Great service, I had a good experience here everything was clean and organized. My drink was very refreshing.

I'm going to be honest - I'm not a frequent Starbucks patron and I don't support them whole-heartedly as a business. But I've found myself post-gym with some of my gym ladies wanting to hang out and grab a bite to eat after the gym and this Starbucks is so convenient. Today there were 6 of us and we all had a pleasant experience. The service was very nice, the barista who took our orders was very cheery and friendly. The drinks came in their ceramic mugs since we were staying in and the egg bites were good albeit a bit too oily for my liking. My Caramel Brûlée Latte was really tasty and I was also very happy to see not anyone transient or unsheltered puttering around inside like I've seen before... (I feel so guilty saying this because I obviously feel horrible and have empathy for the homeless and I get they'd rather be inside somewhere than out in the cold...) So I am pleasantly surprised by this location! (And thankful for one of my darling friends who insisted on paying with her Starbucks gift card.) will be back for sure. read more

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is when I'm in the area&need to sit down after holiday shopping. Its a good place to sit dwn read, chat, or work on something on your laptop, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Other than that I know the hot coffee is going to taste the same, you're gonna have to leave your coat on&deal w/weights being dropped from the gym located above. The workers seemed unhappy, hopefully b/c they have to deal w/holiday work. I hope these workers have a better New Year so customers can as well ;) read more

The Starbucks drive thru took a little too long when I went but the service was still good overall. The line moved slow and the wait felt longer than usual yet the workers stayed polite and kept the energy positive. My drink came out tasting great which honestly made up for the extra time. The place looked clean and the staff seemed like they were trying their best even during a busy moment. I left feeling satisfied and I would still come back because the drinks and the customer service were worth it. If you don't mind a small wait this Starbucks drive thru is a solid choice. read more

Took a coffee break at Starbucks here. We both had some coffee and bagels. Surprised i was able to get my girl to drink some regular coffee. She always go for the Mocha and Ice coffees. They have a drive-thru (a rarity in Queens), their baristas are super-nice, the inside is spacious with lots of tables and chairs, the wifi is pretty reliable, and I've never had an issue with their drinks. My complaint is about the product itself. For a tall espresso brown sugar drink that costs $7.08 plus tip, I received a weak coffee that was gone in just three sips. I haven't been to Starbucks for this reason--it's overpriced for such mediocre coffee. I can easily find a decent cup elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. It's truly disappointing. Pros: Sizeable venue and plentiful seating. Not a lot of homeless Cons: Freezing, and I love it cold Noisy; there's a gym upstairs, the ceiling is bouncy, and you hear weights dropping all the time, even with earphones. Sometimes big groups come and use the large table for meetings. It has a drive-through that sometimes gets more attention than the in-person customer. Once, I was there, and their one cash register was down, so they could only take drive-through orders. A good manager would have used the cash register at the drive-through. One of the better Starbucks location I have been to. Friendly service, unlike the ones who loses their mind dealing with the Manhattan crowd. The location itself is super spacious, plenty of seats and tables to do some work on your laptop. There's even a drive-thru, although the line for that is ridiculous. Amazing customer service! Not just cause it was my birthday but I've come to this Starbucks before and they are quick polite and efficient. All the team members work together in perfect rhythm. If you wanted to work at a Starbucks, this would be the one. Makes me consider working here... Nonetheless, I got birthday wishes from every member here and it really made my day. This Starbucks is in a strange location underneath a gym and connected to the Wyndham garden hotel. The service was always been good and I go here every single morning when im in town. My only complaint is that my drinks are almost never consistently made. Sometimes I love my drink, other times I'm dissappointed. But they do have plenty of seating available and free WiFi. Don't try falling asleep there, I've seen employees kick tables to wake people up! read more

Regular Starbucks but the only person that was polite was Eddie. The girls were so rude wouldn't even reply after saying excuse me twice. Horrible service at this location, I made a mobile order and received the notification to come pick it up. I walked three blocks to pick it up and when I arrived I waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone spoke to me. Than she very calmly told me they didn't have what I wanted all day. So I asked why I received a notification that it was ready and she shrugged me off and told me another girl would give me my refund. The girl giving me my refund said maybe two words to me as she scanned my app to do the return and than she put the reason for the return was that I didn't want it. This pissed me off cause I walked 3 blocks was charged just to receive bad service and have them put I didn't want their items when they were sold out and didn't update their stupid app. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Starbucks drive thru's are generally speaking really quick so it's weird when I encounter a line that I believe not to be the case. It really doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day, the lines have the potential to stagnate to the point where you need to put the car in park. The queue line sometimes stretches onto Queens Blvd which makes it tough to wait on the line if you're blocking traffic during rush hour. This issue isn't something I normally say on a Starbucks drive thru line anywhere. When I place my order on this drive thru I always have to state my order twice. Always! I'm not sure if the mic is bad or the order takers just aren't as knowledgeable of the menu. I am pretty boring with my Starbucks drink orders and pretty much order the same drink everywhere. There always seems to be a question whether my drink is hot or cold even when I start with "Iced,....". Maybe this is because they've gotten burned by a few orders when they haven't asked I guess. Another annoyance is that vehicles on the Burger King drive thru line angle right at you while you wait on Starbucks drive thry. I've mentioned to Starbucks employees that sort of barrier(Heck it could be another Starbucks sign) blocking the headlights of those Burger King vehicles would be awesome but I guess that wasn't a priority. This Starbucks has to have the worst parking lot out of all the Starbucks that have a parking lot. There's really enough parking for 4 cars max. That kinds sucks when you look at the drive thru line and can't bear blocking traffic on a Monday morning and want to go inside but,.... there's no spot to park. Inside the store, the pace doesn't seem to suffer, it always seems to move at a good clip and I've never waited too long for my drink. read more

Can't say anything bad about this Starbucks location. On a midday afternoon, plenty of seating which I can never find at the Starbucks on Broadway near my apartment. Family style wooden table, lots of tables (for parties of 2-4) lined up against the wall, a lot of natural light near the front. Very clean, don't see any garbage lying on the floor. Friendly workers here. They were really hustling too. It wasn't busy inside at all so I was helped right away. But I think they move quickly because the drive thru gets consistent customers. My iced white chocolate mocha drink was made wrong, but the girl had no problem making me a new one. She just went "Oh" and made me another drink and then told me I could keep the hot one. Like the calm, neutral attitude. Nothing worse than having an employee arguing with you. This location has a drive thru option, which seems to be very popular as they had constant cars coming in. Occasionally a little line forms and a car can be left hanging on Queens Blvd. but it moves quickly. There is a parking lot but it's very small and it's shared with the Retro Fitness. The entire time that I was there I didn't see any available spaces. Great location! read more

I used to really like this Starbucks because it has a really nice study setup with the long family style tables and benches, comfy cushion seats, and individual stool top all along the sides. They have the reserve coffee and the baristas are nicer than other places. At my last visit there were groups of homeless people camping out without purchasing anything. One individual had his dog, dog bowl/food, and luggage in the front corner. Its hard to get work done when the place smells and there are people talking loudly. read more

It's a brand new just opened Starbucks in my friends neighborhood. It's super large and spacious for lap-top working and chilling on the weekend. They have a little different set-up as far a food compared to other Café's. Definitely a good spot for a date..,and walk to the movie's in the neighborhood. I have to say this is the most unique Starbucks I have been to in Queens! They do full service drive thru and also a cafe. All baristas have headsets on to communicate with customers at the ordering station outside. It is really cool to watch. Over the summer, I was studying for my professional certification exam. This is a very well-lit Starbucks with a lot of natural sunlight coming through the windows. The traffic is mostly drive thru so it is fairly quite during the day time. There is a lot of seatings from the bar to the tables to the individual chairs. Outlets are readily available almost every corner. Drinks are consistent with other Starbucks that I have been to. My go to drink is the Cold Brew, it's good here too so no complaints! read more

This is my new go-to work spot since it's the closest coffee shop in my neighborhood. The coffee is nice and strong, they have a cute little Mercato section with yogurt parfaits and salads and the usual sandwich selection. I haven't seen it too crowded - there is actually a good amount of seating (with outlets!!!). Regular tables for groups and high tops too. Service is kind of slow which is why the 4 versus 5 stars but it is always friendly! read more

I come here almost every day (don't @ me I know I have a starbs addiction, idc LOLLL). And honestly when I tell you everyone is so so soooo sweet always, from pup cups for my furbabies, always getting my drinks to perfection (especially the pumpkin cream cold brew YUM!), but today had the most LOVELY girl at the window. Her names Nikola (I'm so sorry if I misspelled) and omg WHAT A DOLL! Thank you love for my afternoon coffee and being such a sweetheart. Pros: Long and spacious. Very clean and organized. Lots of seating and the seating looks better than other locations. They have a drive thru. The staff seemed nice and I watched them work together as a team to handle the at counter orders and the drive through orders. It was 9:48am and everybody was alert and happy. Cons: None thus far. I didn't even know they were open yet but now that I know this Starbucks is here I will be returning. It's much more easier for me to come here rather than hit up Forest Hills or the two locations in the Queens Center vicinity. If you are in the area give them a try. read more

Definitely a nice upgrade from the packed nearby Starbucks in Rego Park! The space is about twice as large as the other Starbucks on 63rd and more seatings are offered. Oh, and it's the first Drive-Thru Sbux in Queens!! As like any other Starbucks, wall outlets (some of them not working) are all over the cafe so customers can charge their devices while they study and enjoy their coffee. I went in on a Friday evening and there were a good handful of people studying. The music isn't absurdly annoying and there's always a staff that comes by every half hour to make sure the store's clean. Before I forget, yes, the bathroom's also very clean as well. I bought a tumbler mug from there but wish they have more variety on display. It could just be that the holiday season is over so there's not much variety. Had a great experience overall. Great location for getting your work done and hey, I mean.. Burger King, Applebees, and other restaurants are right next to or around the area for a bite afterwards. Would definitely revisit. This sbux smells bad. Always. There's lots of room in here and also a drive thru, which isn't often seen for me in nyc, but cmon mang, put some air fresheners up or something. Baristas rarely mess up my order, which is a positive, but usually a sbux of this size doesn't smell. I'd be more willing to come here if I didn't feel like gagging upon entering. Also the random thumping from ppl dropping weights to the ground in the gym upstairs isn't pleasant either. Quite annoying actually. Coffee time should be a relaxing time. I'm not a Starbucks regular but when I do go this is usually the location. I really like it here! No comment on any smells or seating issues because the only time I actually walk in is to pick up an order - I usually use the drive through. The baristas here are very pleasant and they rarely mess up my order. Customer service is good, I've only had an issue once (the barista got my drink completely wrong and had an attitude about replacing it). It's also nice to have this next door the gym. read more
