I usually get a chai latte, but I got a large shaken vanilla oat milk espresso and it was delicious! Made very quickly, and the woman helping was very patient when I gave my order wrong the first time this location is beautiful! It's massive, biggest I've seen. They also offered a glass cup if I was drinking inside, which I've never seen! But it was a packed location, every table full with people on laptops. Ambiance was great! Smelled amazing too. Typical Starbucks when you walk in. Everybody's focused on the drive-thru. They ignore you at the counter and say I'll be right with you in a minute. Finally ordered a nice cup of black coffee and they prepared it within a timely manner which was shocking. Usually you can ignore it a place of like this for another 15 minutes. read more

Serves is terrible Mckay i dont think I spelled his name right. that dude with glasses and messy curly hair does not know how to make drinks and he took forever to make mine, my friend has already eaten her food and drank her coffee. Re-train your employee when putting products out, make sure there out together not one by one and have to wait another 5-10 more min. And run back to kitchen/ backroom to get more product make sure your supply is always stocked so you don't have to go back and forth. Pretty common sense! read more

The majority of time that I come to this location, it is lacking in flavor. I don't know why this particular Starbucks doesn't taste like the other ones and this goes for the drinks and the food. I got the egg whites today and they burnt they're nice and hot, but they are flavorless. read more

My lil sandwich was also good. here are my complaints. music is BAD. like dog shit. like i couldn't focus for like 15 mins because the music was atrocious. pls pls change the playlist. it was like edm weird house music which is not the starbucks vibe imo. and the wifi stopped working and didn't turn back on forcing me to leave. starbucks is known for people to come in and do work but the wifi doesn't work? coooool. but workers were super nice and pretty clean all around. just please PLEASE change your music and fix your wifi. read more

The people were friendly and the coffee was great. They also gave my dog a pup cup which is another reason to go there.

Overall, the service was great and fast. But unfortunately my Caramel Ribbon Crunch had a bit of an extra crunch. There was a shard of plastic I nearly drank after I had gotten home with my drink. While I don't think it is the worst thing i definitely was shocked and relieved I felt it. I'd definitely have the staff check out whatever blender they were using or plastic that could be falling into future drinks. read more

I come to this location for writing and other activities almost every Sunday. The staff are extremely friendly, non judgmental, and helpful in making sure you are provided the best service and drinks possible. Lately I have been loving the holiday peppermint mocha, but boy is it filling! Given caffeine amounts always try to balance your coffee with water. Staff here will provide water complementary to go with your drinks. The absolutely best place to work is in the upper left corner right as you enter the cafe from the main entrance. Camp out between two cool paintings--one of coffee beans and another with wavelike, lush landscapes--and just let those productivity and creativity moods flow. Only complaint is that the bathrooms don't get cleaned frequently enough. Besides this point, an excellent cafe to work or meet with friends, and yes they are open on Sunday! read more

I get it, sometimes, times are busy. However, even when it's busy I still expect a pleasant experience when it's time to have my order taken. Personally, I didn't think they were soo busy that the customer experience while taking my order couldn't have been great! It took way too long to actually take my order for the five employees working. For example, I would recommend not just taking my order and then leaving me to guess if the payment was accepted. I also get that when it's busy it's stressful, but a smile makes the customer feel welcomed. Trust me, we can see you're busy and stressed! I also don't think it was soo busy that the tables and pickup counter couldn't have been cleaned. Sorry to say, but it was personally disgusting to me. I really didn't like my drink being placed in everyone else's spilled mess... not appealing at all for me. Again, I get it when it's busy, but maybe take a few minutes to check these things and always smile would be my advice. I might also suggest an outside garbage can. This location needs to train their employees on what the difference is between a pink drink and strawberry refresher. Even when I order a pink drink off the app or door dash with the specified ingredients it just turns into a strawberry refresher with some cold foam I order on top. No strawberries. No coconut milk. I'm not big into leaving reviews but this has been happening for months. I won't be ordering from this location ever again. read more

This Starbucks needs a good cleaning. The bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months it looks like. The floor was incredibly sticky with spilled spots everywhere. Do not go here! I live by this Starbucks and used to go often, but literally every single time I go they are always out of stuff and always get our order wrong. I frequently gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but they are pretty awful. The target Starbucks down the road does amazing compared to this one. Don't waste your time or money. This Starbucks location is alright. The manager who was working the shift I happened to be here during was really high-strung and seemed stressed out. I could hear her barking orders at her employees in a not-so-kind manner. The employee who took my order was very nice, and they got my drink made pretty quickly. It was great!
