And speaking of the gallons of refreshment, let's talk about the ice cold flavorful teas that they offer. Watermelon, mint, green tea, lemonade, blueberry green. We can comine the teas to make our own flavor or they have secret menu items with pre-made combined teas and I haven't met a tea I don't like. Also, you can choose unsweetened tea flavors as well. I go to this parking lot to charge my car so there's not much of an ambiance but they could have a restroom.

I blame it on the cool weather. She's a Texas girl, I personally am loving the cool! Bring on the cold! She normally loves her pup cups. She did enjoy the cookie portion. So, I think for now on, we will just get that with a poof of the love! The crew were so friendly & willing to offer suggestions. I know the menu, but I'm always happy & open to new ideas. Sometimes in the morning I just don't want to think & let these wonderful Baristas pick for me. They always do a phenomenal job making my coffee drinks. We got sick from these drinks…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. My fiancé and I picked up a couple of drinks this morning from On The Grind, and our stomachs are royally paying for it. I'd like to start out by saying that the baristas were super delightful and cheerful despite having just opened up while it was still dark outside at 5 am. They were great, I just wish I could say the same about the drinks. We ordered the Sandlot, blended with 'the works,' and an iced Grasshopper alongside a Blueberry Muffin Top. The Sandlot was supposed to be a s'mores beverage, but the flavors were too muddled to identify anything resembling a s'more. The syrup was too sweet and chemically and did NOT work well with the chocolate. It felt like they were at odds against one another in the drink, there was absolutely no marshmallow taste, and to top it all off the espresso was burnt. We had to really mix the chocolate up from the bottom to try to cut said burnt espresso taste, but that just made the clashing of flavors even worse. The Grasshopper was sour. I initially thought it might be the creme de menthe battling with the white chocolate as the flavors once again did not balance with each other in the slightest, but no, the drink was sour. This drink was not mixed well, the burnt espresso growing more offensive with each sip. We'd hoped the Blueberry Muffin Top would help get rid of the downright foul and lingering taste of these drinks from our tastebuds, but it just added to the chaos tasting like a slightly more upscale Little Debbie mini muffin, chemicals and everything. It was too sweet and needed something more bitter to pair with it, but the coffees were far too nasty and bitter to warrant consumption. My fiancé and I will typically finish drinks that we've purchased, even if we're not fans of them, since we consider it a waste of money not to. We put these beverages down after we consumed a little less than a quarter of each one because they were legitimately undrinkable. Between the burnt espresso, sour liquid, and disgusting syrups, we had to tap out. We couldn't even make it through half of the Muffin Top. I'm thankful that we didn't force ourselves to eat or drink more of these because we are in wicked physical pain right now. If I wasn't so ill I would be more livid as an ex-barista that they thought it was okay to serve these to customers. I'd leave a one star for the garbage quality and food poisoning alone but the baristas genuinely were so kind to us, so it gets two.

Not the best Scooter's location…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. My fiancé and I have been a HUGE fan of Scooter's as a place for a quick pick me up for a few years now, so we decided to give this location a try as we haven't been before. Ultimately it did not live up to the other locations' standards in either service or product. We were stuck in the drive thru far longer than we should have as the barista could not get our order to save her life. We ordered, verbatim, an Iced Matcha with Hazelnut and Almond Milk, and were met with: "Matcha?" Yes. "With sugar free hazelnut?" No, regular hazelnut. "What kind of milk would you like? Is 2% fine?" No, almond milk. It took her so long to input the drink in between questions and us repeating the entire order over again that we didn't bother ordering the second drink we were planning on. We did, however, risk accepting the offer to add Birthday Cake Bites as all we had to say was 'yes.' We also realized only after we were pulling forward that she did not ask for a drink size, and decided it was not worth whatever hassle it was going to be to potentially change it and decided to go with whatever we got. When we finally received our order we were promptly handed two Cake Bites and waited for what ended up being a small drink. We were surprised she didn't make any attempt to up-sale it to a larger size since she chose the size herself but, again, we didn't bother. When I tried the drink I was almost glad she made it a small as it did not meet the expectation I've come to have with Scooter's. It was an okay drink, but the flavors were not as strong as what I've had at the previous locations I've visited. It was not bad, but both the matcha and hazelnut were weak in taste. The cake bites on the other hand were great. I would have given 3 stars if this wasn't a Scooter's, but because I do love this chain it's getting 4. Had the barista not asked every single part of the drink over again barring the size, and I will give her credit for making sure the drink was right, our order would have been a complete disaster. I can't say we'll return to this location as it wasn't worth the headache.
