Once again I must shout out to Fernando and the owner of this place! Absolutely amazing customer service! And amazing delicious acai! Since getting sick this is the only place I can eat! Blessed to live so close and I am beyond grateful for them taking care of me every single morning! Ty to the whole team here! read more

I had a great experience today! I accidentally ordered the wrong bowl online, but when I arrived, one of the gentlemen kindly helped me switch it without any hesitation. Both gentlemen were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the bowl was absolutely delicious! I visited on October 23 at around 11:30 AM, and I hope both employees receive recognition for their excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Never have I been yelled at while at an establishment. I placed an order for pickup via a food delivery app, came in, ordered a drink and sat down. When I saw them making my drink (that was off menu on the delivery app), I went to go pick up my other smoothies and either the owner or manager there yelled at me to put the items back in the fridge. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding but she didn't have to embarrass me in front of the other patrons and coworkers. Drinks wise, everything came out the way it was supposed to but I didn't appreciate the tone. I will not be coming back to support this establishment, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

0/5 STARTS ‼‼ Do not come here unless you want to ingest shards of plastic .... Not only is the customer service rude , and unprofessional they are also completely unhelpful when confronted with an issue. Me and my bf stoped by on 5/27 To grab two smoothies. While ordering the cashier stopped to have a conversation with the other girl while looking at their phone and texting. We dismissed it as a poorly trained staff . Upon taking the drink to go we had to return within the hour as one drink had 7 shards of plastic, not including what I may have ingested prior to me almost breaking a tooth on one. when we returned to bring back the smoothie with chunks still at the bottom of the cup and 3 pieces in hand they offered no help, no knowledge by and or simply no apology which based on the previous interaction was to no surprise. All we were told was to come back Monday if we wished to speak to someone in management. We then took matters into our own hands and called corporate who had yet to give us a call. You gotta love the productivity from this company! read more

horrible service workers have terrible attitudes never coming here again. and they make the drinks horribly and disgusting ewwwwww

Love the zone! Always my go-to drink with whey protein. Only thing is that the smoothies are now $8 for a regular size.

Great smoothies! They are a little overpriced, similar pricing to Jamba Juice but taste better. It has a cool vibe and they sell other snacks such as chips, cookies, and bars. I usually come here after class. read more

The girls in here were nice. However my juice was clumpy(pieces of fruit). It was not 12.99 drink worthy at all. I didn't receive enough ice either... read more

Great customer service and even better acai bowls! I've been here a few times and each time has been a pleasant experience!

I love the wheatgrass shot they sell here. I'm one week in and my energy has been stable. I recommend starting with the 1oz first for a week or so. This way you can see how your body will react to it. Then go to the 2 oz if you need/want to. The place is clean & never crowded when I go. The service is great too. I'm happy they are still operating during this time. read more

This was my first time here at this location. I gave three stars because I didn't like the texture of mine, explained below. We ordered four small smoothies. A lava flow, mango, strawberry wave, pina colada. My family enjoyed their smoothies. I think my pina colada should have been blended longer. The fibrous pineapple is unappealing. Also the chips of coconut is not what I anticipated. The texture is far from different from other pina colada smoothies I have had in the past. The location was clean and bright. The cashier was friendly. It was loud because of the blenders. read more

They skimp on the ingredients and there shakes and bowls taste horrible. I feel like I got ripped off gross

No greeting. Didn't ask if I wanted a boost No thank you for coming in. The two ladies there looked sad or upset, not really sure. Maybe no people skills? Who knows. Nice clean store. The Weekend was playing on the overhead and he dropped a few F bombs, I don't believe this appropriate for a family type buisness. That was my very first time there. My smoothie is really yummy. I'm not going back. It felt REALLY awkward being in there. read more

I went in to get a lavender smoothie, I was excited to drink it looked so yummy. Unfortunately after getting it, it tasted like soy milk and blueberries. When I went in to get another drink I was told that " she experimented " because it doesn't have another liquid to go with it. I then asked for the pb mocha cold brew which is one I've had many times before. We'll needless to say my smoothie has no mocha in it nor around the cup! Taste like burnt coffee and peanut butter and is so thick the roof of my mouth bleed alittle from trying to suck it through the straw! I will not be returning to the location. I shouldn't have to go home a fix a smoothie that I bought from the establishment! read more

Little counter brunette girl with hair in a pony tail today on Sunday 08/13/3023 was cold and rude. Barely makes eye contact and is unwelcoming. Management needs to train her in customer service skills. There were only two other female customers in the business who already had their items and were sitting down. So no stress or line, slow Sunday. Counter girl brings my Acai smoothie to the counter and barely mumbles large Acai and turns around super quick and unprofessional. I won't come back here again. Stick to Jamba Juice up the street. Workers here are actually friendly, professional, and welcoming. Grow up counter girl, learn some professional skills please. You're hurting the business. read more

So this place is good and all I just have one problem, this heavy set wanna be pretty boy always makes my juices with an inch or 2 of pulp that I can't drink and then when I ordered Wheatgrass shots he puts them in these little containers that I've never seen and basically ripped me off for the Wheatgrass shots on top of that he got this other guys order totally wrong giving him larges when he ordered smalls and charged him extra lol so I guess I just have to tell the other employees I don't want him making my drinks anymore. read more
