This was the first place we came to after getting off the plane for our Denver trip! We were both exhausted, so I did a yelp search and found this place! Boy am I glad we did! The mission is simple but powerful, they want to help nonviolent felons and kids stay out of trouble! They support organizations that help this mission! I also love how their company is built with employees in mind! This world would be a better place if more people were like that! The vibes here are very chill! There are 2 TV's to play games or watch! They have plenty of board games too! Honestly it felt like going over to someone's house! We loved this place so much we came twice during our short 4 day trip!! My boyfriend got the latte with 4 shots of espresso and I had the lady finger with oatmilk and 5150 with oatmilk. There cold foam is dairy but it was soooo worth it!! Absolutely delicious on the lady finger drink!! Starbucks could never! Our drinks were always good and done quickly! The staff is truly amazing and so fun!! They really made us feel welcome! Don't walk, RUN TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! They also have dirty sodas and Red Bull energy drinks that they can flavor! I believe he said they have 80 syrups!!! So you can really go crazy with whatever you want here!!

They even gave my daughter a butterfly sticker. They were also quick to make my coffee. They have bakery items too if you are hungry. Prices are pretty reasonable. My medium iced coffee was under $4! But this location does not offer the same level of excellence in service, or in expertise when crafting coffee. Not only was my husband's warm brew incredibly watery, but he said he could taste grains inside, swimming at the bottom of his mug. On top of which, my own iced breve lacked any flavor, despite the fact that I'd requested an addition of three separate flavors of sugar-free syrup pumped in at the end. Seating was pretty limited, as most tables were taken by students of all ages hunched over open laptops, alongside tubby backpacks. The temperature in the lodge was nothing short of stifling, and as this has been an unseasonably warm winter, the high degree seemed extreme. I found myself sweating, even after shedding several layers, and had to walk the property in order to cool down at one point. Thankfully, the surrounding scenery of panoramic mountain views offers its own mesmerizing draw, in this particular location erected off the beaten path. Parking is tight and can be tricky when snow patches take up half the lot, as another review mentioned. I appreciated the fact that the bathroom was clean and housed lots of charm. There are sugar-free syrup options on the menu, alongside gluten-free pastries, which is always helpful for those with dietary restrictions like myself. I did fall in love with the colorful little library, cheerfully offered at one end of the lot. Books, like coffee, bring a community together. This place is worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend going in the summer, unless they know how to actually use the air condition.

So a pitstop at Fika Coffee House was a no brainer. The vibes at this local cafe instantly transport you to Stars Hollow. It's cozy with hidden cubbies filled with comfy seating to start your morning (or afternoon) slowly. They have an expansive menu filled with your traditional favorite flavors, as well as seasonal options. I ordered the Apple Pie Latte, hot. This drink is packed with tastes of apple, cinnamon, caramel, and brown sugar. Literally fall in a cup. I can imagine that Fika is extra dreamy during October-November. I'll need to make a return trip to sip on a latte with views of the leaves changing colors.

The staff was friendly and helpful and made navigating the treacherous parking lot worth it. I enjoyed the music as I drove up to the drive thru. I tried the Caramel Blondie iced which was really good. The chocolate croissant was yummy too. I joined their rewards program and downloaded the app to take advantage of a free medium drink and returned the next day. I tried the Mexican Mocha iced which was pretty underwhelming with a lack of the promised cinnamon and almond flavors. The blueberry lemon cake slice appeared to have been refrigerated and was cold and kind of stale which was frustrating. Overall a decent plate to get coffee but not one of my top choices in the Parker area.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help get my drink right. If this was based on customer service alone, I'd say stop by anytime, but unfortunately it's also about coffee.
