Stop trying to feed us garbage we come to you trusting that you're going to do your due diligence and make sure the food you are serving us is of high-quality..... you need to care about value more than you care about your bottom line. BEST BITES AT TOASTED YOLK!…read more Today, hubby and I stopped by Toasted Yolk, and I finally decided to give their Avocado Toast a try--and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! It starts with a grilled slice of artisan bread, and of course, I requested sourdough because that's my favorite! Then comes a generous amount of mashed avocado. And when I say they don't cheat you on the avocado... they REALLY don't! It's topped with fresh pico de gallo and two eggs. I asked for mine over easy, so that beautiful yolk could do what it does best! It was served with a fresh spring mix salad, but you can substitute the salad for something else if you prefer. Everything was delicious, and our waitress Harley was absolutely the BOMB! She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Great food + great service = a winning combination!
