The only reason I am visiting this place was because I am from Washington state-- and very curious how Starbucks is represented in France. It was the worse service I've ever had you guys. Quite embarrassing! I don't know if it's an off day, but I don't need to speak French to know that staff is F-ing around. I ordered just a simple iced coffee black. Simple and basic yes? So they gave my order as hot coffee-- no big deal. Then he just dumped into a cup with ice with his thumb finger inside the cup. I saw it and I asked for another one. He said "no"! Then I tried to communicate, but he ending up laughing with his coworkers and really pushing the drink for me to have. Defeated, I threw it away. Other people were also complaining and the kids behind the counter were just playing around, throwing things, laughing--- omg merde! Ambiance -- yes it's nice and cool. But everything was a disaster!

Beautiful Starbucks. The entrance doesn't look like much, but once you step inside all the architecture is amazing. Plenty of seating and a nice spot to sit and relax for a bit. We grabbed a few drinks and a couple souvenirs. This was a nice pit stop for us.

Not your typical Starbucks. The interior of this Starbucks is divine but be prepared for a lack of seats and with Emily in Paris wannabes who can't even figure out how to convey their Starbucks order in either English or French. Once you walk in, the service area snakes around the mug and coffee display. If you want a collectors mug or bottle, this location has the best to offer. I placed my order and then went to find my wife up a short flight of stairs in the dining room. NOTE: There is additional seats to the right of the toilet towards the back if you don't see any right away. When my coffee was ready it was made in a mug. I can't tell you how exciting it was to drink my latte in a mug. My wife's dragon refresher did not come in a glass but a paper cup even though several other refreshers were in tall glasses. There were a lot of students and remote workers occupying the seats which was cool but also frustrating if you're looking to catch your breathe after walking a good portion for the day. If you can deal the crowds, it's a spectacle to be seen.

You are GORGEOUS... you're literally... GORGEOUS A little too crowded. Everyone is here for the videos and pictures. Still worth checking out. Def worth the visit.

Inside the fanciest Starbucks I have seen.

A very long distance from home and it is nice to have that same feel and service experience wherever we go. The Starbucks cup of coffee is a welcome thing no matter where we are in the world. The ambiance of the location was unlike any other.

This is one of the most unique and beautiful Starbuck I've ever been to. However, they don't have AC and it was so hot inside. It was very crowded on a Sunday night of September. I couldn't even breath inside. I didn't try the drink. They have the same menus like in U.S. they also carry Paris mug collections.

The most beautiful Starbucks in the world. I sat for a bit and enjoyed my coffee because this place is so pretty! Fair warning; it is loud and crowded like a food hall I usually get coffee and pastries elsewhere, but this is the only place that'd break a €100 note at 7am.

First of all, this is the fanciest Starbucks I have ever visited. We were on our way to Galeries Lafayette when we stumbled upon this location. We were just going to grab-and-go but after seeing the interior decor of this place, we had to stay and enjoy it a little bit. It is so pretty inside; it felt like we were having afternoon tea at the palace. It is actually quite big, but it was incredibly busy and loud. People were waiting in different areas, trying to spot where others were about to get up and leave (similar to eating at a busy food court). This was our first time visiting Starbucks in Europe. The pastries are a little different from Toronto, but we did not try them (considering there are so many better patisseries in Paris!). With regards to the costs, we notice the pricing system was quite similar to others stores in Paris that we have in Canada as well. Basically the numbers were quite the same but in euros; i.e. a tall coffee costs $2 with change in Toronto, while it costs 2€ in Paris.

    Interesting Hibiscus drink.

First and only Bucks of the trip but it feels good to have a big black American coffee and a restroom. Served by a woman from Brooklyn.

She told me I needed to get the pain au chocolat as they tend to run out. I got myself the ham and tomato thing as well as a big log covered in chocolate. I ate what I got on my flight back to LA. My friend was right. They make good stuff. I have to commend the person working. She was literally the only person out there. It was quite busy and she had her hands full

Upon entering the bakery, I was greeted by the aroma of butter and the sight of neat rows of fresh pastries. I really wanted to try one of everything, but I was determined to try the pain au chocolat, a personal favorite. Le Grenier a Pain's pain au chocolat was much larger and heartier than others I've tried yet retained its buttery-flakiness without feeling too heavy. I really enjoyed the pillowy texture of the pain au chocolat, which included a generous amount of chocolate folded inside. Paired with a cafe au lait, I was in heaven. The bakery is small yet inviting, and there was no seating indoors or outdoors. While I was hoping to enjoy my pastry on-the-go, it started pouring outside, so I was forced to huddle underneath the awning while I consumed my pain au chocolat. While I'd definitley come back for another pain au chocolat, I would also want to sample their savory pastries on my next visit.

We sat on the second floor but there is seating in the passage way as well. They do have wine in addition to coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We tried the pistachio tart, the acrulier (like a fancier Ferrero rocher) and Kalingo (a chocolate cake). I had the gunpowder green tea while my sister had the hot chocolate. I honestly liked their hot chocolate more than the one at Angelina. It was rich but not chalky and the perfect amount of sweetness. The pistachio tart was the best one we've ever had and revived our spirits after a long day of walking. You pay downstairs and credit cards are accepted.
