In between doctors appointments, my wife and I decided we would like to have a nice cup of coffee. We had about a three quarters of an hour so we made an order on the mobile app to pick up at the drive-through. The app noted it would be approximately 14 minutes to pick up the coffee. Good deal! Pulled up to the drive-through window about 16 minutes later and we promptly informed that our coffee wasn't ready and it'd be another 10 to 15 minutes minimum and asked us to park and pick up inside. I explained the situation and she said she would be happy to refund our money if we couldn't wait nearly 30 minutes for our 14 minute order. Needless to say, we left without our coffee. read more

I received an iced coffee from here at first sip it was fine. Then I noticed that it had coffee grounds all throughout it and covering the bottom. The workers were very nice but in too much of a rush to notice the bottom of my drink. read more

absolute worst store ever. I ordered online at 11am, app says 30 mins to pick up! So i go do my shopping and at 12pm it is still not done. With grocerys now in my car and family showing up at my house, I drive to the store only to find the doors locked and a line at the drive thru at least an hour long. I call into the store and explain that i am no longer waiting for my coffee that is now taken an hour to make and is not finished, cancel my order and refund my money. She promptly told me to "just come back another time and tell them you didn't get your coffee". So i can't trust you to make it today when i wanted and PAID for it...but i can trust you to just accept later that i paid and did't revive the product i paid for!?! Sounds a lot like theft...Um...No. The girl refuses to refund my money, saying she has 40 orders to make, and i have ro call 1-800-Starbucks. I had to spend yet another hour on the phone and in the end they never gave me back money, only a now useless gift card for an equally useless buisness that i have NO intention on ever wasting another cent on. read more

Overall, a disappointing Starbucks. I love coffee. Not a frou-frou drink with whipped topping or squirts of flavor, but real, robust coffee. My only problem is that I can't have caffeine. Whenever I go into this store, they refuse to brew a decaf for me. They offer an Americano, which tastes like watered down Folgers, or do a pour-over, which is just a hipster version of instant coffee, So my over a decade of being a daily customer of Starbucks stops with this store because the only thing I can drink her is an over-priced decaf triple-espresso poured by a barrista with an attitude. read more

The wait times are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everytime you come here you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes. Drinks are rarely ready at the time it said they would be. The lobby is so small and there is always a ton of people inside. It's overall not worth going to this Starbucks. read more

So last Friday my husband went to get coffee here and they were closed at 10am. Just figured it was a fluke right? Nope. I went this morning to get coffee at 8am and they're closed. Their hours listed online are apparently incorrect, and I called and it just rang and rang with no answering machine. Looked at their hours on the Starbucks app and they now open Fridays and Saturdays at 4pm. 4pm?? Why even bother opening? Sure, sometimes it's nice to have a Frappuccino in the afternoon, but the vast majority of people want coffee in the morning to wake up. It pains me to leave a 2 Star review for a Starbucks. I feel like a traitor. I just know coffee karma is gonna bite me in the nuts....errrrr beans. I pride myself on honest reviews and that means at every place I go. Just because the love of my life happens to be at stake. I'll take one for the team. Forgive me my dear coffee, I mean no harm! I'll love you forever. This location is really sub par. A few things to note: 1) Parking here is far from convenient. Small, over crowded and a horrible flow to this plaza. 2) This location was extremely dirty. Bathrooms, floors, counters, windows.....they were just gross. 3) Outdated. Plain and simple, this location needs updated and badly! The color scheme is horrible and the finishes are sub standard for Starbucks. 4) The staff was inattentive and rude. While the drinks came out in a reasonable time, they were not model Starbucks employees at all. I will avoid this location like the plague and I urge Starbucks to step in. I ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes, when I finally got to the speaker the girl was really nice and took my order, I pulled up to the window and they ended up giving me the wrong drink. Not once not twice, but three times. after the third time the employee accuse me of lying. I clearly wasn't lying because I had the receipt for proof. They proceeded to grab the receipt out of my head, roll it into a ball, and then throw it out the window. From what I've seen, Starbucks is supposed to be environment Friendly, this does not seem very environment friendly. After that encounter, I just asked for my money back. As they go to hand the money back out to me, they purposefully dropped the change also on the ground. Not only that but half the time when I go here the coffee is burnt and taste like onions. read more

The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced . I popped in for a cup of coffee. 4 employees were standing near the counter, all made eye contact with me. they all turned their backs to me. No one even acknowledged me, nor let me know they'd be with me. they were just hanging out chatting. I stood there for 5 minutes thinking they were having a shift meeting or something. But they were going out of there way to disregard me. I left, and was pretty ticked. I called the store and got a hold of a shift manager, I asked for the Store Manager to call me back. Kaylee promptly called me back, which made me feel a little better. She said it was unacceptabl, but tried to defend her staff by saying they're "stressed" because of the "Microsoft outage"and had to hand write everything. Rule one in Customer Service: "Never make your problem your customer's problem". Im glad I was just driving though, and not have to rely on this store for my coffee fix. read more

Today at 6:55pm Saturday January 18th, this StarbUcks has a sign on the door that says "Sorry we are closed due to weather". It is barely raining outside and there are four employees inside just looking at us as they stand their laughing. One of them is sweeping. The parking in this lot is hard to see if someone is coming if you back out it's sort of crowded but okay overall the next door frozen yogurt shop is closing so now there's more room to park. Every time I go to this Starbucks they mix up drinks ex: 2 caramel ribbon crunches vs/ 1 caramel ribbon crunch and 1 regular caramel frap. The drive-thru is always long but inside seems to go faster. With the coronavirus the store inside seems clean. The response to COVID seems satisfying. There's enough room in the main area for people to wait. We come to this location often since it's the only one in our area, but they are AWFUL!!! -They'll switch ingredients cus they're out of something so the drink tastes odd -They've added the extra shot of espresso to the wrong drink several times -They make the wrong size -They add whip cream when told not to (almost every time) and just swipe it off leaving a little behind My husband orders the same drink every time and it tastes different just about every time...it's annoying. Love the coffee. Always! 98% of the time order is correct. Mishaps happen. Have always been taken care of kindly when a mishap does occur. Only thing that really irritates me is the absurd amount of foam I get every time. I don't like foam but I can deal with it if it's reasonable. But 3 full inches of foam on a venti kinda pisses me off. I am not paying that much for a ton of air bubbles. I want the coffee. But sometimes I forget to say no foam. This location is really hit or miss, depends on the staff working. I order a Trenta Very Berry daily sometimes twice a day at $4.75 a pop. I know what this drink is supposed to taste like. Today was the second time at this location where it wasn't made properly. First time they used strawberries and told me it doesn't affect the flavor, hmm the drink uses Black and red raspberries huge difference from a strawberry. Second time no berries at all and said it doesn't affect the taste, well again I buy this drink all the time and can tell you yes it makes a difference. So I said I didn't want the drink. The manager or shift supervisor same as last time gave me a huge attitude about how it doesn't affect the drink without berries. Very rude and I said it's simple you are out say your out and I will maybe get something different, unfortunately they lost a customer that spends upward of $20 a day . read more
