The milk used in my latte had a cheesy flavor. Expired and gross. I don't recommend this branch at all.

Corporate, wake up Alyssa, Mallory, and Zoe are phony and just not doing the right thing for Starbucks, making the brand look bad from what I've observed sitting in the store. Very good ambiance, all workers are so sweet and dedicated to give you the experience you deserve for your money. I would drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks due to how nice it is, They always make food very speedy and make sure it is top notch quality, including drinks. I placed my usual mobile order and came to pick it up like I have been for past few months, but by the time I got here it wasn't ready. So then I went to cashier after waiting for s few minutes and told them about my order and turns out they never got it! Cashier asked if I had chosen this location, and I responded saying it should be since I usually choose the same location, but I had left my phone in the car so I couldn't verify right away. Instead of having me go back and check, she just asked for the order and made my drink anyways! Turns out I did choose another location accidentally, but she said it's fine and happens all the time and not worry about paying for another order. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

We go to the Starbucks at least once a day ...the morning staff of pleasant and on task but the afternoon staff it seems have gotten slower and slower . The woman working the drive-through is in attentive and sometimes even on her phone talking to someone else while she supposed to be serving customers. We waited over five minutes for two orders of egg bites and one drink while the line backed up behind us. When they finally delivered our order I asked for some napkins and she tossed wadded up napkins through the window without even acknowledging us or saying goodbye or thank you. The parking lot is chaos here and it seems like customers are always confused about where to wait to pick up drinks. I'm not sure what the deal is - it's pretty clear. This location is always packed and the cream/sugar stand is located pretty far away from the coffee bar. They keep it well stocked, but it may be part of why it's confusing to find things in the store. The layout just isn't the best. However, I do like the baristas here. OK, it's Starbucks. I've seen a few in town; I guess they're kinda popular. This location is in a strip mall at the northwest corner of Coit and Spring Creek. There's no drive-thru if that's your thing. It's decently roomy inside with a good workspace for those with portable devices, and features a good amount of outdoor seating, albeit in a somewhat utilitarian setting (i.e. no pretty pergola or the like). There's not a ton of parking, but it's not horrible, either. My usual drink was prepared perfectly by a barista who, in fairness, is a friend. I drank it along with some other friends in the clean, well stocked space, and during my stay, the whole shop was treated to samples of one of their new drinks, a raspberry/strawberry frozen thing that was very milkshake-like and tasty. Of all the Starbucks locations I've been to, this is one of them. read more

This location has some good work space or areas to chat. The ordering counter to awkward as its close to the door and make it hard to navigate when needing to pick up an online order. Sometimes parking can be difficult. Out of all my visit I've never had any issues here. It's super close to the one down the street so be careful when placing a mobile order and select the proper location. read more

I love my local Starbucks. As I walk past an outside table, I hear one of a group of suburban post workout moms invoke "the father in The Great Santini..." as I step inside the cool dark interior. I shift focus to the smiling face behind the order counter, order my prescription, then shift to wait near the barista who is talking with a customer clearly north of 70 who just got engaged. Her face bears that same blushing joy those newly engaged south of 30 do. As I look around I see folks a rainbow in every shade from porcelain pink to fuzzy peach to polished ebony. Talking, reading, laughing, deeply serious, intent on their screens that demand a portion of attention at all times. I make small talk about the broken espresso machine. All the men who repair small machines seem to look alike. There is a type. The repairman moving in and around the machine is clearly not a barista. He reminds me of the countless capable men always dispatched to fix the paint machines. Or the office copier. I accept my cup of joe and move toward the half n half to add my preferred ratio. Two caramel beauties move past me speaking in posh British inflected Indian dialect I can't identify. I step out into the warm midday. Several middle aged men gather around another table. Arabic stories, jokes, and jibes aimed at each other over cups of strong tea or espresso. Each taking their turn to poke fun at the other. Just as warm in feeling as the sunshine I feel on my shoulders. I love my local Starbucks. read more

The SLOWEST Starbucks in Plano! Zero sense of urgency! I'd rather go to the Spring Creek location!

I've been going to this Starbucks for a couple of years now even though I don't drink coffee. I just order a strawberry smoothie, but that's besides the point. What I love about this location is that the employees are always friendly, and it's always clean! It's a great place to get work done or even for students to group study. It's not that noisy, and I've seen all types of stuff people do here from job interviews to board game night. Definitely a great place! read more

I don't understand what has happened to this Starbucks in the last 6-9 months. It was great when it first moved to its new location - fast, friendly service and drinks were actually hot. It is now possibly the slowest Starbucks in Plano, There is no urgency from anyone working there, drinks taste watered down, and not very hot. It's really disappointing... love the location for convenience, but going out of my way to a different one from now on, I guess. :( read more

This location is one of my favorite locations as it is always clean, and the staff is really friendly. They are also pretty quick, and there is plenty of seating areas. It does it packed though, so you may not be able to find a place to sit. They do have a few tables outside to sit and enjoy your beverage of choice. read more

Definitely the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. 20 mins for 4 cars in front of me. I saw both cars in front of me return their drinks to the window attendant - likely receiving incorrect drinks. Unfortunately, drive thru is blocked off so I couldn't get out of line. I waited 20 minutes for my drink that I had to ask the girl to make. She was talking to and making drinks for people she knew that ordered after me. She constantly complained how nothing worked, that the drive thru was broken and they were short on product. There were 6 people working and should have been able to handle the volume. I won't be back at this location. read more

This place is horrible and even worse now that they've moved buildings. I never get my order on time, even if I place a mobile order 10-15 minutes ahead of time. I'll walk inside and then have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order. After today, I'm absolutely never going to this location again. I ordered a Double Shot on Ice with a Splash of Almond Milk. Not only did the coffee taste BURNT, I'm positive that the Almond Milk was ROTTEN. I even had a coworker try the coffee just to make sure I wasn't crazy. I had to throw the entire thing away, it was absolutely vile and disgusting. I highly don't recommend this location. read more

I really liked this location! Loads of couch seating and outlets. They set up this place well. It's one of the bigger ones I've been to, so everything doesn't feel cramped, even though all the seating is connected together (one huge table and another huge couch area, among other things). The baristas were some of the friendlier ones I've experienced, and unlike other locations, they can have a good time and chat without distracting their customers. I can't comment on the wi-fi since I didn't really use my computer; otherwise, it'd be five stars for a Starbucks. read more

This is my new work Starbucks and I'm impressed. If there is a line it moves quickly and the service is friendly, which isn't the easiest thing to come by. I generally order a drink that's made it's way off the menu but bank off of the fact that someone in the store will know what I am talking about and they do that here. Attracting fellow bicyclists to re-energize after an early mor I have ride. Realtors meeting prospective homebuyers, because it is Plano after all. Ordered a tall and was charged for a grande. That's not a big deal, I'll drink a grande. When order came out, it was a tall. That's not a big deal, it's like a 50 cent difference. But when I asked just to clarify if the tall drink was really for my order, the barista (Ashley) rudely informed me that yes, it's a tall and if it's mine, I should take it. Like, I'm an idiot for not knowing my order despite the fact that what I ordered, what I was charged, and what I received kept changing. I don't think this instance called for impatience with a confused customer. I told the manager, he didn't care. Won't be back. I just want to thank Tracy and the lady with the multi-colored hair (sorry I didn't see her name) from the bottom of my heart for being so truly warm, kind and friendly today. After having a terrible experience at a local spa that had me very upset, getting a coffee was my consolation prize, and from the second I walked in there and the second Tracy saw me she was warm and genuinely friendly, not the pasted on fake friendliness you usually see people stick on their faces. Tracy and her colleague immediately cheered me up and made me feel tons better and to top it off made a mean caramel latte! Thank you ladies, you have no idea what your kindness meant to me today! I can't believe I'd forgotten to review this Starbucks! It's my "home" Starbucks! I always used to bring my mother and grandmother here (before she passed) for the little 'tall' cappuccinos and delighted in the pastry selection. Sure, it's a little pricey- but it's good for a Starbucks! What else would you expect? I still come here on occasion, though not as often as I used to. I usually stop by to or from the Subway next door since they don't really offer coffee like this or pastries. (Sometimes the pastries can be a little dried out if they have been sitting out for a while.) The staff is usually friendly and polite though it does get busy now and again. A number of people like having their coffee on the little tables outside along the front of the store when the weather is nice. It /could/ use a bit more cleaning though (the tables.) Good all around for a Starbucks! read more
