tried to overload one box. I had to ask her to separate them and they still didn't fit. The end result was that by the time we got home, 3 were smashed, the boxes already had several marks of the treats soaking all the way through. This is specifically why I asked for a proper cupcake/pastries container because otherwise part of the frosting/treat oils are lost in transit making for a bit of a dried out texture by the time you get to try them. (For us, only about 55 minutes) This place is excellent if you plan to eat right away. Sweet Tooth, please fix your packaging for those who come a long ways to see you! and you would be 5 stars all day long.

FUCK THIS DIRTY ASS DONALD TRUMP SUPPORTING LOCATION!!!! First off, I come in to fill out applications with my LAptop, and I brought in some outside drinks. I accidentally spilled them all on the sticky floor and the clearly unsanitized tables. All the employees saw what happened and not one of them flinched to help me clean it up. I asked to have some towels to clean it up, and one of the employees rudely rolled her eyes and turned around thinking that I ddnt see the bitch. The employee that gave me the towels, ddnt even hand them to me; THAT bitch THREW them at me. Now, as a good employee, (if that), I would have said" no worries, I'll take care of it" ..but NO, I made the mess, so I clean it. Which is how they strongly made me feel. Then, I became thirsty and asked to have a cup of water. I was told that I had to BUY something to get a small, or excuse me, TALL cup of iceless unfiltered tap water. Luckily I had money on me; but what if i ddnt?! What if I was homeless?! Would you still make me pay for something I could not afford just to rehydrate myself and stay alive?! Next, as I was in the middle of filling out an application, and from behind the counter, indiscreetly, I was told that there was a time limit of being in there, if I was just going to drink water...Mind you, by this time I had only been there approximately 45 minutes...IM A FUCKIN PAYING CUSTOMER, YOU HIGH HORSE RIDING, DONALD TRUMP SUPPORING PIECE OF COCK SAUCE!!! But no argument from me, I complied to leave. But not before having to use the restroom. Finally, i had to use the restroom before leaving. I walked in and immediately had to walk out because of the foul odor emitting from the toilet or drain; not to mention there was no seat covers, or toilet paper, and the floor needed to be swept AND mopped while a dirty- used diaper was hanging over the trash can. WHERE IN THE HELL WAS THIS BABY CHANGED, ON THE FLOOR???...so I let the trump supporters know that the restroom was dirty and in need of toilet paper. Again, not one flinch or acknowledgement of my request. So I waited til something was done about it. 35 mins LAter, they begin to "clean" it. 15 mins LAter, idk y it took so long, the only thing noticeably different was that the toilet paper was stocked, WITH ONLY 1 ROLL, the seat covers were filled, and the floor was slightly swept. As I leave, I noticed the tables were still dirty, and the floors still looked sticky. AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN THAT BUSY THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE!!...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER, FROM ANYWHERE, AND THE MOST DIRTIEST STARBUCKS I EEEEEVER BEEN TO...if you ever wanna feel unwelcomed and condescended; COME HERE!!!! I AM NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! read more

Went to this Starbucks to get a gift card for my wife since it's Valentine's Day. Apparently they had a sign that I didn't see that it said only drive-through orders. The reason why I went in was because I drive a big cargo van and my van did not fit in a drive-through . The lady in the front said i'm sorry we are not taking orders only mobile pick ups I tried explaining to her but I just wanted a gift card for my wife she said you have to go through the drive-through ? For a gift card ????tried explaining to her that my van was too big for the drive-through all she could say was sorry I can't help you. What kind of stupid customer service Are they offering?? But yet they had the registers for the drive-through working fine Bunch of racist white people working in this store. Maybe because I'm Mexican they did not want to help me . Never in my life will I spend another dollar at any Starbucks read more

Please update the hours on YELP!!!! It is posted you close at 10:30PM and tonight I got there at 9:55. There were two cars in front of me and when i finally pulled up to the intercom all I got was silence. Turned out that myself and the car in front of me did not get service because apparently you close at 10:00PM. However you took the order of the first car so why not the last two cars? Where's the customer service? UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!! Also may I suggest you put a sign in front of the drive thru so no cars can get in the drive thru once you are closed. Lastly like I first said I was in the drive thru line as well as the car in front of me before 10:00 PM anyways so you should have took our orders. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! read more

I got my coffee this afternoon and when I noticed it was cold almost immediately. I drove away thinking they had just put a lot of whipped topping and maybe that's what I was feeling. I took a sip and no, unfortunately the coffee was super cold. I drank it anyways on the way to work and decided that when I got to work I would microwave it. When I lifted the lid however, I was disgusted to see I was drinking a gross chunky mess. The photo of it has been posted. How did this even happen? Never using this Starbucks again. read more

With two cars ahead of me it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. The bro-ista was very friendly, happy, and greeted me with a smile. I should have gotten his name, but he did have blond hair, if that helps. So, he retrieved my pre-ordered drinks and handed them to me. He also noticed my Yorkie in the front seat and asked if I would like a pup cup, which I thought was great customer service. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because I ordered a banana bread that I did not receive. I unfortunately did not remember about it until after 4pm today and I figured that's way too long to go back telling another person that I didn't receive an item from my order 7 hrs later. The Golden Eagle iced coffee was delicious and I really appreciate that they have so many SF flavors.

It's a sparkling and refreshing drink. I will say, because it has electrolytes, these drinks do have a little saltiness to them but it's not bad. Anyone who drinks electrolytes knows the flavor I'm referring to. I also ordered a coconut chocolate milk parfait style. They have some really good chocolate milk. It's creamy and rich for being premade and when mixed with these coconut it's a fun liquid play on an Almond Joy. Service was great even though they forgot to make the chocolate milk parfait style. They quickly resolved it by fixing the drink. The ambiance of all Dutch is a true culture. It's an experience coming here. Conversations with Broristas and music play - I love it!
