I went to this Starbucks during the Red Cup day on 11/13/2025. I was there right at 8am and there was a huge line in the drive through that wrapped around the building and went into the street. I decided to park and go inside because there weren't many people in there. I was expecting madness in there but the workers were all smiling and kind the whole time. It was great to see. They were all working really hard and quickly as they had lots of business but no one seemed to be angry and panicking. The store was still clean inside. They still have the supplies as in nothing was out of stock yet. I was just overall impressed. It takes a bit to do a pour over and they may give some resistance but it's my preferred brew. Anyway, this location stands out among a few that I've been too, I never wait long, it's clean, and the staff are always friendly. It's somewhat conveniently located if youre heading towards Waterford or 408 on the right hand side, but I find it really inconvenient for East bound 50 as you have to do a Uturn to get to it and well, I just never really feel safe driving around this area. This is a nearly brand new location on East Colonial between Lake Pickett and Bonneville. Close to the 408 if you're not familiar. Being brand new, it's very clean and laid out well. I don't frequent this one as often since we have one super close to the house, but this one is convenient if we decide last minute to grab something on our way out to run errands for the day. Staff has been friendly, wearing masks, and nothing to complain about here. That said, I only order on the app though for in-store pickup so I can't say I've had to interact with the people there too much. Baristas that make you piping hot "kiddie" hot cocoa, even after you asked for it "warm" and received the snappy reply "we ALWAYS make the kiddies hot cocoa warm"... and this happened not once, but twice, that my child burnt her tongue with their "always warm" kiddie cocoa. I must admit that I do not understand the phenomenon known as Starbucks. For me, it is coffee, albeit overpriced coffee, but coffee nonetheless. Yes, they also have their little snacks. Tempting little sugary bits of wonder. Again, I find these overpriced and mediocre when compared to some of the incredible bakeries around town. Still, I can see the appeal. I have used this location myself for a business meeting on the road. For the price of a few coffees, we can sit at a table and hash out a solution and the business Realm. It is a good place for friends to meet and catch up, again for the price of a coffee. Once again, let me remind you it is overpriced coffee, but it creates the space for these meetings of clients or friends. Again, I am not a fan of Starbucks. However, if a client wants to meet at 1, this is just as good as any other one. This particular location is on the westbound side of East Colonial Drive. It is not far from the Bridgewater housing neighborhood oh, so they have that built-in clientele right there. As of late my almond milk latte just is not right. It's like the espresso is watery. At first I thought it might just be Starbucks in general changing things, but I've gone to several locations and none of them taste like this. I hardly review chain places, esp Starbucks, but I'm thrilled they have a location right off 408 now. Oddly there's hardly any drive thru Starbucks near this area! The service has been friendly and my drinks have been correct every time. The inside is a bit dif than other Starbucks, it's more spacious, has a ton of seating and has some swanky modern chairs. The bar is lower and more personable, whereas other Starbucks have barriers up (not that it matters) giving it a more open feel. Just an overall pleased experience! read more

My fiancé and I ordered a pumpkin cold brew and a pumpkin latte and they were flavorless. Didn't respond to me when I looked him in the face and said "Have a nice day" after I got my items, which is really what he should be saying. This is the still the best Starbucks in the area in my opinion, based on how well they make their Matcha Lattes. Many Starbucks tend to make them very weak/milky, regardless of if you add an extra scoop or not, and it's a 50/50 shot if it'll turn out tasty. Not this one. I have never gotten an overly milky latte from them and it's a small thing but I appreciate the consistency. No matter what time of day or which worker, they all have come out amazing. Truly can't explain how pleased I am with this location. Of course every business has a few subpar workers or an order that's not accurate, but THIS location has been dang near perfect 100% of the time. I must applaud the team and their management. First, the baristas are beyond kind. Every single time I'm almost taken back by how genuine and kind and attentive every single worker is. Every time without fail. When it comes to Starbucks you have a level of expectation that your order will be consistent with all other locations. So it is very disappointing when what you get is does not meet those expectations and the staff refuse to make the corrections. I ordered 3 drinks with no changes. The matcha iced latte was only 3/4 full because of the excess foam. The iced chai latte tastes like milk which makes me question of this store is shorting the amount of chai to cut costs. I really like Starbucks!!! It is very good! I am obsessed with the almond milk honey white flat coffee and the passion sweetened ice tea!!! The iced tea is perfect for the hot summer/spring here in FL. It is absolutely refreshing!!! You stay comfortably cool while drinking it. And the coffee definitely sweetens up your day with a hint of golden honey flavor. Great for chilly days. Warms up your body to the point where you feel cozy. It's the little things that really makes life more enjoyable. And these two are the cause of my simple yet satisfying blissful goodies. One other thing I really love are the bagel bites they use to have. Omg!!! Those small balls filled with cream cheese are delicious. It's too bad they aren't doing them anymore. They give them to you nice and warm. And when you bit into them they are nice and warm and the cheese just oozes out of them. I mean omg...!!! They are to die for, my opinion of course. I commute 90 minutes from home to UCF, and even though this location is not directly 'on my way', this is the BEST location near my campus. I never wait long at the drive through, and when I order in advance on the app, I check my order and I'm on my way to campus within 5 minutes or less! My app didn't have it and the barista didn't even offer to check my ID even though I presented it. As a a fellow partner, I know that if they have their ID we mark their drink out for free. All other baristas were very rude and snappy. One of my friends drinks was made incorrectly so I asked for it to be remade and tried to hand the barista the sticker and they replied very snarky.
