Stopped in this Starbucks for a PR. Decided to order a chai tea and pumpkin loaf via the app. Unfortunately the evening crew needs some customer service lessons and attitude adjustments. I waited 20 minutes for my order. It was not busy. One of the gentleman had an attitude. Was very rude to an elderly gentleman. I asked that I not receive an end portion of the loaf and of course the sass from the same male and rolling of the eyes continued. I then went to see if my drink was up and of course it was. Never called out the name. So I was finally asked if I was waiting on something else. I responded yes my pumpkin loaf. And I was informed they were looking for it. So I was given a very cold piece. I asked if they could leave it in the wrapper until it is room temperature/thaws out as it will get stale before it is room temperature. And the same gentleman with a sassy disposition and attitude stated he couldnt leave it in such. After all the drama. I requested a refund as the attitude and disrespect to customers that are friendly and did nothing to him was uncalled for. read more

2nd time I been here and I think I'm done with this location. The guy that took my order was rude and very flamboyant. I asked for sugar on the side cuz they never make my drink right. He basically threw the sugar in my hand as if I had a disease or something. He was not friendly at all and seems like he does not like his job. read more

I walked in to get coffee and was immediately told thst they weren't taking anymore customers in the cafe. No explainable reason, just we're shutting the cafe down. I was told that I had to use the drive-thru. I told the I don't have a car, her response was, "Oh, unfortunately we can't do anything about that." I feel like even if your short staffed, if the customer is willing to to wait take their order, however to be rude, inconsiderate and dismissive, yikes I'll never patronize this particular location again. read more

I usually have a great experience at this location at 103 Reiserstown road. I get my usual EVERYDAY, but today the Barista claiming her name was Tiffany (orange hair, blue eyes) was straight out rude, disrespectful, and had terrible customer service. when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and refused to get me the manager. The male barista refused my beverage refill and told me that he would have to charge me $1.50 extra for the caramel and liquid sugar pumps in my iced coffee. I told him that it is the Starbucks corporate policy that a refill of the same exact beverage is free. However, he insisted! that I would have to pay an extra $1.50 even though I had already paid almost $7 for a 30 oz iced coffee. I have been a Starbucks customer for more than 10 years and never once had a barista try to charge me extra for a same beverage refill. I have no idea if he is pocketing the money but I know he isn't supposed to charge so I will inform corporate that he is going against their policy and charging customers extra for a refill thT is supposed to be free. Terrible service. I'll also add that every time I come here there are always homeless people hanging out. Due to this make barista trying to go against corperate policy and charging for a refill I probably won't go here ever again in life. This is the worst Starbucks EVER! I have tried this location 3 times. The people working at the drive through to take your simple, no changes, menu drink order have attitudes and never smile. They act like they are doing you a favor just to wait on you. ALL 3 drive through visits, items like strawberries, flavors, milk were left out of standard menu drinks. Only to realize it once you drive away and take your first sip. Do frustrated, you say screw it...its not worth "bothering" these horrible employees. Over $6 for a drink and an experience that SUCKS every time. You are truly NOT an up to par Starbucks and are an embarrassment to the brand AND to your corporation. Two thumbs down. read more

First time trying the new Starbucks - they just opened 2 weeks ago! I did a mobile order and it was ready at the estimated pickup time. Super excited that this location offers the convenience of drive-thru as well! Barista was super cheerful and had amazing customer service. This is the worst Starbucks. For one they're always out of everything. The drive thru display is broken. There's a guy that works there that's very rude. All the time. I ordered a coffee this morning ahead of time so that when I arrived it would be there. I arrived at Starbucks only to find out that the doors were locked. They wouldn't let us come into the store to pick up our drinks. I had to go to my parked car and get into the long line. This wasn't the first time this occurred. The worst Starbucks ever!!! The customer service is very poor. I ordered a grande frappuccino with extra caramel. and a bagel with butter. I waited for 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes in an empty store. I was told we are out of whip cream. Can we just put the caramel on top of the frappuccino? There was no apology for the long wait/no whip cream. When requested a refund for the frappuccino and cold bagel the suppose to be the manager was unapologetic and unprofessional. She didn't want to refund my money for the bagel. Also, the facility was not clean. There were no napkins in the holders. There are approximately seven(7) workers on duty. The manager should be fired or given customer service training. We went to the Pikesville location the customer service was excellent. it told 10 minutes to get my order. The facility was clean. This is my first poor experience with Starbucks. read more

Bad to worse. They just keep going from bad to worse. Last summer, they abruptly shut down the indoor seating in soaring temperatures because of staffing problems for weeks on end. They pulled the same antics yesterday too! If I could complain to corporate, I would. They should close. They have no business running a Starbucks store. Incompetence from start to finish! read more

ZERO STARS! I go into the store because I couldn't figure out the app. Normally, my coworker orders my drink. I ask for help with the app the lady barely wants to help me never explained to me the large is a small and they have all these other made-up names for small medium large.
