I go to the Starbucks off of Wildcat everyday and the service is excellent every time. The food, drinks and atmosphere is always outstanding. The Baristas there are so friendly and welcoming, especially Luka which has made my visits more entertaining and enjoyable lately. Usually love coming here I only get to get Starbucks once a month, I came today and got a caramel Mac with heavy cream, I realized that was a mistake it tasted aweful and there was no ice, so I asked for a remake with regular milk. Remake comes the exact same way with heavy cream. Super disappointing I just left. Waste of my money and my time. read more

I'm not one to complain very often, but it gets very frustrating when I asked my husband to order a pink drink for me via online so I can just pick it up on my way to work and it wasn't ready. 15mins is plenty to fill an order for a pink drink. They just started making it when I got there. I had to asked if they even got the order. This isn't the first time. Last time it was ordered via online also and they rush to make it when I got there and it tasted like water down milk. Didn't get to taste it until I was on the road on my way to work. My latte was watery as was my son's caramel macchiato. It has to be their machines since I've never had this issue at a Starbucks anywhere else. They always get everything right BUT they need better management or more employees because they always take so long to get you a drink even if you only have one item in your order. Drive thru takes between 15-20 mins even if there's no line. I've never been to a Starbucks this slow. I'm just trying to get a drink I got places to be. They take like 5 mins for then to talk to you through the drive thru speaker and once you pull up to pay you have to wait another 5mins for ONE drink. That's just ridiculous. Tbh I dont know why this place has so many negative reviews. I've never had a drink made wrong, but maybe its because I'm usually only ordering one drink at a time and not drinks for the entire office. If you are in a hurry and pressed for time, I do not suggest going through the drive thru. It does take a little while to get through but what do you expect from the ONLY Starbucks in Portland?! The staff have always been super friendly and cheery in the mornings and I've gone between 5am-9am several times a week. Starbucks has been my morning coffee stop every day (literally) for the last month. My one and only complaint is that I have been cut in front of while waiting in the drive thru, twice. That's been a little irritating having waited 10 minutes just to get cut off but ITS JUST COFFEE PEOPLE. Stop letting it ruin your day. read more

What time is it? You're closing??? Has the sun even set yet? I know this town falls asleep at 9pm, but the coffee store shouldn't. I'm used to coffee stores that close in the wee hours of the morning so that the next shift can come in, clean up, and get ready for the next day. I'm not paying for just the average coffee, dammit, I want a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. So now I have to take my coffee to-go and avoid getting harassed by the police because I'm being suspicious drinking coffee in the parking lot. No, I'm not going home. If I wanted to drink coffee at home, I would have made it at home. No offense to the staff, they are good, polite and professional. I give it a 3 because I've had some mixed dealings. Some super awesome people that work there to the "I just needed a job and starbucks sounded cool" crowd. I've had some really great drinks from here and some holy sh$% did you pull that out of the trash drinks. Thankfully the latter of the two is not near as common... ok it was actually only one really bad experience and I probably should have taken it to the manager to have them fix it but I was in a hurry and already down the road by the time I discovered the horrid drink. Usually I have no complaints about this location. But I have now had several iced coffees that are clearly hot coffee, and even worse, steamed milk that have been just put over iced. The ice is melted in under 5 minutes. Not sure about in Texas, but this is a health code violation in some states as you had to bring the milk up to a certain temperature to steam, and then bring it back down into an unsafe temperature zone. Please educate your baristas to stop this practice. read more

I drive thru on a regular basis -- it's a bit hidden around the back of the store. Good, consistent coffee -- both in the morning (when I go for caffeine) and in the afternoon (when I splurge on the flavored, foofy drinks). Zero stars! I have given this location multiple chances and I have finally learned my lesson. And I will not be returning. Aside from the constant wait (no matter if one person is in line or 10) is ridiculous. They always...and yes I mean always, make my order incorrectly. Usually the staff is friendly and quickly corrects the mistake with no complaints. Not this time. The barrista responded with an attitude and reluctantly offered to fix it but never did.
