Terrible!! I almost asked for a refund and walked out. The cashier was friendly enough. My problem was the lady who prepared my drink. I watched her grab a dirty blender container from the sink, poor out what was in it and start making my drink without cleaning it! I paid over $7 for my drink and I guess it was too much to ask that they use a clean blender. Starbucks is a special treat for me and I couldn't believe what I was seeing! I got a salted caramel frap with an extra shot of espresso and I'm pretty certain she didn't put the extra shot (that cost me $1) in it. When she put the Carmel on top she just squeezed a blob of it on. And she put about a TABLESPOON of salt on top of it!! I'm afraid to drink the thing! Every time she got a drink done, she slapped it on the counter without saying anything to anyone. All of the customers had to guess what was theirs. She never once made eye contact with anyone! My husband and i went in to get coffee for our drive home and i also ordered two waters which they charge for since they are a franchise. No biggie figuring I'd just have to pay for the cup. 1 venti ice water was 1.50. I got my coffee and threw my receipt away. When my waters did not come we asked about them and they wanted proof of my purchase. I told the lady I had thrown my receipt away. She suggested I dig it out of the trash in order to prove that I purchased the water. I decided to just pay for two more instead of digging through the trash. I am so glad this place is rated so low. It completely deserves it. You'd think it's a Starbucks, right? How bad can it be? It's bad! It is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in, bar none. And rudest! There was a queue of maybe 5 or 6 clusters of people (some had two drinks on the same card type thing) but overall a visibly short line. Not even past the edge of the store. A line that looked like a 5-10minute wait at most. We waited for easily a half an hour. And by the time we ordered our drinks the line was out the door and blocking the traffic moving about the rest of the interior (there are multiple stores and food options inside the same building). Each time a credit card was used, which was often, it took twice as long as a normal transaction. It was clear the cashier did not know what she was doing. For literally every order one of the other workers had to come over and tell her what to input. At first I thought she was being trained, but a less tactful than I customer bluntly asked and her coworker said no. Wow. That was her normal routine. Let me say that another way- they employ someone who does not know how to work the credit card machine! I mean, this can't be real. Finally get to order our drink, and the total is over $7. Now I know Starbucks is pricey, but it's not that bad. Apparently the casino that owns this particular Starbucks jacks up the prices because it's the first stop after a very long stretch of desert. It'd be one thing if it was great service because they know everyone stopping there is on a road trip, but no. The workers are slow, and worse, they don't care that they are slow. And they still overcharge. Seriously- DO NOT GO HERE. There are other stops, including Starbucks just a few miles down the road. You just have to trust that after this stop there will be more and not panic and go here anyway. You will regret it. Trust the yelpers! read more

Don't buy anything here! Don't get me wrong, I like Starbucks but this location is a private franchise and they'll charge a dollar for water ( which should be free) and overcharge for coffee because they are owned by the casino. We were already back on the road when we discovered that our coffee was burnt and our order was wrong. We had ordered two different roasts and both were burnt. Very disappointing. I use to love Starbucka for their consistency both with product and staff. Lately I have been so disappointed with both. One of my favorite Starbucks use to be the Starbucks on Camino Del Mar in the heart of Del Mar, CA. Since their remodel the place is in chaos. Boxes everywhere, there are usually two lines trying to merge into one (ugly when someone hasn't had their first cup) and then there is a bottle neck trying to pick up your order. What happened? I think corporate is getting slack with their management at the store level. Or the store level just isn't getting the support they need. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Given that this is double stars week, I was excited to earn some. I reloaded my account on the app, only to find out that they don't have scanners. And since my code doesn't begin with 60 (it begins with 61) I couldn't use it. I said "Wow that's ridiculous" and the barista proceeded to take her SWEET time making my and my boyfriends drinks. Given after I had waited in line for 10+ minutes, and there was a HUGE line behind me, you would think she would be hustling. No smile. No sincerity. Just attitude. If you can't put on a smile, don't work with people. End of story. Doesn't deserve a single star. Also, the blueberry parfaits are ready to give someone food poisoning. First of all, this place doesn't have a scanner so that you can use your Starbucks app, so you can't earn points or redeem rewards. Secondly, the Frappuccinos we ordered had so much ice and not enough of the liquid in them, they were so hard to drink. We had to wait an hour to let them melt and then they were watery. The reason we stopped is because we had a 3.5 hour boring drive back to LA ahead of us and we wanted caffeine right then. Skip the Starbucks and get a cold drink from the gas station. read more

The young gentleman with the crazy hair was very nice a little soft spoken made it a little hard to hear what he was asking but he made my drink to perfectly. I'm not an easy customer to please. I don't really care to stop at the Starbucks in primm because of the past experiences I've had. If I could have crawled over the counter to slap her I would have. They had the nerve to tell me it was $0.75 to have no ice in my drink. They also wanted to charge me $0.75 for each pump of flavor. Worst starbucks I've been to! An employee here was rude. We ordered grande cappuccino and they gave us a forth of the drink and the rest is FOAM. So we said to take the foam out and put more cappuccino in it. Brandi (barista, yes I remembered her name because she was the rudest amongst all of them.) started saying "Cappuccino is not a drink." Blah blah. Started complaining about how we want our drink. So we said "We just want more cappuccino instead of foam." Is there a corporate to complain about this experience? Never have we been in a starbucks and got treated this way. Besides, what starbucks uses foam halfway filled in a cup? Under staffed out of cold brew coffee, out of almost all items in the pastry case. The line is to the door and the employees are so slow. They have one guy making drinks. ok, this location is not owned by "starbucks" it is one of the busiest in the state of nv. on a normal weekday it takes around 45 mins to get from las vegas to primm. well i left las vegas at 10 am. wednesday morning, going back to la. someone got in an accident on nippton rd. it took me 2 hours and 45 mins to get to primm. i had to stop there to go potty. the line at starbucks was 20 or 30 people long. after the restroom , i wanted iced coffee. i waited in line for 15 mins, then i was close enough to hear the cashiers and customers. wow!!!!! one customer with 2 friends order drinks... but, they want drinks that are special. breakfast sandwiches with no cheese, the cashier told them the total. and she started swearing at them. omg. wow!!!!! read more

Horrible customer service!! We left Las Vegas early to avoid L.A. traffic and stopped here about 7 to 7:30 yesterday. The girl behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered anywhere! We were the only customers there and she had us waiting for a while. Her first words were not "Good morning", it was "WHAT DO YOU WANT" with a frown and an angry tone. When she finished our order my husband said "Thank You". No surprise that she didn't respond with any kind words. Here's the kicker......she was the sweetest person to the next customer and had a full conversation with him. At first I thought he was an acquaintance but it became obvious through the conversation that he wasn't.
