Things have definitely gotten so much better here. I've been coming almost every morning, and it's been the same crew. They've clearly got their rhythm down. Service has been excellent. read more

I ordered a Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Lotte with 4 Splenda. I got a Grande with Zero Splenda. I was charged $6.05 because they put 4 pumps of Sugar Free syrup. How many pumps of syrup goes into a Venti v.s. Grande. The person didn't give me a total the drive-up so a bit of sticker shock. Of course I have the usual complaint about shoving their electronics in my face for a tip. No other drive up does that, not even DUTCH BRO'S. These people are making $20 an hour to pour coffee, and they want a tip. read more

This is a super lowkey Starbucks, perfect for getting work done. It's a drive thru and cafe store, and I was able to park right in front and go in. My order came out suuuuuper quickly (like right after I sat down), and the baristas were sweet. I ordered a tall iced green tea lemonade and some dragonfruit bits from the cold bar got in. This doesn't affect the taste at all, but just a quality control thing to note. There's plenty of seating and they have plenty of coffee and Starbucks merchandise stocked up, including Sac State tumblers. The WiFi is steady! read more

This location is fairly new, but they have their ducks in a row! Came on a busy weekday morning and was in and out quickly. I didn't order ahead and I didn't try the drive-thru, but they had all of the stations flowing in and out without sacrificing the quality of the coffee. read more

I am currently drinking this delicious Iced Venti Chai Tea with Pumpkin Spice, my go-to for fall! They made it right, nice and frothy and flavorful! I would recommend for a nice little pick-me-up! I would definitely recommend this location! We will definitely back our next drive-through when we need A nice little pick-me-up! I just want to shoutout Steven, the barista I had this morning. He was so friendly & helpful. I ordered a shaken espresso with extra cold foam and he offered to put it in a larger cup so that I didn't miss out on any of my coffee and in the past, I've been told this isn't allowed. I also ordered a spinach feta wrap and asked for Sriracha and he offered me the new truff hot sauce that they have overall he was super kind, super friendly and super helpful! read more

For being such a new-looking establishment, with a modern build and high tech restroom - I couldn't have been more disappointed. We are traveling and needed to stop for a pit stop, and ordered 3 drinks ahead. We arrived 4 mins after our estimated pick up time and our drinks weren't ready - despite the store being almost completely empty with 3 workers. The barista was friendly, but clearly distracted and talking to someone over her headset about non-work related things. While we waited, I used the bathroom which was disgusting. No toilet paper, fecal matter on high touch surfaces, and no soap. 0/10 recommend. read more

Unground Coffee beans in my dragon drink, had this happen before too in a shaken espresso. Every time I've gone here it's been a horrible experience. Nasty ahh mofos. Can't even give 0 stars read more

I've been to this little location plenty of times, and they're normally pretty nice! Today we went through the drive-thru & the barista/cashier (Steven) was extremely kind, went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Super frustrating- they literally LOST my ticket. Say there for 15 minutes and then didn't even offer to refund my order . Like y'all lost my ticket and do nothing? I'll stick to the normal Starbucks by my house- they wouldn't have lost my order firstly and if they had they would have offered to refund me my whole order and just make it for me. Super annoying..... Zero stars if possible read more

This Starbucks is in a busy busy busy location. I actually thought that it would be worse trying to get out of here but honestly, I haven't had too much trouble. I will say that this location gets VERY busy. They did a good job setting up the line so that it can be long but not impact the flow of traffic. Just be aware that it can take a while since this is a busier location. They are super friendly so that is nice! My drink has always been on point so that makes me happy! read more

Would not recommend this location. Last two experiences: Ordered a cold foam cold brew before heading into a work meeting, took first sip and coffee all down my shirt. Lid was too big and did not fit! Few weeks later ordered a nitro cold foam cold brew -- requested they make sure the lid fit, tried almost a dozen lids none of which fit and was given a standard lid (which really defeats purpose of this drink) and the nitro was made with ice?? Tasted horrible. Will not return to this location. read more

My real, actual Starbucks that is a representation of what an actual business looks like is being remodeled, so I'm forced to this location. Despite having mobile order on, they don't open their doors till 7am. You're looking at your done drink on the counter, they tell you to go to the drive thru. SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOBILE ORDER OFF IF YOURE GOING TO FORCE PEOPLE INTO THAT. The employees block the whole lot up with their personal cars so customers have to park far away. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed, you're a failure at management and at life. read more

Great Posting Spot! SITREP I'm getting ready to have dinner with friends, but I have an hour kill, so popped into this Starbucks to use a reward on a "Sweet Greens and Lemon" cold pressed juice. THE SETUP But I can tell just from the layout, and the vibe, and the clientele that this is one of those Starbucks that I would be spending a LOT of time at if I lived closer (like my "home" Starbucks @ 19th & J, or @ 16th & K). POSTING If you are looking for a really nice place to chill for an hour or two, that is very laptop friendly with LOTS of outlets and your choice of many different kinds of seating (big tables, little tables, computer bars with stools, etc.) this is your place if you are Rancho Cordova - or want to just pop off HWY 50 at the Zinfandel Exit: it virutally is just around the corner as soon as you exit. THE LOWDOWN A very nice, low key Starbucks, but fully furnished with all the branded coffees & food items. read more

Always friendly employees. Communication is great if they are running behind. And the drinks are always on point

I got watered down coffee from this location today. The order was iced coffee with milk, what I got tasted like water.

I had quite the productive road trip today....I had to stop by this random Target to get supplies I need for my home project....It was almost 8pm totally needed my Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew to pick me up- the power literally went out and all of a sudden went back on. It was 10 min to close and I was like OMG I'm not gonna be able to get coffee before I start my journey back to the Bay Area... However, Jada made my day!!!!! She totally understood I needed my caffeine fix and made me my Cold Brew... I am so grateful that she went above and beyond to make my drink even though the register was down because the power went out. We need more people like Jada in the world who was able to use her best judgement and made a Starbucks cardholder member reaaaaaaaalllllly happy. I probably spend like $250 every month on coffee at Starbucks, but she didn't know that. She just did the humanly positive thing to do. I'm grateful and appreciative and thank you Jada for making a not so pleasant experience into one of the best Starbucks experiences I've ever had. Your positive energy and interpersonal skills is what the world needs right now. Thank you!!! read more

Had the misfortune of grabbing coffee here today. My drink is easy. Tall coffee, add shot, add splash of soy and a couple ice cubes. Drink was made and placed in a cold cup. When I asked why, I was told "that's what happens when you add ice to drinks" by the employee Hanji. Upon realizing her attitude and mistake she asked if I would like it remade. At this point I had lost faith in her and her ability to perform the simplest of task. I drink this same drink 3 times a day, 5 days a week and have not once had an issue. Hanji I was absolutely rude and truly clueless as a customer service representative and barista. I marvelously hope karma catches her, so she my feel the incompetence I experienced today. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. The slowest Starbucks to ever exist. Also if you need to use their restroom, there's no toilet seat cover or toilet paper. Yeah this location sucks! Staff are rude AF. They're probably under staffed and overworked and extremely overwhelmed- still rude tho. NEVER coming back to this location EVER AGAIN. Do not come here if you don't wana be late for work. read more

Never plan to come by this location. This Starbucks is closed @ 5pm. They pick n choose their own hrs. Also its a really hard spot to get in and out of. Only to find out they are closed when it says they are open. lame AF wish I could give zero stars!!! read more

Amazing staff at this Starbucks! Manager is doing something right. When I first got hired by starbucks I was placed in a store just like this one (manager was also amazing!) and I loved it! This staff was friendly, genuine, and patient! They clearly keep the place clean and know wha they're doing, and seem to be enjoying themselves as well! I had to write this review because since moving to Sac I left the company due to my new manager being so bad (ignored my school availability, didn't follow health codes, always short staffed despite having an employee list 2 pages long) but store has restored my faith in the company! Bravo! (Sorry for the personal rant) read more

So I won't be back I walk in and as i'm walking to the register another girl is walking up as well. I let her go first. She ordered a drink. Reloaded her Starbucks's card , then paid with her app. She then order another drink , reloaded a Starbucks's card, and paid for that one, she then ordered her third and last drink and what do you think she did? Yup reloaded a Starbucks's card and paid for the freaken drink. Why couldn't she reload it once, I'll never know. Then the barista (male) makes her three drinks, doesn't acknowledge me at all, and puts her drinks out. ( about 7 min process) Then he cleans out everything he used to make her drink, again still not acknowledging me. After he's done he then asks what he can get me. I ask for a blueberry oatmeal and a venti ice water with fruit. He then tells me they don't have fruit and they can only give ice waters in a grande..... alright I guess I'll have a grande reg ice water then. Mind u I get a drink (random) daily as well as blueberry oatmeal every day. So he then makes my oatmeal , puts the blueberries in the oatmeal , grabs a spoon. and hands it to me with the grande water So me knowing items are missing since again I order this every day ask him if they have the brown sugar and the nut packages that comes with the oatmeal . He goes um ya and grabs it and hands it to me. Wow So I won't be coming back. read more

hi-ya! I had that mid-day caffeine craving and was surprised that right at 12 there was so many people occupying this location. Shouldn't you people be eating? NOOO outlets. All I gotta say, people are nice though and told us before we sat down. Lol

The staff here is terrible. They are inattentive, rude, and I dread having to come to this location. Sometimes it's the only option. Today was by far the worst experience I've had here. They got my order wrong, and closed the drive thru window on me while I was mid sentence asking for a straw. Do better guys. I miss the old staff when the location was across the street. read more

I needed a pick me up after a birthday party so we stopped here on the way home to get me some coffee. It's a little store on the corner. It's right across from Target/Ross. To my knowledge the employees from the old location are pretty much gone. And let me tell you just about every time I've gone to this location something has gone wrong. Today I did a mobile order and my mom picked it up. The worker proceeded to tell her that she needs to pay for the order when It was a mobile order and I had already paid. My mom had to ask for a refund because the employee thought that she should be charged after knowing that it was a mobile order which had already been paid for. Talk about stupidity at its finest .... I only go here because of the drive-through. But definitely will consider going to a different location. read more

Beautiful on inside. Staff suck. Ive been here multiple times. I typically do a mobile order. Every time I am waiting between 10 -15 before I am even acknowledged. They see me and others standing there but simply look past us. But today was by far the worst. The barista literally saw me as she placed multiple other mobile orders on counter but never asked me once if I was there for pickup. After 10 minute without a simple acknowledgement I leaned over small barrier and walked out with my order read more

After my horrible experience this past weekend at the Starbucks on lake rd in west sac, I am so happy to be writing a five star review for the Starbucks on Olson dr in my OG hood of rancho cordova! yayyy! The service and quality at this location makes me wanna wiggle and jiggle like my little 8 month old puppy, greeting me at the door after a long day at work! This location gets super busy some mornings, but they are efficient, and rarely must you wait an execrable amount of time for your drink. The service is always friendly and consistent. All the employees at this location that Ive experienced are great. There are a handful of employees there that are really wonderful, including David, Corey, Crystal, and a few others, names I dont know, that are just superstars at what they do. Thank you so much for making my mornings so rad. See ya tomorrow :)) read more
