Regardless, it wasn't the case for me since they moved us right along. Our drinks were made with Starbucks perfection and the barista was so sweet! I had an issue leaving because a lady coming from the Walmart parking lot didn't stop at the stop sign and almost hit my baby because I was in the middle of the road turning. I am a Door Dash and Uber driver and every time I come to pick up at this location, I have to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes more. No one ever approaches me to ask who I am picking up for. I just have to stand there until they decide to bag my order for pick up. Sometimes the drink/drinks just sit on the counter for a while until someone feels like bagging it. I placed a mobile order this morning and when I got home I was missing a sandwich from my order. I tried calling the store 4 times and no one answered. I understand it was a busy morning but there was 7 people working and not one person could answer the phone so I could ask someone to remake my sandwich which was forgotten from an order I made and paid for. Once I got to the store and brought up the fact that my sandwich was missing and I called 4 times and asked why no one could answer the phone they said said, "yeah idk." My go-to location during the week as it is on my way to work. This location gets busy, but the line moves quickly. They are pretty consistent with their quality. The staff here are all extremely friendly. I've never encountered any customer service issues. They've even suggested to me on how to order some of my drinks more efficiently. Hey, I'm okay with whatever allows me to get my drink the way I like it and get to work quicker! I used to visit this place ALL the time. It was, quite literally the best Starbucks around. That was then. Now it is not so much. When I ask for the music to be turned down.. they do not. They look at me like I am nothing. The music is so loud I have to ask the person I am talking to to repeat himself. I came in with my own cup for their open container promotion, I was told that was not allowed unless I have a lid. This is contrary to what customer services said. Another time I present my cup and was almost refused because my fingerprint was on the outside of the container. It seems every-time there is some new reason to be told by the staff that i do not matter. This has not been my treatment at other location. Today I thought I would give it another chance. Everything was ok until this barista named Chad came in. Then up went the volume. I am done calling their customer service line. So I am here on yelp. I should not need to drive extra miles because of one bad employee. This is the same employee that when I said sir to , the barista had no gender tag on at the time) I received the response 'Excuse me' in a condescending tone. Horrible customer service! I have been to almost every starbucks in the metroplex multiple times and this was the worst I have been treated at any one. I bought 2 mochas and went to get a refill of iced coffee (which is free for gold members and I get all the time) for one of the drinks and the barista said I could only get a iced coffee if I ordered an iced coffee. I showed her and the other barista that chimed in the place in the Starbucks customer service that says you get a refill "regardless of the original beverage. She didn't pay attention to me or listen and just said to call customer service or her manager. No thought for a customer that goes there all the time. Btw I called corporate and they agreed I was right and said they would send a message to the GM about the issue. I was just shocked at suck more service and lack of care. It's ran by an amazing woman who care so deeply about her partners and her customers, someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help others. I come to this starbucks probably 4-5 times a week I get pretty much the same thing every single time. I've been told by baristas to always make sure to request that I don't want my chocolate croissant warmed up because if not they automatically do it. EVERYTIME, I make sure to say please do not warm the croissant, I'd like it as is. And almost every single time it is warmed and I have to go back through the drive thru. I know you're probably thinking wouldn't you rather have it warmed. I just like theirs as they are. I had one of the baristas tell me when i went back through, "you have to make sure to tell us not to or we will warm it". I told her that every time I always do and it is still warmed. Even through the app when I do mobile order and put not warmed on there, it's like they don't read it and still do. It's just frustrating because it's very simple and i'm actually saving them a step. Just getting tired of having to go back through everytime. Starting to wish there was another location or maybe in haslet close to me since i'm in between saginaw and haslet.
