I'm not sure if there was a section of this Starbucks that I was unaware of, but I only saw the main floor. There were plenty of people inside, but it was not overly crowded or anything. There was only one large table where you could set up to do some work which you had your food or drink. There is a kind security guard who offered his stool as I was there waiting for my tour guide to arrive. I bought a bottle of water.
