Stopped by this Starbucks while traveling and had a great experience. The store was clean, and the employees were genuinely kind and helpful. Shoutout to Marsabel, who went above and beyond helping us figure out how to use our expiring stars. She walked us through the ordering process so nothing went to waste -- we ended up getting a bacon gouda sandwich, nonfat Greek yogurt with granola, and a black coffee. Exactly what we needed. Small moments like this really matter when you're on the road. Grateful for employees like Marsabel who make travel days a little easier and put a smile on your face. I love going to this location because it is so convenient and right off John Young Pkwy. I was redeeming a free drink today and what I love about Starbucks is that they make your free drink just as delicious as one you pay for! I got the Horchata Frappuccino with extra frappuccino chocolate chips and cookie crumbles. It was a delicious treat after a long day at work. They have some delicious breads such as lemon loaf and in the fall gingerbread loaf. I have also gone into the location and was able to study for school. It is spacious inside, so clean and comfortable, as well as seating outside on the patio. I have tried other coffee spots, but I always come back to Starbucks. The consistent product, great service and great loyalty rewards always bring me back. read more

First time visiting this Starbucks location. I ordered ahead in the Starbucks app for drive thru pickup. I ordered an Egg White Egg Bites, an Oatmeal with Blueberries, a Grande Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a Grande Hot White Chocolate Mocha. Upon arrival, I proceeded to the back of the building on the opposite end to enter the drive thru line. The staff member working the drive thru order station was friendly and had a great attitude. He was upbeat and welcoming as I checked in for the mobile order pick up. His joyful voice made me smile! The staff member at the pick up window was pleasant enough. I didn't receive anything extra such as a hot cup sleeve, cup stopper, a fork for the egg bites or even a napkin. I did have to ask for some of the usual toppings for the oatmeal. I didn't get any of the agave syrup, nuts, or dried fruits. I could manage without the rest. The food and drink were as you would expect at Starbucks. read more

I worked for Starbucks in Seattle for about 7 years and the motto was always "Make it Right". Today we ordered two identical drinks. One was full with oatmilk, the other was not (about 2 inches of air). We paid extra for the oatmilk. The Barista refused to top it off with oatmilk, pour a little in another cup so we could pour it in. She just said, "I can't." I asked for her SM and she pretended to not know what that was...her store manager. Asked for the Shift Lead who always has to be present in store to run the floor and she pretended not to know who that was. Then I asked for the DMs card and she outright refused until low and behold her shift lead came up and fixed the drink.
