I usually go to the drive-thru at this location so I hadn't been inside in a few months, but I see they've remodeled and now there is more space. The drive-thru line was a bit long, but there was plenty of parking in front and on the side of the building so I decided to go in. The staff worked quickly and efficiently behind the counter. This Starbucks is conveniently located on Pines Boulevard not far from total Wine and near Jeremiah's Italian ice. It's cozy, but its often overcrowded service is good but I find other coffee shops in the local area to be more relaxing. I often meet friends here for coffee and then go shopping or out to lunch. It's great when we can get some of the comfortable chairs to sit in for a few minutes, but sometimes people tend to camp out and you have to take your beverage to go. Will I be back? Of course I will. They do have a drive-through you go around the back of chipotle and you can get to the Starbucks window, which is nice and convenient, but I don't use it too often. read more

Inside of the store was empty on a Sunday morning when we walked in. Six employees total. They heated up our food and proceeded to attend to all the drive thru and pick up customers. Only after I stood up after finishing my food and going to the counter to complain did they start making my drink. They are on the expensive side, so I don't recommend going there on a daily basis. Good ambiance, good music and good desserts/drinks. This Starbucks is right on Pines Blvd in the same plaza as Chipotle and right next to Jeremiah's. This is probably my most favorite Starbucks in the area to get some work done and is in a plaza I frequent pretty often, from the Fedex Print to Jeremiah's to this Starbucks! This location nevers lets me down & always has matcha (my go-to order) plus will usually have the same three things I rotate to eat. The staff is super friendly and the space is big and bright which gives the perfect setting to sit for however little or long as you want. They have a community table, smaller tables, and a few cushioned chairs you can sit to catch up with a friend or take a meeting plus outdoor seating that's covered. They also have a good amount of outlets around in case you need to charge your electronics. This location also has a drive-thru if you're in a rush! You can probably find me here once a week sitting in one of the many corners working away on my laptop. read more

I go to that Starbucks all the time because it's less than 2 miles from my home. I usually get the grande dark roast with steamed half-and-half. This is to ensure that the coffee is not cold when they put the cream in because the cream is always cold. This morning I went to Starbucks for my usual, which is usually $3.16. It is now $7.49 because according to the person at the drive-through, having steamed half-and-half is labor, and I have to pay for that. So I am paying an extra , $4.33 which is more than the coffee itself for someone to warm the cream!! if I had just asked for coffee with cream it would've been $3.16. My dear GPS, you're absolutely awful. You see - it started like this. My best friend and I were across the street at CycleBar and you kept saying 900 ft without letting us know that Starbucks was on the other side of the street. Anyway, we managed to figure it out only to be confused by the drive-thru. Apparently it's way back according to a barista there. She, along with the male barista who attended us inside, were super nice. We ordered a pumpkin spice latte, an iced coffee (that I forget exactly what it was), and some bites to eat. Everything was on point. The inside of the store was ample and we sat around talking about life for a bit. Will return and try out the drive-thru next time. Come here almost every morning, but lately it's hasn't been that great. When you come to order, the new lady they have at the drive thru rushes you and literally will not let you finish your order. You get cut off. Then when you arrive at the window, something in your order is wrong. Well, maybe if she wasn't rushing us for our order, she would get it right. I remember years back you'd walk into a Starbucks and they would greet you and try to get to know you especially if you are a regular. Not any more. When I go through drive up, I'll have them repeat my order back to me and they still get it wrong. If ordering a special milk, double check with ten that they did. Long lines are probably due to horrible management by this supervisor at the store. Jessica may have too much on her plate but customer service should be a priority. After telling an employee to take a 10 minute break she ignored us completely waiting and holding up the drive thru line even more so. She seems to have no respect for her employees and has a nasty energy with her. She rolled her eyes as I told her my name for the order and gave it to another employee to give to us. This Starbucks location does a great job at providing excellent service. Friendly, fast, coffee is right, and good. What makes this location stand out from other Starbucks locations that I've been to is there's a lot more space inside, and seating available just about anywhere along the walls with many power outlets too! This is definitely a spot I would recommend for settling in and trying to get some work done, or studying. I always get the worst service at this location. Every time I go the employees are rude and short with words. Very condescending attitude when answering any simple question. I went today 6/20 to do homework at night and the girl that took my order gave me an attitude as expected and all the workers were just taking and distracting me when I was trying to do work (store was empty and they were being loud). This is my first time really using Starbucks drive thru. I came to redeem my free birthday drink (yay!) Super convenient especially with a little one in the backseat. The line wraps around the back of the building and the intercom actually has a camera and screen so you can see the barista taking your order. Caught be totally off guard but pretty neat. We pulled in to the drive thru and instantly clicked with ALEX ! My only compliant is the drive thru window is SOOO slow. Today there were only 2 cars in front of me and it took about 12-15 min from me to get from the speaker after ordering my drink to the window to actually get my drink. Right in the heart of West Pines/Miramar sits this "hidden" Starbucks. "Hidden" because unless you already know it's there, you may not notice it in a building which looks like a business park. However, it's home to a Chipotle and a new yogurt joint, and, in fact, is a great Starbucks. This portion of commercial space, between Dykes and 75 on the south side of Pines is rapidly growing, and soon to be home to a Whole Foods. With an efficient drive-thru, and super friendly staff, this Starbucks is worth checking out. One of my favorite baristas, Carlos, is at this location and when he's working, greets you in a relaxed, welcoming, laid back way while taking the coffee making process as serious business. His coworkers do, too! While the outside seating only has a view of a parking lot and a shopping center across Pines, the inside seating is spacious, clean, modern with an interesting, flowing layout. Perhaps I'm way off, but they also seem to have a larger stock of mugs, coffee tumblers and other Starbucks merchandise than at other locations. As a Starbucks Gold member, I especially enjoy using my free wi-fi here on a stormy Saturday afternoon. Be warned, the new "yogurt joint" sometimes features huge crowds of people loitering outside while gobbling their overpriced goods. Sadly, they often spill over into the Starbucks seating area. The team at Starbucks placed some adorable, handmade "KEEP OFF" signs on their tables, aimed at shooing away the yogs. These signs alone make a trip to this Starbucks worth it. Make your way to this Starbucks when you get a chance. You'll get a well made product in a comforting, unusually large store. If you sit outside, and someone comes over and tries to sit next to you while holding a big cup of frozen yogurt topped with gummy bears, sip your tasty Americano, and kick their ass. read more

Perked in the Baked Goods Case. And saw there was only one double chocolate gluten-free cookie left. Keep my fingers crossed :-) that two customers in front of us. Would not want that Cookie.
