Called store who said Starbucks will be discontinuing their past matcha source & although they weren't supposed to be using the new type matcha yet they accidentally forgot to use their old type matcha nor did they inform this customer of any change. Told store it isn't at all similar to the old type matcha as it's extremely bitter with zero sweetness & I stated if I would've been told, I wouldn't have purchased. Threw out the drink just purchased & will no longer be ordering match latte hot from Starbucks anymore. Sad because I absolutely loved their old type matcha so likely Starbucks will discover their new Matcha sales will diminish substantially when everyone finds out the new taste is completely different & not in a good way. I used the Drive Thru on 11.17.21. I ordered the Chestnut Praline. It was okay but I'm writing this review to highlight what a positive experience I had with David who was working the window. Such good energy and so nice. Honestly, much better than the coffee. Felt so good about that experience that I was able to give good energy to the people at my next stop. I'm very frustrated because it seems like every Starbucks in the city seemingly changes their hours at random land more often than not I end up wasting my time trying to go to them. :/ Uodate: I notice their hours on this page have been changed to say 9:30 is their closing time, but when I wrote this initial review 6 days ago I went to the drive thru around 9:10 and an employee came out and said they closed at 9. I love this location for many reasons: A. The service here is always outstanding and the customer service is over the top, every time I come here I get the same 5 star service with a smile. You can hear the smile through the drive through speaker, and when I get to the window to pay, the staff never shrugs you off. The staff engages with the customer and gives the utmost best service. B. Great location right off the highway away from the madness, this location doesn't get too busy, but it also doesn't get ridiculously packed when it collides with traffic. It flows with the opposing traffic so you can get in line, get your order, and flow back into traffic. Very good flow of service here. C. Fast service, I never have to wait too long here even when there is a line. The staff here is very experienced and knowledgeable for any order you can give them, so I trust them fully when you even ask them for a recommendation on those days of being indecisive. read more

I'm not going to give this place a great review because it's shiny and new. The fact is, it's a Starbucks. OK, so I mentioned it's new, right. This means that it looks nice, with it's all wood interior, new tables and chairs, etc. However, I hate coffee shops that do not have decent comfortable seating for my derriere! This place has all wooden seats and plenty of them, but no arm chairs, no cloth or leather chairs, and a big No Bueno from this Yelper. The WiFi is pretty quick - I did a speedtest and got 8.6 up and 1.6 down. The staff seem, well, nice enough to get your swiftly through the ordering process but not so much after the sale. One thing we both liked are the outdoor chairs. They are typical chairs but with a faux-leather weave for the seat which is rather comfortable. The outdoor seating area is fairly nice although there's not too much to look at unless you like looking at Lowe's and Chachos. read more

I've been here twice--both while it has been relatively slow. Both times I've noticed one thing. The place is dirty and staff have no clue about keeping it clean. Instead of socializing behind the counter, grab a clean cloth and wipe down tables and sweep the floors. I've been here 4 times and three out of the 4 times haven't been good experiences. The first time the drive thru barista was rude and ignored me as I asked for more sugar and cream. When she finally acknowledged me she said next time ask for that at the box. The second time I asked for extra whip cream and there was no whip cream at all. And the third, and last time I'll be coming to this Starbucks was today, when they had the whole drive thru blocked with a sign that said only accepting card and the app at this time... most people don't even pay with cash anymore!! read more
