This Jamba Juice is hit or miss. Sometimes you get amazing service and but then you might get meh service. You never know whatcha gonna get lol. As some employees are super friendly and enjoy their job. Then there's some who are just going with the motions only. Sometimes you get bomb smoothies and juices. Then sometimes you get blah smoothies and juices. Not, my go-to location. read more

Feeling hot, so we went to pick up some refreshing drinks. Plenty of parking in front. The store is clean. There were three employees working. There's a special for $5 for a medium size on Watermelon Breeze if you're a Jamba Juice member on their app. Regular price for medium drink is $7.19 so paying two dollars less is nice. My sons favorite is the Watermelon Breeze. Then I got two medium Mango a Go Go's for my hubby and myself. I asked for the immunity boost to be added for all the drinks. There's no extra charge for that. Once you give your phone number they tell you what discounts you have. I could either use the $5 one for the Watermelon breeze or $3 off. I'll save the $3 off next time I love the taste of the mango! This is why I always come back. It refreshing and cool especially on a hot summer day. We'll be back I'm sure. read more

Jamba - 2 mango-a-go-go & watermelon breeze - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Bernardino, California

Idk who owns this place but you really need to do a better job of hiring personnel that can take an order with a smile on their face. If I use the Jamba Juice app my order is never correct, if I walk in it's as if I'm bothering your workers bc they have to take my order. Females who work here are so rude! Go find another job! Thank God Juice It Up is right down the block bc I just love my Acia bowls, made CORRECTLY with all the toppings I asked AND PAID for! read more

So all they could make was smoothies. They were unable to make Bowls as they didn't have gloves to prep with. It sucked because this is the second one we went to today. Jamba Juice has gone way down in service and quality! read more

Lol no way I just paid $10 for this.. the bowl isn't even half way filled. The smoothie was good tho :/ read more

10/10 recommend Wonderful services The drinks were amazing and would definitely try their açaí bowls. The store is a clean atmosphere with a variety of seats. read more

Friendly staff? I don't think so. Only one employee was working and customer service was terrible. The drink wasn't even fill full cups. I do understand why Jamba Juice is expensive, but this is unacceptable. I think the employees here need some customer service training. read more

Jamba - Is this full cups???? - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Bernardino, California

Love this place and love the peanut butter moo'd! My drinks are always spot on and delicious. The servers are quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the afternoon sun beats down in the store. There aren't blinds or shades to block the sun, making it very warm and uncomfortable. read more

AHHH! 0/10 ... this place is truly disgusting. It may look nice outside but While i was waiting for my order i over heard the employee ask the manager about putting new stickers on the already expired food. The manager say YES TO PUT NEW STICKERS ON... The employee stated "But there is mold on it" and they totally disregarded it and did not throw it way. (BTW) this was for one of the food items on the menu. I just canceled my order and left. Someone needs to check this place because it is putting our community at risk by still redating the expiration date the food as it is new to serve to us! read more

I really wish you would STOP TELLING YOUR WORKERS TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I get you're attempting to mitigate the number of phone orders not picked up. The other half of the coin is you're losing business. You may have elderly people who find it hard to operate the website or someone who may be visually impaired. The other point is like today I went for a fresh pressed juice and the store is out of everything but orange juice. If I would've known that before I show up in a pandemic. This are bad business practices. read more

The wait was very long. One of our drinks was wrong .Trashy rap music playing. Worker tie shirt to show stomach very unprofessional.

Just came to get a smoothie and they're closed at 7:00 and they close at 9:00. I love jamba juice but this was a inconvenience

Service was so rude and drink was the most gross drink I've had. If you don't want to work there then go! Don't make customers pay. It's your fault you are where you are not ours. Asked for receipt too and she never gave it to me read more

Wow, just left this Jamba Juice and I'm absolutely disgusted with the staff. We walked in, both workers just stared at us with no greeting. This wasn't a huge deal but it definitely set our expectations to what type of environment we were in. We ordered our drinks, the young lady who took our order was clearly irritated or upset, I asked her how her day was going and she asked what I meant and I just restated my question. She was very unresponsive and I told her that it seemed like both her and her colleague were in a bad mood. We proceed to place our order, I ordered a custom drink that's not in the menu. She took both of my husband and I orders. When she completed both drinks she said which one was mine, I knew immediately it was incorrect due to the color. I asked if she put raspberry in it, she said yes and I said oh I didn't ask for raspberry. She proceeds to grab the drink with a super funky attitude, she literally says nothing. No apology, no notion that she'd made a new drink, nothing! So weird! She walks in the back grabs another blender, begins to put stuff in the blender with a weird aggression, SLAMS the blender down and make the drink. When she's done she puts the drink in front of me with no words. At this point I'm like what is going on in here. I ask when will the owner of the store be in. She said they do not come in. I ask who is the manager and her colleague says I am, my mouth drops open (I'm shocked!) This young lady was just as rude and silent! At the same exact time I'm tasting my drink and it's literally not the drink I ordered. So at this point I just want my refund. We expressed our disappointment to the manger who is unapologetic and basically could care less. She gives us the refund, I leave the drink on the table, and we walk out and drive over to juice it up. I would absolutely love to see a new staff in this Jamba Juice. I hope the owner knows what's going on because people who are that unkind can only scare customers away. read more

A worker there by the name Jenn!!! refused to sell me a Large freshly squeezed orange juice just because I asked for no ice. Only a medium with no ice... extremely unsatisfied. F+ Horrible service. read more

I ordered Jamba through door dash and it was quite simple however it did take a while to get to me but that was probably on Doordash. I ordered a couple different smoothies and one of their fruit bowls. The smoothies were great and the bowl wasn't too bad either but definitely not worth the price. I wish I had just got all smoothies and not the bowl. read more

This location is so sparkling clean . Nice little spot could use more seating. The staff is friendly. Thank you Jared for the smoothie it's perfect! read more

Jamba - Pomegranate paradise - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I'm giving two stars instead of one because they were apologetic about the bad experience I received at this location. I ordered and paid on the app. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was informed that they had no strawberries. The core ingredient in two of the smoothies I already paid for and in many of their other smoothies. They made the one smoothie they did have the ingredients for wrong. They said their juicer was down and couldn't produce the wheat grass shots that I had already paid for. Had I been informed of all this prior to driving over there I would have just canceled my order. Worse than all of this, both kids working there had no gloves on while cleaning, making smoothies, cutting fruit etc. Didn't even wash their hands when transitioning from cleaning, handling receipts, picking up trash to handling food. Management is obviously seriously disengaged at this point. Disappointing to say the least. read more

Undertafatfed long wait Time smoothies sub par idk just not worth lowkey worker girl was sassy idk just mid

Stay away from this location! Employees are extremely rude and for whatever reason they think it's okay to not wear gloves when making your drinks. The cashier has a bad attitude and took my money then walks over and starts making my drink without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Maybe you need to train your workers on customer service and cleanliness. read more

This is the second time I've come to this location and they can't help me because they ain't trained right. I went in asking for the orange carrot karma and the worker whom was a female working at 10:20 am on feb 21, 2020, looked as if they didn't even know the name of the drink. Not only that but I asked for the drink without sherbet due to me being allergic and the worker said she couldn't make it without that because it would then be only orange juice. I have substituted the dairy before and the worker gave me an attitude and couldn't help me. I think that the customer service here is horrible and I think the workers need to trained better. Waste of gas and time. I wish I could give 0 stars because that's how I feel I was treated. Definitely switching over to juice it up if it means I get properly. read more

I love Jamaba juice but this one is very unprofessional and always have issues. When I first arrived there was no one here it was 9:30, then when I tried to order the internet was off so I couldn't use my app to redeem my rewards she said I couldn't do that, then I tried to pay with my gift card she said I couldn't do that, overall a terrible experience. I usually drive all the way to the Fontana one or the one on hospitality it's worth it. Everytime I come to the one on University across from CSUSB it's always an issue, and they online ordering is ALWAYS not on. read more

Absolutely love Jamba Juice! You can smell the freshness of their ingredients as soon as you walk in the door. Got some coupons that were really of value. Great place if you want a nutritious drink to replace a meal :) read more

Love this location. Staff is always so nice and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend. They are always fast and try their best to work fast when they are alone. Great service. read more

Everytime I come here, all the workers have an ugly attitude. I thought maybe it was just that one worker, had a bad day. But NO, EVERY single time it's a different worker they have attitude. All I come in for is for a smoothie. I've gotten so tired of the attitude there I just decided to make a further drive or go to juice it up down the street. Really hope you guys can fix this issue. read more

Although the food and smoothies are good, the manager should never leave only 1 employee on duty. It took over 30 minutes to order and receive items. Poor decisions on part of the management. Only employee on duty was super sweet and apologetic to all customers. She deserves a huge bonus!!! read more

This location is lacking. I've had several experiences here where the employees displayed poor attitude and customer service. They don't toast their waffles like the other locations and will make your smoothie with different ingredients without even telling you because they're out of product half the time. Will not return. read more

If you want to find the world's best juice, look no further. Whenever I'm craving some protein (PB & Banana Smoothie), I immediately head over to Jamba after the gym. For $6, they blend up some reduced fat milk, bananas, peanut butter, whey protein, and honey. The employees like to keep the line moving. There are many things to try aside from the PB & Banana Smoothie though. Better to place your order ahead of time to skip the line. read more

Worst establishment ever found a bandaid, half eaten potato and a nail in my AÇAÍ bowl. I Would give it no stars if I could .

This place is run terribly. It has one guy in the front on the register and when I went to get a smoothie he told me he was on break and couldn't clock in until his break was over. He told me to come back after 5 minutes. This was amazingly the second time. The other time I went it was the same guy saying that the register was closed and that I needed to wait for the manager. While I was waiting for the cashier to clock back in, I see a girl walk in and get served. Do I need to be a girl to get a smoothie?!? read more

Wouldn't recommended after going a couple days ago, the stickers on the food were out dated and it took 25 minutes to get my smoothie.

I absolutely love this location! The smoothies are always delicious and the the service is amazing everyone is so nice and they make my order really fast ! read more

I normally don't leave reviews but this was wrong I went today earlier exactly at 11:33pm(7/20/19) there was only one employee working a man and I asked for a wheat grass shot and he said the machine was broken but obviously he didn't want to clean it I was fine with that !, lbut I ordered 2 blue sky bows " and the fruit wasn't blended well and I asked for extra banana and the banana was rotten I wouldn't give a bad review if honestly it wasn't bad service . read more

I go here a lot because I really liked this place and I like the staff. But today I was really disappointed. I ordered ahead of time and I had upgraded to the new jamba juice app and it gave me a $3 off any size drink. I was asking the lady if I would be able to use it. I understand the system is new but the fact that they wouldnt honor my coupon really got me irritated. She told me that I couldnt use it til it was near the expiration date..which was a weird excuse. I wont be going here anymore. read more

Stopped by before school kind of in a hurry and had the açaí bowl. The guys working (Daniel) took my order quickly and i was out of there super quick and best of all my bowl was bomb! read more

When I first walked in I had to wait a good 5-7 minutes just to give my order and only one person was there. Then the girl takes my order which was a medium sized order. I ordered 3 açaí bowls two waffles a mango smoothie two shots and a sandwich. Not only did it take a LONG time for the girl to complete the order (maybe she was new) but two more customers came in and the other girl in the back kept rolling her eyes at her instead of coming up front to help. When finally she thought she completed my order she said "thank you enjoy your day" I noticed she never gave me my Mango a go go and my cayenne pepper for my shot. I didn't ask for a receipt bc she repeated the order back when I first ordered and she said the mango smoothie. But she said "well you didn't order the smoothie" but even my sister agreed I ordered it and she heard. Then the other lady said "We can charge you again separately" if you still want it.. I was upset bc my sister heard and she literally said "charge AGAIN separately".. so I walked out without my smoothie or a completed shot. I was fully charged for. So they had bad service and bad vibes within the shop itself. You could definitely tell there was tension between the girls. Do not recommend this spot. read more

The staff was very friendly. Service was nice and prompt. It only took them a couple of minutes for my order. Love this place!
