It took 20 minutes to get my coffee order. 7 people were working behind the counter. 3 of the girls were crowded around 1 machine chatting, 1 girl taking out her phone to show a picture. I got 1 of my 2 drinks, the other took 8 minutes to get done. It was absolutely horrible. I have had incorrect drinks made at this location before and I should have learned my lesson. But I have now. I was on my way home and needed something cold to drink. I had started out in the drive thru, but the line was around the building. People who were parked were trying to get out, I almost got hit several times of people trying to leave. I had to use the restroom, so I decided to order on the mobile app, go in and use the restroom. By the time I got to the counter, my food was ready. The barista making the drinks would call out names, if the person was there, they would make the drink. I ended up waiting 20 minutes after the app said my order would be ready for pickup to actually get my drink. What is the purpose of allowing people to order ahead if the order will not be ready in the timeframe the app says it will be? SLOW! I get back out to my car and the vehicle I was behind was still in line, so I can only imagine that torture. read more

This Starbucks has made me late for work after mobile ordering with PLENTY of time. I show up for my order around the estimated time and it's almost never done. And they always forget my extra cold foam that I pay extra for. I'm DONE :/ I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and it was made terribly. i'm not a coffee fan at all. so this isn't a review for coffee. i had a breakfast sandwich. the bacon egg and gouda cheese sandwich. it's a cold sandwich that is heated in an oven/toaster type situation. i'm only taking a star away because the sandwich is almost $5.00 and is about the size of a biscuit from chik fil a sandwich which is very small. if you do order this, make sure you check the sandwich all the way through. about four bites in to my sandwich it was ICE COLD. luckily the staff was super sweet and friendly and apologized and gave me a new sandwich read more

The barista's talk and so busy work while 10 people are waiting for their orders. I have attempted to give this Starbucks (9 mile and Pine forest) multiple opportunities to improve on there customer service and time after time they fail! I understand every business struggles with staffing during this pandemic. But their staff do not show any signs of remorse for their own problems. Such as no staffing and long waits without letting customers know and being apologetic. That don't take much! Missing small valuable condiments, cup sleeves, etc.... Several times drive-thru only, no signage and they keep the app figure order on, knowing drive-thru will be extremely long. Time for new management that put customers first! read more

Definitely wherever I've gone I've always relied on Starbucks. This location is by far the slowest I have ever encountered. At least two times I have literally had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for a beverage. Many times they're out of the Nitro, or even just closed for the day. It is very disappointing to see the standards that this location doesn't follow in line with the standards from all the other Starbucks Nationwide. I travel 60% of the time so I visit Starbucks all over the country. I live near this one, and I choose to go somewhere else due to the lack of management. read more

This is, by far, the best Starbucks in Pensacola. I will pass by all the other Starbucks in the area just to come here. The staff is so darn nice, the drinks are always perfect, and the wait is usually not long at all. They just recently updated the entire place and it's so cute and cozy! Definitely a great place to sit with friends or study. I do want to give more of a shoutout to the staff. They're so friendly! Every time someone walks in the door the whole team yells, "HEY! Welcome to Starbucks!" Or, "Good morning!!" Even in the drive through they're peppy and upbeat (which we definitely need more of in this world lol).
