So, I was on my way down to have lunch with another yelper Mike G in Findlay, and was cool with driving straight through for 2 hours. But, at some point during my drive in Toledo, I was getting super tired. I could have pushed myself, but didn't want to risk it. So, I found a this Starbucks on my route and it wasn't to far off the expressway. Pulling in, I was able to get a parking spot since the drive thru's at these places are always a mile long. Plus, I could stretch my legs for a minute to keep my eyes open. This location was clean and neat, and the staff was very friendly and helpful despite being very busy. I ordered a mocha since I didn't want a super hot coffee. I needed something strong but not super strong. I had my drink within minutes and was in and out in probably less then 10 minutes. As for seating it didn't seem to be a ton of it, but by the counter area there was some really cool semi private booths of sorts. There were some partitions to give the people sitting down some semblance of privacy and not have their conversations heard by the people sitting near them. I liked that. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly pull off and grab a quick coffee from this location again. read more

Staff. I normally go to the perrysburg kroger location and get great friendly service. The few times I have to go to the Fremont location has been rude. My order was wrong the lady who took my order must not have listened to me and the lady making just was mad at me not who took the order incorrectly. read more

My drink was handed to me the second I got to the window which was right after I ordered. There's no way it could have been made that fast. It's a "normal" Starbucks. Drive thru is faster than going into the store. No surprises with the store. I enjoy iced coffee, black tea unsweetened and various warm and cold drinks. If you do go inside they have mostly booths... Which is exciting and different. read more

A staff member literally raised her voice with a full store in regards to me not having a mask on before/after I informed her I was medically exempt. Completely inappropriate and very rude. She needs to be trained better on customer service and the sensitivity to this pandemic. Please do not offer your customers a mask after they inform you they're medically exempt. read more

I'm always disappointed that no matter what time of day I go here, the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes. Half of this time waiting you are stuck on the main road because the drive thru is so long so you can't even get into the parking lot to park and order inside. Even if there are only 3 cars in front of me the service is very slow. It is not convenient or fast. read more

Always polite and always gets my order right. I did just read the reviews for this store and they are funny. I love the normal customers complain they don't really mention the barista by name. But when people start directly trashing a Brewster you can tell it's just a bunch of salty people trying to get them in trouble. Enter the lady who said her Drink got served to her too quick. Visiting from out of town for the weekend and stopped here to have coffee and conversation with my mom, aunt and sister. The store is very nice and very clean... But. I was completely unimpressed with the barista. I ordered an iced coffee with room for cream. She added both cream and sugar for me. I told her I didn't ask for sugar and she said that is how it's made. I told her not where I'm from, and she replied well they are doing it wrong. The response I expected would have been for her to just remake the drink... Not argue with me that the entire Eastern Seaboard is making iced coffee incorrectly. read more

I have been going here quite a bit because of the drive through but I'm thinking I just might have to go to the other location across the street inside Kroger. The inexperience staff here was a great reminder to the rest of the world how valuable real service is. After ordering I stepped up to the counter to receive my order but the woman gave me the complete wrong thing and snapped at me saying " It wasn't on the label but I'll make one just for you" with a sarcastic devilish tone.
